If you want cheapest price, they'll be the cheapest. Consequently, unprofessional and very poor workmanship. They caused $2,800 of damage to my roof and guttering after tenting my home for termites. I called their office and was told Justin Denny does not accept calls from customers. He only accepts written letters (per some girl who refers to herself as General Manager). I can reach CEO's of Fortune 100/500 companies. But you can't reach the owner of a small mom and pop local company like Absolute Termite and Pest control. My attorney is preparing documents. And by the way, I'm a huge supporter of LOCAL. As others have stated, BUYER BE WARE! AVOID this company!!! Because of this, the fumigation agreement that was reviewed and signed prior to service specifically addresses conditions involving roof-mounted items, projections, attachments, and other features that extend above or beyond the roof surface. The signed agreement clearly outlines that Absolute Termite & Pest Control is not responsible for damage to items that protrude from, are attached to, or extend above the roofline, as these conditions create risks that are outside of our control during the fumigation process. read more

We had a very negative experience with this company and would recommend that they should definitely be avoided. It may be very tempting to choose their service based upon their below market pricing for tented fumigation. However, after our fumigation experience, we learned how they can offer such low prices. They have a high customer volume and rapid tent turnover by shortening the fumigation period from the recommended 24 hr minimum to, in our case, only 17 hrs. I contacted the maker of Vikane to see if this was an adequate duration to achieve complete killing of the termites. They stated that this was possible only if the concentration of the gas was increased. How likely do you think it is that the company would have increased the amount of an expensive gas released into the house? Even if they stated that it was increased there is no way to confirm this. We had a long-scheduled appointment at 9:30 AM for tented fumigation of our home. Based upon the need to vacate the house, we also booked a two-night trip to Hawaii Island. As the morning wore on with nobody coming to the house, and no notification of any delay, we called and were informed that an inspector would come by to do a preliminary walk through. Unfortunately, he would arrive after we needed to depart for the airport to catch our flight. He did come and we were reassured that the tenting would still be done that day. Several hours after our arrival on Hawaii Island there was still no crew at our home. We were told by the front office as late as 5:30 pm that our home was still scheduled for tenting that day which is laughable as they would have been working in the dark at that time in the winter months. Of course, they never came and we were given the excuse that the winds were too gusty to tent. This was a bold-faced lie, probably invented by the tenting crew, and something that we disproved from concurrent weather reports. The following morning, we were being told that we would have to reschedule for a later date, after having done all the required prep work for the tenting. A normal customer-centric service would have squeezed us into the current schedule for that day even if it meant bumping another customer. Also we were leaving the island in a few days for a prolonged trip so this was not an option. We had to beg for a slot that day and, fortunately, there was a cancellation that permitted the treatment the day before our flight home. read more

The only reason I would say no is. I talked to a person got a quote and a date to do a termite inspection. On the day of the inspection they called and said the only way they would do the inspection is if I leave my keys there and do the inspection it out anybody present. Which said hell no. IF you are interested only the price of tenting...I'd say yay, go for it. IF you are interested in good communication and reliability, hmmmm...be prepared. My recent experience proved to be nothing like described. First-no one came to the house to check prior to giving an estimate. Done only over the phone. Ok-I assume they can calculate square footage from the address. Day of install-prior to install I was emailed to be on the property between 8-9 am. Ok...I was. After calling the company several times (4) during the day to inquire about arrival, to be told every time I would be notified 30 minutes prior to arrival. I complained about being notified to be on property between 8-9 and was told, yeah...everyone gets that notification. That should not occur and be fixed! I wish I would have been given a more accurate timeframe. They finally showed up around 2:30pm. At noon time, the office called me to notify that a blue truck was blocking the driveway wo any keys to move. I actually was sitting in my car IN my driveway at that time. Told them I was in the driveway and apparently they have called the wrong person. Yep, Kiley agreed she mixed me up with someone else's name that started with B. Day of untenting- Once the house was untented and cleared to enter I was told that I'd be called. I waited and waited and finally called them around 2:30pm. Again spoke to Kylie. She told me yep, it's ready! The house cleared that MORNING! My time is JUST as valuable as yours. Communication is sorely lacking but I will say the crew was very friendly and respectful. read more

We just had our house tented for termites and are very satisfied with Absolute's service. The employees were very responsive by email and phone. Kylie & Skye were especially helpful answering our question's. The initial inspection with Josh (I believe) was very informative and professional. The fumigation crew were respectful and kind and answered all our questions & concerns. They were also able to accommodate our schedule by getting the fumigation done within 2 1/2 weeks and they gave us an excellent price! Booking was easy but communication was horrible. After insisting on a site walk and prepping the home, waiting for hours, calling for updates they could not provide. The office called to let me know the home was not prepped correctly. I asked to get with the person who walked the house with me but he was conveniently off. I was clearly upset and expressed myself and my disbelief and disappointment. They charged me another $400 to prep the home so we could maintain the schedule. Today I arrived to the home in dissaray and all the food products and medicine tossed out in the yard in the rain. When they called about being completed they said they would lock up and close all the windows but that wasn't the case either. Im glad they got the doors to the house closed and locked. The Food in the driveway unbanned in the rain had to be the biggest shock to return to. Im not sure if any of the staff talks to eachother, customer service is lacking. As a small business owner myself I would be embarrassed but not everyone thinks the same. Theres more but thats enough to set me off. I really just hope at this point the house actually got treated i can replace the food, resemble all the appliances, reinstall the screens and move on. After 2 minutes of this review going up another employee called to dispute everything and said they will never work for me again and he will be voiding my warranty. Epic play. read more

Fumigation Apparently, they have several different crews. I had a good experience with one crew and a very bad experience with another. It was a windy day so they called off tenting . Only to come the following day (just as windy), they latched the door it in an open position causing it to fail in the strong winds and break apart. They refused to reimburse me sighting the strong winds ! You would think a professional company would not be working or not leave doors open if the winds were extreme and could cause such damage. I cannot trust them in the future to do any of my termite fumigation as some of their crew have no regard for the care and protection of your house. read more

I was a regular customer of Absolute Termite and Pest Control for probably over 5 years under a quarterly pest control schedule. I really wanted to support a local business and their technicians were always nice and the treatments kept the roaches away safely for us and our pets but their treatment of me as a loyal customer has lately been increasingly disorganized and unprofessional. Their last stunt by charging my credit card without authorization for pest control services that were never performed under a unilaterally imposed pest control appointment that I never agreed to was the last straw when they refused to do the right thing and refund my money for services they did not perform. They claimed they did an "exterior" service when I told the technician when he called me that day that I was not home and did not agree to the service he showed up to allegedly perform. Moreover, my unit is in a secured building and I was not home to let him in. A kupuna family member lives in the next unit and would have seen a technician performing the alleged service or called the police if a person was trespassing in our secured building outside my unit. That's how I know no one had performed any exterior service. They are apparently now resulting to dishonest business practices now that I told them to cancel all future appointments when they failed again to show up for a scheduled appointment the week before and I took off of work to have them perform the service. Their technicians have for the past few appointments either arrived many minutes late or failed to show up at all even if they send you text messages the day before to confirm you'll be home. Know that if you schedule an afternoon appointment, their technicians will sometimes call you to ask if they can come early so they can go home early. If you work like I do, it's not easy to take off work at any time of the day to accommodate their schedules. There is no respect or appreciation for hard-working customers' time, money or loyalty. I wished they had done the right thing and just refunded my money for services that I never agreed to and could not have been performed under the circumstances. I'm very sad to have to provide a bad review as it takes a lot for me to do this - but their dishonest business practice warrants a warning to potential customers. read more

Said they gonna call me back but still no response. To date they still haven't refunded me for unapproved charges. After moving into our place we noticed ants, cockroaches, spiders and even a centipede. Just moved back from the mainland and my girls dislike any type of pest...I strongly agree with them. So I gave absolute termite and pest control a call. The lovely lady at the other end gave me prices as well as all the info I needed. I booked right away and they even serviced the following week. The gentleman that came to do the service was very friendly and professional. He even removed his shoes and to walk through the house. I set up service that'll have them come every quarter. So far the treatment has definitely worked. Within a week, we've found dead cockroaches inside and out. Definitely recommend to anyone dealing with pest around the home. Despite this, I decided to give them another chance and signed a one-year contract. Unfortunately, the problems have only gotten worse. Now, I have been double charged, and their explanation is that I "wasn't charged properly last month." That is not an acceptable excuse. Signing a contract does not give them the right to suddenly charge extra without clear communication or authorization. When I tried to resolve this with customer service and management, they were completely unhelpful and kept repeating the same excuse without offering any real solution. Overall, this company lacks professionalism, reliability, and accountability. I would not recommend their services to anyone. Unfortunately, I am now stuck in a one-year contract, so I hope others have better luck than I did. However, being under contract does not justify double charging customers. Since then, I've called multiple times once being put on hold for 30 minutes and contacted customer service through their website. They claimed the refund was issued and told me to contact my bank. My bank confirmed no credit was received. Management has only sent screenshots claiming the refund was processed, but I never received an email or proper invoice. Overall, the communication is poor, management doesn't seem to care, and resolving billing errors is a frustrating, long process. Aloha All, Beware of Absolute Termite & Pest Control! They use bait-and-switch tactics. They'll give you a low quote at first, and you'll pay it. But when the tenting day arrives (when you're most vulnerable) they'll demand double the cost or refuse to proceed, claiming the original quote was inaccurate. The Full Story: I contacted Absolute Termite & Pest Control in July and spoke with Maile. They were having a sale, so I booked a consultation to get a quote. They sent out Michael, their technician, who was friendly and professional. He gave me a quote and scheduled the tenting for September. It seemed like a good deal, so I paid it. A week before the tenting, Michael came back for a walkthrough and reassured me that everything was good to go. When tenting day arrived, Cameron, another technician, who was also friendly for the most part, told me the quote was wrong and that I needed to speak with Amy Pascal from the office. Amy was busy, so I spoke with Maile again. She told me that Michael had done the quote incorrectly and that the cost would now be triple the original amount. I told her we couldn't afford that as we had budgeted and planned for this months in advance. After a lot of back and forth, she said Michael had misquoted four other homes recently, that he'd been fired, and was no longer with the company. She apologized and said the best they could do was 2.5 times the original quote. I told her I simply couldn't afford that and only had enough to cover double the agreed initial quoted price. She agreed, and they went ahead with the tenting. Their technicians did a good job on the actual tenting. The next day, they removed the tent and sent out a technician six hours later to clear the house with their meter. To my surprise, it was Michael, the same technician who had originally given me the quote and the one Maile said had been fired for misquoting other homes. I asked him what was going on, and he said he didn't know. He told me he had built the quote correctly and had done hundreds of homes. I immediately called Amy Pascal while Michael was standing right there. She apologized and said she would look into it with accounting. It's now been over two weeks and I've followed up six times. At first, Amy said they were still looking into it and would get back to me. She never did, and now she no longer answers or returns my calls. I thought about just giving up, but something doesn't sit right with me. Michael said he's done "hundreds of these quotes," and Maile mentioned there were "four other homes" that recently had the same issue. That tells me within our community and especially our kūpuna are likely being taken advantage of when they're most vulnerable. That just doesn't sit right with me. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. Visit #3 I've used these guys several times for some spot treatment. Excellent customer service by the lady who picked up the phone and Ace was the one who helped me with my current service. My need was a bit different - my mechanic found a dead rat in the car. I don't know how the heck it got in there and I don't want to know how. Ace came by early, greeted me, and he was just as puzzled as I was on how a rat ended up in there, but he was able to pull the thing out and clean out the area of the car it was on. Thankfully, it was in an easy to access area and he was able to safely dispose of it. I didn't want to touch that thing with a 10 foot pole - price to remove and dispose of it was very reasonable. Not sure about these other lower reviews, but this is my third time working with them and they're great. read more

Would I ever recommend Absolute Termite...Absolutely NOT!!!! Our scheduled date on Mon 5/25/2026 at 12 noon to 1 pm. They showed up at 8:15 am and we were told if they did not do it now they would not do it today. Called Justin and he said they would come back between 12-1 that day. No call and showed up at 2:30 pm. We have cameras and security alarm and Justin asked for the code....NO WAY would we give it to him. He said the next day he would be at the house at 12 and we have to be there to let him in and if he could not get a hold of us we would have to wait another day! Tuesday tried calling and texting him 11:45 to make sure that we were still on for 12 no answer. 12:15 Justin called and said they would be there about 2pm 2:30 got a call saying he was at the house and would put on their locks. Justin said that he would come back tomorrow morning 7:30-8 am to take off the locks mostly likely 7:30. Wed morning checked cameras and saw he was there at 8:30 and front door {security and wooden door} wide open and he was in the back house leaving my house wide open. When we arrived he didn't even know that we were there. Anyone could have entered my house. Found my pagodas toppled over, potted plants broken and hollow tiles thrown all over and one even on one of my potted pot broke with a hollow tile on top of it. Justin said they don't throw them but I have pictures of it. Lots of other things were disrupted and it was not in the way or near the house. When confronted he began to yell at me, he may be able to talk to his wife like that but I am a customer. He yelled at me where our next door neighbor could hear him yelling that he would never tent out house again. I would never hire him! He told my husband that our house was big but yet bragged earlier that the house he did before ours was bigger and because our house was on a hill. If the job was too big he should have not taken it. We tried calling CEO Brittany she does not take calls or do a face to face meeting and the only way to contact her is through email, which my husband did 6/1/26 and to this day did not get any response. Punctuality and professionalism were non-existent. Total regret using them and would tell everyone to beware. read more

BEWARE - Zero communication, unauthorized charges, and no accountability. Similar to the other poor reviews, my technician arrived late and outside of the scheduled time window. They had already left by the time I called back just 15 minutes later and I was told I would have to reschedule. Since then it has been a nightmare. This company has charged my credit card 5 times for a total of over $2,000 for what should have been a $500 service that was NEVER performed. What makes this worse is the complete lack of communication throughout this entire ordeal. I made multiple attempts to reach upper management and never received a single callback. No one contacted me before these additional charges were applied to my card. They simply kept charging a card on file without authorization, without notice, and without any attempt to resolve the situation. I feel robbed. If you are considering using this company, please think twice. Major dings on my rain gutters as if a ladder was leaning on it, busted three bracket for mounting my ring camera solar panels, dirtied my white vinyl fence, and when I called to complain, they said they were not responsible for any damages per the service contract. This company is absolutely the worst. After tenting our house in Aiea, we found that they had broken over 100+ tiles on our Munier roof. They claimed no responsibility and now I'm stuck with having to put on a new roof. They also went swimming in our pool w/o permission. In addition, i did an inspection after the tent was put up and found a gaping hole in the tent which gas was escaping. Where was quality control ????? How a company can run a business like this is beyond me. Plse do not use this company even though they might give you a $500 discount. You will pay for what you get. I had a bad experience with this company tenting my house. For our first appointment the technician was hours late. When I called to check they said he was stuck in traffic. Sure, but multiple hours late for the first appointment of the day? Didnʻt seem right but I figured give them the benefit of the doubt. For the tenting they emailed a confirmation of 10-11am arrival time. We prepped the house, following every detail of the instructions and waited. When no one had arrived at 12pm I called in and they said that the team was on their way and would be there by 1pm. They showed up at 4:30. About an hour into the tenting, they said that there was an issue with ivy on one wall. I explained that at our walk through the rep had told me it would be fine as long as I removed a gutter, which I had done, but the team on site said I had to call the office. I spoke with Amy, who told me that if I ripped the ivy out, they would finish the tenting. There was no turning back at that point, so I did it just to get it over with. It took about 30 minutes. Then when I called Amy back to let her know it was done, she told me that it was too dark and they sent their crew home without finishing the tenting. When I complained, she said that they could charge me $650 for not preparing the house properly, but would "waive the charge and reschedule as a courtesy to us." We had followed every instruction they gave us and the idea that they were doing us a favor was pretty insulting. They rescheduled for two days later, so instead of us being out of the house for one day, we were out for four. When I came back I found broken sprinkler heads and other damage to the house. The kicker in all of this is that I was telling the story to a coworker, and she asked if it was Absolute Termite because she had the same experience. Do not use this company. read more

These guys were a big help in removing our Yellowjacket nest! We suspected a nest on our back lanai and it is attached to both bedrooms of the condo, and we kept having stragglers sneak into the house. We thought this was a smaller nest, never seeing more than a dozen wasps ever around the lanai--turns out, because there is no off-season here for wasps, that this nest of nearly over 4 dozen wasps was forming relatively quickly under our noses! Our exterminator handled the job like a champ, though he did have to come out a second time, due to getting wasp freeze in his eyes the first time, meaning we had to reschedule. But when he was able to fully complete the job, he froze the wasps with wasp freeze, removed the nest and even got along well with our dogs enough that they might've become friends in such a short time! The exterminator did also say that this was a sizable nest, definitely on the bigger side, so keep eyes on your nooks and crannies around your place! The communication aspect of this experience was not the best, we did have a hiccup or two where I was texting an agent to contact my husband, provided details to do so, as I had to work on the day of initial appointment. My husband was left wondering what happened to the exterminator for over half an hour when he had left to retrieve something from his truck and never came back nor received indication from the company--they continued to contact me, messaging me and leaving me a voicemail at work, stating our exterminator had a self-pertaining emergency, and that we needed to reschedule. This was very frustrating, as at the time, I worked a very labor intensive job in retail and was fully unable to access my phone outside of designated breaks during work hours, and my phone service was almost naught at work. The coat of this service was astounding in a good way! They did not charge an inspection or assessment fee--they charged sub $200 for the same-day nest assessment, treatment and removal, unlike many exterminators seeming to charge $75+ to assess one day, then charge $200-300+ for nest treatment, and not necessarily including removal! We were left with the wasp bodies to remove the next day, as the wasp freeze needed to fully treat and dry before handling, but that was really not difficult, especially with how the service and cost of it turned out! All in all--great experience throughout. Should we need services again, we will be guaranteed requesting their expertise. read more

Very disappointed with my overall experience so far. Communication, follow up and accountability leave a lot to be desired. Tenting was scheduled and accepted for our back house and was told I'd be called before they show up. They showed up first thing that morning to start, no call. Left a couple hours later. That afternoon another couple guys show up. I hear noises go out and am informed that they are dispensing the gas for the fumigation. No call. I later get a call from the office thinking its a belated heads up or a status check. Kylie is calling to ask and inform me that the take down will happen later in the afternoon on the scheduled day. I say no problem and just for them to call me when they are coming or give me a more definitive time frame on when to expect them. I informed her that I had plans but was flexible and that I had not gotten any calls as expected on set up day. She apologized and said she would pass on my request. Surprise surprise they show up at 8:30 am no call again but at least I wasn't leaving for a couple hours yet. At least this crew summed things up without me asking. Now on the final day of inspection, I hear someone in our back house and assume its the guy hear to give the all clear. ( no call again but not surprised now.) He tells me our back house is clear and can be occupied again. I thanked him and joked that at least I had time over the week to get things back in order. Unfortunately I come to find out that he locked me out and I had no keys. I couldn't understand why he would lock up knowing I was outside on the premises. Called the office and they called back the next day. When informed of my predicament, I was told the manager would call me. 90 minutes later, I call back and was told that it wasn't their fault and suggested that I call a locksmith. (Duh) I told them I had yet to receive a call from their manager and would expect one within the hour. We'll they are closed now and no call. Bottom line is that their are a lot of fumigation companies and if you want no accountability, lack of integrity and poor management customer service, go for it. D.Y read more

Absolute Termite was quick to respond to my questions. They sent Michael to do the assessment on my rodent problem. He laid 6 sticky traps in two different locations. Within a couple of days they caught a really big rat. I have not heard or seen any other rodents since then. They sent over another guy shortly to dispose of the rat. I decided to go with Absolute Termite & Pest Control Hawaii for my termite tenting since they had the best price of the contractors I talked to. Also, they had good reviews on Yelp and were very responsive. They showed up everytime as scheduled; for the initial estimate, walk through before tenting, tenting, takedown, and clearance to reenter. Had to tent the house for termites as part of the terms with the Buyer when purchasing our home. In getting bids, Absolute was the low bidder and could get it done in our timeframe. A pre-inspection of the property was made by Absolute and we were informed to remove the gutter-mounted solar panels for our security cameras and any fencing that was attached to the house. These items would prevent them from pulling the tent over the house. With the necessary items removed, Absolute arrived on the scheduled day and quickly got the house tented. Following removal of the tent the next day, Absolute returned to do another inspection and cleared the house for entry. As I was not present during the post-tenting inspection, I inspected the property a day later and found no damage. Everything was like it was prior to tenting. read more

On 7/9/25, Absolute Termite took down the tent from my home for termite fumigation at about 8:30 or 9 am. I returned home about 4:30 pm in the afternoon after being notified it was safe to return. At that time, I noticed there was no running water in the house. I called the company to find out what happened and was told that while removing the tent, it got caught on the solar valve and broke and they had to shut off the main water line. I explained to them I should have been notified immediately so I could have responded back home and try to find a plumber. It was already too late and I had no water until the morning when I found a plumber to repair the valve. Furthermore, I found damage to my fence post which was not reported. As of this review, I have not heard back from Absolute Termite. read more

Absolute Pest Control completely dropped the ball. They didn't show up for a confirmed appointment and gave zero notice. No call, no explanation--just a straight no-show. That alone is unacceptable. When contacted, I was told the next available date was weeks away, as if their scheduling failure should become my problem. That's not how a warranty works. Customers shouldn't be penalized because a company can't manage its calendar. This level of unreliability defeats the entire purpose of paying for ongoing service. Made an appointment for 10/14/25 for pest control at 11am at the Moana Pacific. They confirmed appointment and took my payment information. Called them 3 times and they said they would be there at 1 pm, then 2pm, but no one ever showed up and they never reached out to me. I had to call them several times and leave a message to actually speak to a real person, even sent e-mails. Wouldn't book with this company as they don't show up or call. Tenants waited for them for 7 hours with 3 confirmations that they would be right there and that they were already in the building, but they never showed. read more

Terrible company! Absolute Termite and Pest Control came to our house to perform a termite tenting service. They pulled their very large work truck on to our property and parked very close to my car (car color blocked in photo for privacy). They proceeded to unload their equipment, throw things to each other, joke around, and not pay attention to what they were doing while on our property. When they left, we noticed that my car was damaged on the driver's side, which is the side that the termite work truck was parked next to. Damages include cracks in my taillight, dented side panel, and paint scratched off. I called Absolute Termite and Pest Control right after the incident had occurred. They were already off of our property and their rep answered the phone. I told them what happened and that they were to blame for my car being damaged since they were the only ones on our property with a vehicle that day. The rep said their owner Justin was "on vacation" and I overheard a woman's voice in the background saying "Hang up the phone, don't talk to them" The rep hung up on me and then I called back, and Absolute Termite and Pest Control had blocked my number. What kind of company does that?! The estimated repairs for the damages they caused to my car are about $3,500. My car is also brand new which obviously makes me even more pissed off. I filed a criminal hit and run police report and went through 2 months of the police going back and forth with Absolute Termite and Pest Control. At first the company told the police that they were going to provide their insurance card. Then they decided that they would retract that statement and then claimed that they were not at fault so they shouldn't have to be responsible. I want Absolute Termite and Pest Control to pay for what they have done. This is the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with in my life. Check out all of their reviews that mention property damage, it's because their crew jokes around on site, doesn't take their job seriously, and doesn't pay attention to what they are doing. Aloha Mr Justin Duny, I'm writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received today from the individual who identified herself as your manager at 4:44 p.m. This issue began when Antonie repeatedly called me to schedule a treatment that was not scheduled. For context: 1. My last scheduled service was on October 3, 2025, at 4:00 p.m., but no technician arrived on time. The technician eventually showed up around 8:00 p.m. with no prior notice -- which is unacceptable. 2. My agreement clearly states 12 services per year at $100.00 per visit (see attached quote). After my one-year period ended, I requested a new quote for quarterly service on September 8, 2025 (attached est 16908), which I received but never signed. No follow-up was made by your office regarding that quote or the status of my account. 3. Despite no active agreement or authorization, my card was charged $60.00 + $10.00 + $20.00 today, October 16, 2025, without approval. 4. When I called your office to clarify, I explained the situation numerous times, including the fact that I requested a quarterly service quote and never agreed to continue monthly service. Yet, I was told my account was on "auto-pay," even though this term appears nowhere in the original signed quote or the new one sent in September. Additionally, when I phoned earlier in September to request a new quote, no one mentioned that cancellation was required in writing, and this policy is not noted anywhere on the quote itself. If the original agreement was set to auto-renew without my consent or this information being disclosed, it would be considered misrepresentation. As someone with over 20 years in the hospitality and customer experience industry, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and empathy shown by your manager. She was defensive, dismissive, and unwilling to listen -- which reflects poorly on your company's reputation. I am requesting an immediate refund for all unauthorized charges made today and written confirmation that my account is closed with no further billing. I recently moved into my new home and noticed it was time for a spray. I messaged and called a few places I had found on Yelp and this company was very responsive and a good value. They do inside and outside spraying, which inside concerned me since I've got a dog. The rep and tech, Joseph, said that it's non-aerosol and is child and pet-friendly, so I agreed to service. You pay with the tech after service is rendered, which is nice and quick (30 min tops?) The next day I found a few dudes and glad I followed through. It was recommended based on home and what type of bugs to spray every other month. I paid about $99 for this service for an upstairs 4 bed/2 bath home. Hopefully it keeps the roaches away.
