I need to give a shoot out to Kevin, owner of AAA Pest Control. I called him with a rat problem in the attic. He came out the same day (who does that)! He climbed into the attic, climbed on the roof and found areas where the rat could enter. He set traps and returned the next day, CAUGHT the rat!! Came again one day later to check traps again and discuss remedies. My daughter and I were so impressed with this gentleman who could not be nicer, communicated when he was coming and followed up with text messages. His pricing was more than fair. AAA Termite and Pest Control came and took care of it all. He removed the old nests, sprayed, and sealed off all the vent openings. Responsiveness: No call or email was ever left unanswered. Kevin is probably one of the most excellent guys I've hired to do a pest control job. My particular job was bird nest removal. Over time the mesh vents started to deteriorate and the birds would just remove it and nest inside. He came by to do an inspection and let me know how long it would take him to remove the nest from going into the attic, spray for bird mites, and afterward install vent covers. He did an excellent job and went above and beyond. He is very responsive to messages and emails. This is the guy you want to do the job for you whether it be termite or pest control. I wish I had found out about this company earlier and used it for all of the jobs I've had in the past. I can see why everyone is leaving positive reviews because they truly deserve it. We had birds nesting daily on our roof vents causing damage to the vent screens and possibly inside our attic. We called AAA Termite & Pest Control for a free estimate for our bird problem. Kevin responded promptly and happened to be available to inspect our house on the same day we called him. He was polite and listened carefully to our concerns and needs. He did a thorough inspection, checked the attic as well as the exterior of our house. A few days later, he emailed us a reasonable estimate. On the day of service, Kevin bird-proofed our entire house, first treating the attic, then working all exterior vents and gutters. He worked diligently by himself all day without taking a break. I've used Kevin (AAA Termite) 3 times now each for a different reason. First was for roaches in our kitchen, it's been over a year now and still no roaches, the second was for a mouse in our back yard, I had tried both snapping and sticky traps to no avail:( Kevin set up enough traps to catch and kill like 20 mice but he eventually caught the 1, my most recent call to AAA was for a termite inspection report on a condo unit I had just purchased, he was very timely and thorough. He went as far as pointing out water damage (not required in a termite report) stating that water damage could attract dry wood termites later on. When purchasing my new home in Ewa years ago, I decided to get ahead with the whole pest issue, knowing my home was build on the old sugarcane fields.
