They raised their cost of service yet continues to hire people who can't even apply the correct amount of pressure for a deep tissue. Maybe it's just our luck tonight and both of our therapists are new or tired? Anyways, we usually get the 90 mins combo and be in deep relaxation mode within the 15-20 min mark. Not this time, my husband had to ask his therapist twice to apply more pressure. The older lady who runs the place came in and had to translate everything. She finally starts applying pressure but it's not constant. By the end of our session my husband was annoyed. Just the amount of pauses and interruptions that cuts through his session. To add insult to injury the same lady who translated for him, jokes around and suggested we should tip $25ea because it's a $75 massage. LOL! Here's a thought, maybe hire a normal therapist who can deliver the service!?

I originally scheduled an appointment with Kevin today, but I was pleasantly surprised to have May work on me instead. I did the 1-hour combination massage, which includes a full-body massage, and it was exactly the TLC I needed. The quality of their massages is honestly comparable to the professionals I've experienced in China, and that is a HUGE compliment coming from me. They really know what they're doing, and I'm pretty particular about my massages now because of them. I definitely won't settle for anything less! If you're looking for a great massage, ask for Kevin or May. And after your massage, they serve the most delicious goji berry tea, which is such a nice finishing touch. I chose hot stone as my elevation and it was absolutely the best thing. And big shoutout to Dina, she's amazing. She asked where I would like her to focus on more and she would always check to see her pressure and the temperature. I was really sore because I do exercise a lot, but the message reduced the muscle tension. And everything was perfect. My muscle was very relaxed Highly recommended, and I would love to go in more frequently. My only complaint is that the therapists seem to work on a tight schedule, meaning they only have exactly 1 hour with each customer. If you happen to arrive late then you will have a shorter session. And even if you do arrive on time, the therapists have to end a few minutes early to transition to the next customer. I really hope there can be a 10-15 minute delay between each appointment, so customers have truly have their 60 or 90 minute session. Also, for the therapists to take a short break.
