The gentleman at the reception was polite and welcoming, and luckily, they were able to take me in! I opted for a private room and did the 90-minute combo massage (Swedish and Chinese style) for just $70--what a deal! Amy was absolutely amazing. She knew exactly where to focus, and her technique was incredible. I walked in sore and tired, and walked out feeling like a whole new person. I really wanted to like this place. Especially since reading the reviews. I gave them 2 stars because 1 the gentleman that greets you is really nice and the prices arent that bad. BUT that being said... The MASSAGE on the other hand. I mean do u even call it a massage? More like a rub. I think the only time she really massaged me was my feet, shoulders, face. When it came to my legs and arms...it was more like a rub down. Then she started on my back which is what I was really looking forward to. But I didnt get a massage. It was more like, she put a rolling pin on my back and just rolled the entire time! I mean literally the whole time she "massaged" my back she was using her FOREARM. Not her hands. Then there was times where she used her ELBOW! Like really?! I've been to many reflexology Places and literally never been elbowed before. She pushed down really hard! Lastly....during my time there...I was alone. Ingot there 1 hour before they closed and usually when you get massages it supposed to be nice and quiet. Which here and there it was. Nice little fountain noise. But what wasnt nice is hearing the gentleman yelling in the back. How are we supposed to enjoy our massage if it's not quiet? Well then again how do you enjoy a massage if you're in pain more.then relaxed. At the end my lower back was in pain. The next morning my arms and mid back was in pain. I guess I was so distracted by the scented lotion the first time that I didn't notice the lack of "massaging" that was happening for the 60 minute session. The facilities very clean, quiet, nicely dimmed with soft relaxing music playing in the background. Our massage technician were very firmed and gentle with their hands. Okay, so I have waited 6 months to make this review because I felt so emotional about it I just wanted to forget but I feel women need to know. I came in when there was only one man working and there may have been someone in the back but I never saw them. I paid 20 dollars for the foot reflexology. Not knowing much the man asked me to go to the back single room after he did my feet. He asked me to get undressed and I am someone that is pretty comfortable during massages (I've been naked at massage envy and of course they were professional) this guy was not professional to say the least I kept my bra and underwear on and after he saw I kept those on he insisted I get fully nude by saying "everything off, everything off". I agreed to take my bra off finally. I didn't begin to feel uncomfortable until he started on my back and as he massaged went under my thong. He kept moving my underwear after I repeatedly said no no please stop. I should have sounded more firm and ran out of that place I'm actually tearing up writing this. Not only did he disregard me saying stop he had his crotch against my arm multiple times....... and I really just froze and was completely aware that I was not okay. I walked out of there feeling so gross and violated I cried in the car. I felt even worse when my mom (not as thin and of course older than me) told me that they have never asked her to get undressed for the 20 dollar foot massage. I was speechless. I wish I would have known that it wasn't normal from the start. Please warn women.... I came during the middle of the day when nobody was around after one of my classes was cancelled fyi. Be safe. Know that 20 dollar massages don't include nudity and don't go to an unknown cheap massage place alone. Use your voice unlike I did. I will never go here again. I'm sure there are nice ladies that work there that don't know what this man does, but I can absolutely never support this establishment because if it happens to one chances are it will happen again. I was hoping this was a gem. Considering all the reviews. I came and it was cool and very inviting. There was a nice woman that helped me. She started the massage, but as soon as someone came in she had to stop and help the people. Then she came back. Just as she got started again she whispered, "the boss help you now". Then this gentleman lifts towel covering my eye and says. "I help you now, I am very good". He starts and then he gets interrupted, buy new customer that wants to pay credit card. He finishes helping him and comes back to me. I have to many reflexology massages he was ok when he was massaging me and not dealing with other customers and staff.
