The company charged me more than what was quoted in the initial invoice. The job they did was very unprofessional. They did not do my kitchen where the infestation was maximum and the tech was out of my apartment in just 10-12 minutes.( I was not orally told that they do not do the Kitchen, It might be in fine prints in the contract but I was not aware of it ) . I did not get any information about how to prepare my apartment for the tech visit. When I did put a very bad Yelp and Google review I was asked to take down the review in exchange of lower prize the next time I get the service . ( I did take down the review as I did not want to go any further with the arguments with them) . But after waiting for a month I saw no reduction in the cockroach infestation. On 7/20/2026 the tech suddenly showed up at the apartment complex for the next quarterly service before scheduling with me before hand . When I said I do not want to go forward with the service and want to end the contract I was charged $250 for canceling it . So, In total I lost about $420 ( $160 for the first treatment and $ 261 for cancelling the service) for nothing . This was my first time with a pest control an did not know such contract exist . I would not have canceled their services if they would have done the job inspite of charging me higher than what was quoted in the invoice. But I DID NOT SEE ANY REDUCTION IN THE COCKROACH INFESTATIONN AFTER THEY COMPLETED THE TREATMENT. SO, BEWARE AND NEVER HIRE THEM FOR YOUR PEST CONTROL NEEDS. We are delighted with Environ's service. Office staff are friendly and accommodating. On-site service people are always cheery, very thorough, and will always take the time to address any issue we have. When a new issue (e.g. a new ant intrusion) occurs they will schedule an additional call to follow up on the immediate response. We couldn't ask for a more complete, thorough and friendly level of service.
