I went on yelp looking for a local massage place for my husband and i. The reviews brought us in, and immediately we were welcomed in by Lee. the vibe was calm and relaxing, very welcoming. the decorations were simple and quaint, not what i saw on yelp the previous years posted, nonetheless very clean and simple. Lee started with my husband and i waited in the front, also mind you there's no wifi or good service nonetheless, i connected to my husband's hot spot and still very spotty. My husband said he really liked how all pressure points were hit and worked on. he felt very comfortable that he didn't have to completely undress, just his shirt came off. when my husband was done, Lee escorted me to the next room and it was dark, clean and smelled nice. i was completely dressed and he just covered me with a long towel. i was comfortable and enjoyed every knot being worked out, he paid extra attention to my neck and spine which was much needed. we will definitely be coming back and doing a couple massage. the prices are great and so was the service. there's also plenty of parking. you can call for an appointment and walk ins are welcome. definitely ask for Lee!! read more

Clean, minimalist, yet our experience was pleasant and relaxing. Hubby & I chose the 1 hr combo body and foot massage (30 mins each). For our masseuse, hubby had Lee and I had Serena. I had neck and upper shoulder problems and Serena was helpful in giving gentle medium pressure points. Hubby said I enjoyed the massage so much, I literally fell asleep, which for me is an accomplishment for there have been nights when I have a hard time sleeping due to body aches. Lee was also great with massaging hubby's lower back & leg problems, also putting emphasis on the medium pressure points. Overall, we are satisfied and would gladly come back again. read more

I have been to many massage therapists and though many have been very good, I have found my favorite here at Oak Massage. Lee is able to address and correct the tension and pain in my neck, back, and other areas I didn't even realize were sore. He has also helped alleviate sinus pain and pressure, as well, which is a huge bonus for me. I have been here 4 or 5 times now. Every time I'm here, Lee & the other massage therapists are always smiling and friendly. It's a very welcoming atmosphere, not to mention nice & clean. Super relaxed every time I walk out. Which is great because I have a very stressful life at the moment! Thanks, Lee read more

Great massage with lots pressure where you need it. They know the body's muscle structure and how to work it. But, the language &/or culture barrier makes them bad at handling clients. I called to verify they had time for a 30 minute massage and advised I am 5 minutes away. When I got there they said, wait 20 minutes. I sat down to wait and they said to go away and come back. I didn't appreciate that. My previous visit was interrupted multiple times because only one person working at times. And this room didn't have the bars for walking on my back. I called and Lee was able to take me right away. I got a 60 min body massage and it was great. He started with pressure points and then got out many knots. The place is clean and very relaxing. I will definitely be back soon and often! Totally worth it! read more

Went into the location a man asked if I wanted a massage. I said I want a lady masseuse. He said come back In 5 mins. I went to sit in my car and made a phone call. I was gone 10mins, went back in an another customer was paying and he took him back. He was looking at me the whole time but ignored me. Took the guy back and then says to me"oh you came back". I just walked out. Customer service is bad. read more

I stopped here on a stressful work trip bc my back was nearing the point where it was ready to spasm. If you have back issues, you know this is a danger sign right before you are out for a few days. I had Eila. She was phenomenal. She targeted my back and used the perfect pressure to target and relax me. I came in kinda hyper, and left a changed person. I was left amazed at how good that massage was. This kind of experience is soooo hard to find. If you are looking for a perfect mixture of deep tissue and medium pressure massage, this is the place. Take advantage, this place has the talent you'd get at a very expensive premier spa, at a great price. read more

Came back from a work trip and was in need of a full body massage badly! I found this spot and was happy to see the 5 star rating and that they were able to accommodate me right away. Eva had a very nice and calming demeanor. She kindly asked me to let her know if the pressure was too strong, but I was pleasantly surprised when she used the perfect balance of strength and gentleness that felt like she was getting all my knots out, while allowing me to still relax. This place is clean, welcoming and newly opened. 10/10 Great first experience here and so happy to have found a high quality spot close to home! Will definitely be back. read more

I came here because I have a chronic neck pain. Some days it feels terrible and I get a vertigo and have an overall fatigue. I came to seek for some relief and got a back massage with Mr. Li. I could tell he was very experienced and knew the trigger points. I left relieved as the massage was just right: the right amount of pressure, yet not too hard around neck. I'm definitely coming back and highly recommend this place. Prices are super competitive, great value for the quality. 5/5 read more

I can't explain the situation with out leaving logic at hand. I'll explain. First off I tried to get a massage on a short notice calling a few spots around my area. Happen to come across this one of Philadelphia. I went in and talked about pricing and service, and agreed on price (90 minute massage). So, as a normal customer would get ready to get a massage you start putting your stuff on a counter or chair. Im taking about keys, phone, shoes ect... I specifically put my phone on a counter and laid my hat on top of it, so it won't light up if my phone rings, as a courtesy for the ambience of the room. Fast forward 30 minutes into the massage I hear my masseuse talking (whispering ) to someone that came in the room. I didn't think nothing of it at the moment. All I said ti myself, it's probably another employee asking some questions or possibly needs equipment or oils. Lets skip to the end of the massage. As I'm gathering my stuff to leave I notice my phone is missing. Now, let me remind you, as I said earlier I specifically laid my hat on top of my phone. I don't want to rule out pass of judgment here, I have a busy life and there was a slight chance that I could've just imaged the whole thing and didn't even bring my phone in the room and left it in my truck. So I proceeded to tip the lady and I told her I think I lost my phone in here. While I'm not trying to panic. I go to my truck and search for my phone and it's not in sight. So now I'm pissed. I know I left my phone in the room and I proceed to tell her. I'm not crazy and asked her "who came in the room earlier? Because mostly likely that was the culprit. I'm making a scene at this point and threatened to call the cops because I clearly was robbed. The lady started (loudly) speaking in Chinese, mandarin I believe. Until another lady popped up out of nowhere and pretended to look concerned and wanting to help. I told both of them I know you guys have my phone, so I told them again I'm calling the cops. Finally the somewhat concerned employee rushed to another room in the facility and brought out two phones. She pretended that it was a mistake and tried to explain to me that she mistakenly grabbed my phone instead of hers. Not buying, because she had to lift my hat up to grab my phone. In addition my phone lights up with a screensaver of my family whenever my screen is touched. Not only she had a full hour to figure out that she grabbed the wrong phone, not to mention the fact that her phone was red and mine had a distinctly different color. It could not of been a mistake. Definitely not going there again. It felt really sketchy not going to speak on the service because I feel this supersedes it. I'll leave it up to you guys to make sense of it all and use logic. If they had negative stars, I will give them -5 for trying to rob me. Not cool. I tend to support the community and provide a good review when it's needed but at the same token I provide a review when it's definitely needed. read more

I was kept waiting for more than 15 minutes, and it was so hot in there I was sweating. I did not feel like the masseuse enjoyed her job. She did what was necessary to complete the task at hand, there wasnt an aura of joy or happiness from someone who is healing someone. Stiffling hot. read more
