My guide/salesperson, Patrick, explained the price, binding process, and timeline so clearly and efficiently that I was in and out of the store within 20 minutes... a record for me who is decision-averse. Less than two weeks later, as promised, my rug was ready. Unlike the area rugs I had been shopping for that cost thousands of dollars more, this remnant was cut to the exact size I needed. The professional binding was the finishing touch for what amounts to a custom rug. I'm heading back to The Carpet Stop for "custom" runners for my hallways. Thank you to Patrick and the crew at The Carpet Stop for their great guidance and customer service.

All the reviews are true! We are a week in to our new carpet and couldn't be happier with the results! They were quick, efficient, extremely communicative, had amazing response time and best of all REASONABLY priced. I had 2 other companies come out to give us estimates before carpet now and Carpet now beat BOTH bids by $200+. Chuck was extremely friendly and knowledgable about which options would be best for our pockets and the look we were going for! They bring samples ON SITE to choose from which was wonderful for us to be able to see and feel in real time. Shoutout to Chuck for being extremely patient and willing to big chill in the couch while we went back and forth with our decision Lol If we ever need any more work done, I'm definitely reaching out to Carpet now first. Ya'll - AND they cleaned up when they left! I mean GOOD too! I'm talking no crumbs left behind!

If you are looking to get flooring put in, Joe is the man to use. He just finished a 2100 sq ft…read moreproject at our house and we could not be happier with the final product. We had received quotes from a few companies, most of which were way higher priced and then tried to play games to get your business. Joe started the exact day he said he would, had the whole project planned out (which took 8 and a half days given the size of the project), and finished exactly when he said he would; which might sound like a little thing, but for anyone else who has had work done on their house knows it is not. Not only was the final product excellent, Joe gave us suggestions on what flooring to purchase and how to save some money with it, gave us an exact item list of what to buy (no other quote did this and we would have be significantly off with our calculation). Given the fact we had to move most of our house around during this, he worked with us on a plan how he could do section by section to not completely disrupt our lives. And finally, and probably most importantly, Joe was extremely professional throughout the entire process, showed up every day with a smile on his face, always played with our dogs when he got here, and just overall the kind of person you want working on your house for a long term investment like flooring.

My sincere appreciation is well-deserved to Mr. Tony Rodriguez! He is an experienced, well educated, well-informed, a professional and quite personable individual. Tony is the contractor working with my excellent builder, Truitt Group- Mr. Logan Leen. Tony himself was directly involved in the project from the beginning: getting all the necessary measurements, ordering martials, following up with the installation crew, and making the final inspections of the installations. He also left me with the plenty leftover tiles and material for possible future repairs or renovation!! Tony certainly gives his full attention and care one will need during a home construction! Thank you Tony. My appreciations of his installation crew: Mr. David Romero installed almost all flooring and shower tiles. He is efficient and very conservative with material usage, yet installs quality work. He is very hard-working individual and makes sure to get the job done and done right! Mr. Juan is the crew lead as well as a great installer. He leads the group by example and makes sure all works are done correctly. Mr. Roger is a good installer and seems enjoys his work and is just happy person. Pros: The sales reps we've worked with are friendly and nice. They seem to know their stuff about…read moretheir products, and they carry a wide range of inventory. We used them for carpet replacement, backsplash demo and install, and floor demo and wood install. The sales reps are very agreeable and are good salesmen...confident in their products/service and make lots of promises. Have a pretty quick turnaround with ordering and install. Depending on the scope of project, they send in a large crew to get in and get the job done. Cons: The quality of the job lies in whatever crew and Project Manager gets assigned to your project. The sales rep becomes a middle man of trying to give "the customer is always right" vibe (or "let's keep the customer happy") AND "got to keep the PM happy or he'll probably leave the job with his crew". Sales rep will say, "yes, we can do that, let's make it right." Then the PM comes in and says, "the slab was uneven, that's normal, nothing we can do about it." The "we can fix this portion of the job, it's easy, just need to do this..." then becomes "choose the worst couple of spots and we'll fix those" because of pushback and excuses from the crew. No quality control. I'm giving two stars because they did a good job with our carpet installs, and our Sales Reps were nice guys. Just wish our "nice guys" could have had a crew that knew what they were doing and took more pride in their work. I've talked to other customers that had other crews work on their projects, and they did not have any of the same issues as we did. And they were surprised when they saw the pictures I'm posting.

They also worked fast and left everything very clean. For reference, they ripped up old carpet and placed new hardwood in 2 bedrooms and 1 master closet. It took a little time to get the closest match but Bob was nice enough to come out twice to drop off two different floor samples. However, I was craving a bit more communication on their end. Bob is very responsive to messages which I appreciate but this was a job at an unoccupied home (belonging to my parents) with a hidden key so I did want more updates (especially with my folks constantly asking me). I did not receive notification of job start or finish. I had to reach out to get that. I didn't find out that the job was completed until the following day. I received an immediate reply to my messages which is nice but like I said, I'd have preferred more proactive communication. Not a big deal but worth mentioning. Ultimately, a pleasant experience and we're all happy with the results.
