He said pork chops, OK, I could see those in the gravy, meat loaf, well, I saw something with red sauce on it, but, pushing back the red sauce, that was not ground beef under it, maybe cabbage? Whatever, it was not meatloaf. And finally, BBQ.... well, I guess that was the shredded stuff with so much sauce on it, I thought it was sloppy joes. So, I tried that, but could only eat 1 bite. Although he did not say ham was one of the meat items, I swear there was a shredded ham dish (in the veggie section). It was the only 'meat' item I could eat more than 1 bite of, but my associate took 1 bite of it and could not eat any more. Veggies, there were several, I could see they were lima beans, and brown beans, for example, but could taste no difference in either. Way... way.... way.... way.... too many items on the buffet. Folks, go for Quality, not Quantity. No clue how this place stays in business. On the way back to the office, we asked ourselves: What days were the food we just ate actually cooked???
