One girl that works there is always courteous and so talented and helpful. Her name is Naveen. Naveen is awesome! She is nice and a pleasure to have my eyebrows done from. She even recommended a facial to help with my skin issues which I will schedule with her soon. And she recommended tinting my eyebrows in order to make them appear thicker. My only complaint is that this time when I went there was a different girl sitting behind the register and she was very rude to me as well as some other customers that were there with me. She also seemed to have trouble ringing up the right amount on the register. I think she said her name was Furhoeza. Someone needs to take that Furhoeza to a customer service and politeness class. LOVE this place. I've been coming here (between both locations) for 5 years and I'd never go anywhere else. They treat you like family. There have only been a couple of people during the past 5 years I haven't been happy with and they haven't stayed long. The owner is just the greatest lady and I consider her a friend now just from coming for so long. She always makes sure my eyebrows look great and any other service I receive. I've also become very fond of at least 2 other employees there and don't trust anyone but them with my eyebrows! Ask for the owner, or Maha or Raj! I have major trust issues when it comes to my eyebrows. When I walked into AAINA brow bar I was greeted by Rana she was very nice & friendly. She took the time to explain to me what she was going to do with my eyebrows and even stated that she would help me grow my eyebrows back , she also handed me a mirror , that way I could see exactly what she explained to me. She was very detailed and took her time to break everything down step by step about my eyebrows. She definitely reassured me that everything was going to be fine. She was very gentle as well. My eyebrows turned about to be beautiful as ever. I purchased the eyebrow dip powder and brush as well. I would highly recommend this place. My daughter and I have been going to Aaina for a over a year now! The first time we went we had Navina and she was great!! She ended up leaving though :(..... When we came back for our next visit, is when we met Maha and (we) my daughter and I fell in love with her work!!!!!! I got my facial, wax and eyebrows done here today. Ms. Samira Rana was my beautician. She spent a lot of time making me feel comfortable and took efforts to pamper me throughout. Facial was relaxing, smelled wonderful and my skin felt great and clean afterwards. Waxing was as painless as it can be. Eyebrow threading was done expert handedly with no pain at all. I didn't have an appointment but I appreciate how Ms. Samira accommodated me in spite of her being extremely busy. I was also given discounts on each service. I get out of work by 12:30 so on my way home I stop by to get my eye brows threaded. The price is 8.00 by I use card so 2 bucks more which I don't mind because I'm not that cheap, I get a great frendly an fast service that's not in the middle of a mall where every one just watch.. It's nice and always clean..i was off today so I decided to get them done today and it's 3:50 on a Friday, I just walked in told my them I needed my eyebrows done sat down got them done..i paid and was one my way..You have to try it at least once if your in the area.
