I have to go to a hardware store nearby and buy a box and tape to pack but was able to save $25 for not falling for their scam There are several locations within 5-10 miles. I think their parcel service is good, but they need to improve the overall customer experience by providing proper air conditioning or better ventilation. I know I know, I didn't plan this well but I made it. I didn't have to wait long and I asked for the finger print service. I did not know I had to bring in paperwork since it wasn't mentioned by the program I was applying for but thankfully they knew what paperwork I needed and had it printed there (have to pay for bw copy since I didn't print it myself).
