I wanted to find a place that was closer to home. I stumbled upon this place one day from a coupon that was sent to my house in the mail. I saw that it said $20 foot reflexology massage, which was 5 Bux cheaper than the massages I'd had in the past, so I thought it couldn't hurt to give it a try. So I decided to just show up to the place on a Saturday and check it out. It's in a shopping center, that isn't too busy. I walked in and the place was dark and quiet. There were only 2 people working there that I could see, and neither of them were busy. I asked for the $20 foot massage, and the gentleman there, happily sat me down in a chair. The massage was GREAT!! Full body deep tissue foot massage. The guy spent alot of time on my back (which I needed) and took his time(since there were no other customers). I had the place all to myself, other than one person walking in to ask about prices during the massage, but other than that it was silent. Now, if you're used to the places that are completely dark and the walls are painted dark colors with soothing music in the background, this place is not quite like that. The walls are plain white, there is soothing music (but with someone singing, not an ocean sound) playing out of two speakers on the walls. There are shades in the windows to block some of the light from outside but it's not completely dark in there, so don't go expecting too much of the atmosphere. Go here strictly for the price and for the massage because it was great!!! They also do table massages and other things, but I haven't tried those yet. I've been back once since then on a Saturday, and they seem to be picking up business because the two employees there were both busy. The guy asked me to come back in an hour, and I did. If you haven't tried foot reflexology, I encourage you to do so. It is a VERY cheap and efficient way to relieve stress, detox, or just plain ole pop your hip and spine back into place . There should be more places like this in the 909.

Update 09/03/15: I…read moream not advertising that this place specializes in treating such symptoms -- I just wanted to share how I feel x amount of days after my massage. After going to so many massage joints like this for so many years, I have NEVER walked out feeling this great. Day after massage: Sciatica/back felt 50% better. I was a little sore from the massage (which is normal) but I was able to walk better. Two - three days after massage: I felt 75% better. Four days after massage (today): I feel 90% better. I think I can run and start exercising again without any pain! After taking numerous amounts of Ibuprofen for the last couple of weeks that did NOT help me much, I can't believe how much this masseuse helped me. I am so glad I found her. I woke up this morning feeling great. You can't imagine how happy my mood is right now!

The appointment already started off odd, I waited in my car until my appointment time but the door was locked when I got there, even though the sign said open. I called and they were waiting for another masseuse to get there & she was running late so I asked if I could use the bathroom while I wait; they asked me to use the bathroom in the dessert store next door, which I felt odd about so I ended up pre-paying for a dessert & coming back for it after my massage so I didn't seem rude. Then they called me asking where I was, even though I was the one waiting for them? Plus I already told them I was going to the bathroom... anyways I wanted my usual 1 hour full body massage listed at $60 and since I didn't have cash, zelle'd them $70 for the tip (prior to the massage) I was actually even moreso excited because the new masseuse I got seemed to speak really good English as sometimes the communication can get lost due to not understanding (like asking for lighter/harder massage or avoiding certain areas; I typically ask them not to do the head scratching because I don't like it) but the first half of the massage she was texting (she didn't even have it on silent, it was on vibrate & she would be massaging me with one hand and using her phone in the other or she would take long pauses which made me uncomfortable thinking she could be taking unwanted pictures of me) and then the second half of the massage I had to ask her a few times to go lighter because she switched her pressure from medium to hard & was hurting me (I got the massage on Friday and over 48 hours later I'm still sore). Plus she nearly ripped off my underwear & I was so exposed that I might as well have been naked & certain stretches I felt like I was just flashing her & I felt very uncomfortable. She was just overall rough and careless in how she was moving me around to reposition/stretch me, I'm in my 20's and my left hip and left wrist has been bugging me since the massage, I've never had any of these issues in the years that I had been there. The cherry on top was when I was leaving I let her know I had already sent $10 tip before the massage & she said no, massage was $70 and pointed to the 70 minute massage (even if so, she didn't even massage me for 70 minutes). I knew I was in the right but she was upset & she even called her boss Stella to confirm that I even sent a payment (via Zelle). I told her multiple times that I had asked for the 60 minute $60 massage and I pointed at it & she changed her story and said the whole body is $70, even though it clearly says 30 minute body massage 30 minute foot massage (which at the new location they didn't do the regular foot bath and hardly even massaged my feet which was the main reason I even went). At this point I was just over it, I already had a long day and initially wanted the massage to relax and unwind which clearly didn't happen. I just wanted to go home so I zelle'd another $10 (which thinking about it now, I'm upset that I caved, I should have just walked out). I had a loyalty stamp card and I left it on the desk saying I wouldn't need this anymore as I'm not coming back and there was an older Asian lady sitting on the couch and she just laughed in my face and didn't say anything. Needless to say, they definitely lost their quality of both their massage and their customer service over the years and I won't be coming back.
