I don't know how they get every single person so efficient and easy to work with. It's often a different person, but some of the friendliest and most helpful have been James, Dustin, Allen, Neth, and Logan. We unknowingly rented in an area with HORRIBLE cockroaches, mosquitoes, etc., and they are a godsend and will also tell you how to prevent future entry. It's $50/mo for quarterly application with a guarantee of keeping the listed bugs out. They come out for free and apply more if there's any "activity" (aka live giant cockroaches in the house in our case once) between applications too.

A friend of mine that owns a couple of rental properties told me about the GREAT Experience AND RESULTS (NO more Cockroaches) in her rental units! I shopped around looking for the Best service & reasonable Prices ! To be honest. My Apt. was infested !!!!! For example, I would wake up at get up at 2am to get a drink of water the refrigerator. When I would opened the reefer door and the light shined on the kitchen floor. I saw tons of Roaches running! I said to myself, "THATS IT" ! I need a Professional Pest Company. I called Absolute Termite & Pest Control. I was shocked how low their price was for the initial first visit & monthly service fee! PLUS, they offered, an in-between my once month service. Absolute Termite offered to come back to my Apartment and spray, bate, etc. for a FREE service! After the FIRST visit to my Apt. 1 hour treatment; this is GROSS but true. Roaches started coming out in the daylight dying! It's been 4 month. NO MORE Roaches! I TRULY recommend this company! Thank you So much! Mia

This review is based on my overall very bad experience with the company…read more I hired them for pest control in my apartment and was quoted a prize for the job. The company charged me more than what was quoted in the initial invoice. The job they did was very unprofessional. They did not do my kitchen where the infestation was maximum and the tech was out of my apartment in just 10-12 minutes.( I was not orally told that they do not do the Kitchen, It might be in fine prints in the contract but I was not aware of it ) . I did not get any information about how to prepare my apartment for the tech visit. When I did put a very bad Yelp and Google review I was asked to take down the review in exchange of lower prize the next time I get the service . ( I did take down the review as I did not want to go any further with the arguments with them) . But after waiting for a month I saw no reduction in the cockroach infestation. On 7/20/2026 the tech suddenly showed up at the apartment complex for the next quarterly service before scheduling with me before hand . When I said I do not want to go forward with the service and want to end the contract I was charged $250 for canceling it . So, In total I lost about $420 ( $160 for the first treatment and $ 261 for cancelling the service) for nothing . This was my first time with a pest control an did not know such contract exist . I would not have canceled their services if they would have done the job inspite of charging me higher than what was quoted in the invoice. But I DID NOT SEE ANY REDUCTION IN THE COCKROACH INFESTATIONN AFTER THEY COMPLETED THE TREATMENT. SO, BEWARE AND NEVER HIRE THEM FOR YOUR PEST CONTROL NEEDS. THERE ARE BETTER SERVICES OUT IN THE MARKET

Andrew, the technician, was absolutely amazing as well. He was knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, and did a fantastic job treating our condo. I especially love supporting locally owned and operated small businesses, and this is exactly why. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in the quality of their work. The personal service and attention to detail really stood out. We truly appreciate Franco and Andrew for making the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and excellent pest control service! We will definitely be using them again. Mahalo, Franco and Andrew!

Andrew was absolutely great. He was thorough and detailed. He sprayed every corner, seam, doorway,…read moreand entranceway like he was on a mission and honestly I respect that level of commitment. He also went above and beyond by spraying proactively for roaches, ants, and spiders, and even mentioned it could help with the millipedes that have apparently decided my home is their vacation destination. He treated the drains for gnats too, which I did not even think about but now feel personally attacked by. What really stood out was that everything he used, spray, bait, and powder, was eco friendly and pet friendly, so no stressing about safety while still getting the job done. He also made sure we actually understood what to do after he left. He went over the instructions multiple times, emphasizing that everything needed at least 45 to 60 minutes to dry. Clear, patient, and thorough, basically the opposite of every confusing instruction manual ever written. Also, shoutout to the woman who scheduled the appointment, I am so sorry I forgot your name. She was amazing, super knowledgeable, clearly experienced, and mentioned she has been doing this for years and has been on the islands for something like 47 years. You can tell when someone knows their stuff and she definitely does. Regarding the cost, there was a small difference from the original quote. I was initially quoted 180 dollars before taxes with the note that paying cash would cover the taxes. In the end, I was charged 165 dollars, which was actually lower than expected. I appreciated the transparency during the visit and the final price worked out well. Overall, highly recommend. Huge thanks to Eco Smart for sending such an awesome team. If all service experiences were like this, I would actually look forward to having bugs. Okay that is a lie but you get it.

Sean seemed like an honest person; I got an upfront estimate on a quarterly maintenance program, but he also said the traps we already laid out could be enough to keep bugs out. Within a day or two I got a email with more details on the maintenance program, along with the pictures he took of each hole in my unit. So even though it had only been an initial inspection, I got enough information to be satisfied with Pest Tech Hawai'i.

I had a very disappointing experience…read more In July 2026, this company arrived to tent the house across from mine. Without my permission, the crew drove a heavy vehicle onto my driveway and lawn, leaving noticeable indentations. They also turned the vehicle's tires while on the grass, tearing up and damaging the lawn. I contacted the company by phone, left a message through their AI system (which is just horrible as you don't get to talk to a real person. Guess their way of not having to get back to you.) and followed up with a detailed email requesting that someone contact me to discuss resolving the damage. Despite these efforts, I have received no response. Mistakes can happen, but what is most disappointing is the lack of communication and customer service afterward. I simply wanted to discuss the damage and find a resolution, but my calls and email have gone unanswered.
