DJ was amazing!! Super friendly, courteous, and professional. He really went above and beyond to take care of our home during the storm. Right after the fumigation, he called personally to let us know there was water leaking from the roof/ceiling due to heavy rain. Since we couldn't go back into the house, he stepped in and set out buckets to catch the water and prevent damage. He literally drove to our home to help us! We were so grateful he did that for us. Tenting our church... You never know when those little pests are around... until you see those droppings... the small tell-tale signs that termites are present! One of the guys at our church (Milton) knows someone at Aloha Termite & Pest Control. Milton said he used this company for another church in Kalihi when it was really windy and the tenting ripped! Yikes! Even with the extra work, this company pulled through and still gave that church a discount... ...and our church got a discount, too... despite the fact that our church has unusual architecture and is very taĺl in certain areas. I had my regular exterior treatment done on 4/3/26. After another rainy day on 4/10/26, a large number of small, light-colored ants were on my kitchen counters. I called Aloha Termite on 4/13, and they were able to schedule a technician to come out on 4/14. Eddie Mendez came and thoroughly inspected my kitchen counters and around the cabinets. The ants by this time had lessened considerably, but Eddie searched until he found a roaming ant. He wanted to confirm it was pharaoh ants as he suspected. He treated the kitchen with both spray and bait. I was impressed with Eddie's thoroughness and knowledge. He did an excellent job. read more

I've been with Aloha Termite for several months, and I have to tell everyone.. they are solid. I find dead centipedes and many roaches outside my house all the time. Their reporting on rodent activity is also very informative and helps me to know what I need to watch for and how to take preventive measures in that arena as well. Here's a short review I wrote for my technician who visited yesterday: "Travis has always been good. He does his best to preview what he will do with me onsite before he starts his process, and as long as I'm available, he gives me a rundown on everything he finds in-person before he leaves. Travis has ALWAYS been as pleasant and careful as possible, and he is a big reason I'm comfortable with your company. I really do hope all of your service agents are as good as he is, and that you are able to compensate them well for how they perform as they work with clients." The crew showed up on time this morning and while I was still trying to gather my things the supervisor and guys with the tent showed up and they just went at it. The guys were all very nice and respectful with this old lady that loves slow. They even took it well when I heard my neighbor telling them to be careful around her plants.
