My experience here has been super 50-50. The first time I came it was a great massage, so I decided to come back and book a 90 minute session I specifically requested someone strong, and whoever they gave me was not only weak, but had the worst technique I've experienced in my life. It felt like all she was doing, was rubbing lotion all over me. When she stood on my back it felt like when she was trying to break my lower back/spine because she was only pressing on the bones. I was so displeased that I asked if I could just end the Massage and pay for the 30 minutes that I was there. Instead, they gave me a different massage Therapist named Coco and she was amazing. I gave her a nice tip because she definitely deserved it, but I'm still very disappointed in the one they started me off with. Very unprofessional. I called to make an appointment as I'm dealing with severe lower back pain. They gave me an appointment time of 7:30pm. I showed up at my appointment time only to be turned away because they told me that they overbooked. That is not my problem that is their problem and they were unable to accommodate me so I had to get in my car and drive back home, which is not that close of a drive. Very disappointing. When she asked if I wanted a head massage, I said yes, but it didn't feel soothing at all. My left ear started hurting afterward. It was painful.just lay on my stomach so I told her to get it over with. I couldn't take anymore after 40 minutes and said stop. She didn't know why. I asked for water and struggled to sit up. Scheduled a same day massage with my fiancé. They were able to squeeze us in. My fiancé chose the Swedish Massage and I chose the Deep Tissue for all the knots my back has. We had separate rooms and our masseuses were very polite and professional. My masseuse made sure I was comfortable and the pressure was just right. I have gone several times now for 60 minute and 90-minute deep tissue massages. Such a great price point for the amount of time and quality. The space is nice and dark and the tables are separated by cloth curtains, so there is some decent noise overflow from space to space, but it hasn't been too distracting. They can go very strong for deep tissue, and when I've had particularly bad knots, they will use hot stones and hot bean bags. One time, a gua sha was used for some bad knots on my neck. They really know their stuff! They accept credit cards, but there is a $1 extra charge. And if you want to buy the 10 for 11 massages deal, it can only be purchased in cash only. read more

Called a few days ago to schedule my massage and requested someone else. I was assured that woman didn't work here anymore. Well hopefully she's attending massage school before she hurts someone.
