She first started off with giving me a raw massage on my back no oil no lotion for 30 minutes. It was torture. She then proceeded to get on top of my back by standing on it with her feet and continued to give me a foot massage on my back, which didn't really do much, and when I tried to lift my head to see what was going on. STAY AWAY! I don't normally judge a book by its cover (Ive had little old ladies wiith Iron Grips work me in Thailand) , but I should have this time. This place is a block away from us so we decided to test it out. $150 M-F advertisement for a 90 minute couples massage. My Wife and I get massages regularly and had just moved back so I booked a couples massage. AMBIENCE: Your normal Asian massage that's "questionable" from tbe outside so our expectations were very low but somehow their service for both the full body and my wife's Foot/shoulders managed to underperformed even our lowest expectations. WHAT A BUMMER. These people do not know how to massage (Elderly gentleman and elderly lady who worked the front desk.) EXPERIENCE: - After stripping down to undies and going under the blanket, my lady came in, got on my back and began to walk on me for about 30 minutes. (I'm used to something like this) as I'm 6' 220 and pretty muscular so sometimes it helps for pressure. What I'm not used to was her digging in with her toe nails occasionaly, and stepping/digging heels into places that were more bone than muscle. I'm sure if I wasn't as large it could have possibly injured a smaller person. Feet also generally disgust me. I'm ok when there's a blanket.... She was barebacking me and her feet were too close for comfort to my ears/face.... - When I asked to change to hands and use oil, they eventually stopped the walk and said Oil was 2nd half..... It consisted of her lathering me up in oil and just caressing the oil over my back (NO type of pressure) - She stretched me out in ways that once again would have probably been really uncomfortable for someone not as flexible - There was a 2 minute foot massage if one could even call it that. - She did use a couple of hot stones but that lasted a good 2 minutes. -My wife's neck/foot massage was no better. (She's tiny and loves swedish) This guy was just poking at her back, used oil for a good 3 minutes, and generally had no idea what he was doing. All in All this place is probably more for the 5 minute quickie "footlong" massage. To add insult to injury, I gave her $160, and she asked for $10 extra to tip. won't be coming back here, and I wouldn't suggest it if you want a real massage because it won't be a happy ending for you, unless you're the type that would want to cum back and request it. read more

Place is a scam if you're going to purchase an appointment from a third party. Third party app is called Groupon. Just call store and pay personally or else you're going to get a headache trying to solve the issue paying off the third party app. What worse is that when you arrive the employees don't know how to assist you with the problem. Purchased the 90 min couples massage from Groupon which was a great deal. This was probably one of the best massages I have ever gotten.

Massage was fine, only hiccup was no one spoke English so I wasn't able to choose my 2 add ons for my massage or what type of massage we wanted. I had purchased a couples massage with choices of deep or Swedish massage and 2 add ons (hot stones, cupping, mini facial, back scrub.)They just chose for us. I had paid for everything in advance through my Groupon so when it came time to leave they wouldn't let us go because we were obligated to tip. Stay far away from this place! Worst massage experience of my life. My boyfriend and I bought a Groupon for a couple's massage for his parents as a gift, but they weren't able to use it due to their blood thinning medication, so we planned to use it instead but live far (in OC). So we called the spa several days before the coupon expired, explaining that we lived far and asked if it would be okay to come in after it expired next time we went to visit his parents, but saying if not we would come in. We were told by the person on the phone that they would ask the manager and call us back. We never got a call back, so we assumed it would be okay. A couple months later, we called them and explained the situation, how we had called them before the Groupon expired and the person had said they would call us back and didn't, and asked if we could still use the Groupon and come in later that day. The manager we spoke to on the phone said yes and told us to come in. So we drive for an hour to our appointment, only for the manager to argue with us for over a half hour, refusing to accept the expired Groupon and claiming that she didn't understand us on the phone because she barely speaks any English. When we were about to just leave because we were so tired of trying to talk sense into them because they were refusing to take any sort of accountability, the other manager (I think her husband) told us we could just pay $40 total and they will do our massages. We reluctantly agreed because we were incredibly sore, and since their WiFi was down and their card machine wasn't working, they asked us to Zelle them the $40. Which I did immediately, and they take us into the room and tell us to get undressed. While we're in the process of undressing, without even asking if it's ok to enter, the lady barges in claiming she didn't receive the payment. After she sees we're still undressing she leaves for a moment and in absolute shock I get under the covers, and she comes back in without an apology, shoving her phone in my face, showing me her banking app that the money hasn't come through. I explain I'm not sure what happened but show her the proof that it says it went through on my end, and tell her to check her texts because Zelle will usually send a text, which she ignored. She then proceeds to call her bank while we lie there for 30 more minutes, then finally comes back in still saying it's not coming through and telling me to send another $40 and that she'll pay me back right away, but just wanted to see if it was working. So I did, and she gets a text and opens it and lo and behold, the text from a half hour prior is also there from when I sent the first Zelle. No apology, and finally after waiting over an hour between the arguing and the Zelle thing, they give us the world's worst massage, not even a full hour like it was supposed to be according to the Groupon (only gave us 50 mins). I couldn't even relax the entire time because I was so stressed and anxious from the arguing, and just wanted to leave. Then, after the massage, the lady had the audacity to pressure us for a tip, and get angry when we said we didn't feel comfortable tipping after everything they put us through without so much as an apology. What an absolute waste of money and a nightmarish experience. Stay far away!!! read more
