I like that they give you a private room with soft music and dim lighting. The other place I used to go to doesn't give you a private room for a foot massage, so this was a step up. Chen gave me my massage, and he's great. He has a polite, pleasant, and gentle manner about him that made me feel welcome and comfortable. He would often check if I was feeling ok, if the pressure was ok, if I needed water, etc. His massage was just right. Request him if you can. Afterward I felt so relaxed and loosened up. When he arrived, he was given the half hour and the full hour price . He paid up front for a full hour and was told he was going to get his change after the massage.
