I've been coming here for 10+ years and have always had a good experience ! Every masseuse I've had has been kind and welcoming, and I get the most relaxing massages whether I choose to do Swedish or Deep Tissue. And if you get Deep Tissue, these women are strong lol...but so good ! I always recommend this place to my friends and family. You can call and make an appointment but they also take walk ins. read more

I love coming here and requesting massages with Tina! She's amazing at what she does and can always tell right away where my body is most stressed. The interior ambiance is so calming and the price is very reasonable! Staff is also very kind and patient read more

My experience here has been super 50-50. The first time I came it was a great massage, so I decided to come back and book a 90 minute session I specifically requested someone strong, and whoever they gave me was not only weak, but had the worst technique I've experienced in my life. It felt like all she was doing, was rubbing lotion all over me. When she stood on my back it felt like when she was trying to break my lower back/spine because she was only pressing on the bones. I was so displeased that I asked if I could just end the Massage and pay for the 30 minutes that I was there. Instead, they gave me a different massage Therapist named Coco and she was amazing. I gave her a nice tip because she definitely deserved it, but I'm still very disappointed in the one they started me off with. I would come back only for Coco, but because of how unpleasant the initial experience for the 90 minute massage was, I'm not sure if I even want to risk going again read more

Service was outstanding, very , very relaxing - highly recommend! Will def use again!!

love this place so glad my daughter found it we try and go once a month at least she has a favorite i have seen a few none are bad

I visited this place two weeks ago, and while the lady who gave me the massage was friendly, I didn't find the experience very relaxing. When she asked if I wanted a head massage, I said yes, but it didn't feel soothing at all. My left ear started hurting afterward. I asked the receptionist if she could recommend something since I generally don't enjoy a hard massage. My back was sore from the rubbing too hard. I came in with my brother, who is also a massage therapist. After the session, I asked for his opinion, and he also felt that it wasn't relaxing and mentioned that the massage was not done well. read more

I had a deep tissue massage with Sophie and it was amazing! She took her time to thoroughly address the tension in my shoulders and back. She also applied the perfect amount of pressure to my additional focus areas, which were my legs and feet. In my experience, massage therapists rarely devote attention to the muscles around the shin area. Sophie did so without me having to ask. After being on my feet all day, I felt so much relief that I think I may have even nodded off for a few seconds- I was so relaxed! Thank you Sophie for your skill and care! read more

My boyfriend and I love coming here as a date night or we are able to take a night off from parenting! So of course a massage always helps after the long days. Love that the masseuse always apply firm pressure and that they include got stones! I always recommend the middle one, or whatever is the one above the lowest level massage. Also really appreciate that this location is quiet compared to other places where the workers can't stop talking!! read more

I am not interested in getting a massage. I developed sciatica and my right leg and hip hurt to much to sleep. My chiropractor said to try deep tissue massage. I was skeptical but had to try anything. My friend recommended Lucky Massage. My masseuse was Coco I told the operator I wanted a 1 hour deep tissue massage. It was painful.just lay on my stomach so I told her to get it over with. I couldn't take anymore after 40 minutes and said stop. She didn't know why. I asked for water and struggled to sit up. She brought the water am I said go. She had me lay on my back which was very painful. I was ready to leave but she didn't the front of my thigh and painful. I knew I wasn't coming back. I slept well that night. I have been going here for 7 months this June. read more

The front desk staff could show more respect and courtesy toward customers. It was difficult to fully relax during my visit because the door was left open, letting in cold air and outside noise, even though I kindly requested it be closed as the evening weather was already cool. They completed disregarded me. However, Sophie is an excellent masseuse--very skilled and professional. read more

Very unprofessional. I called to make an appointment as I'm dealing with severe lower back pain. They gave me an appointment time of 7:30pm. I showed up at my appointment time only to be turned away because they told me that they overbooked. That is not my problem that is their problem and they were unable to accommodate me so I had to get in my car and drive back home, which is not that close of a drive. Very disappointing. Check your books and staffing levels before making appointments with people. I had to make adjustments in my schedule to be able to make the appointment time they gave me! read more

Super nice and relaxing , quick check in and took me in quickly as a walk in. Highly recommend !

Not happy with this place! I called to make an appointment for 8 I get there 5 mins before and the lady at the front says they are busy and can only provide me with a 30 min message. I had called to make an hour appointment message at 8. I drove 20 min because I've been a loyal customer to them but honestly will not be returning after that. read more

First time customer as I was passing through Chino Hills and decided to give this place a try after a friend recommended it. I normally go to a reflexology place in Eastvale for full body 60/90 min. This time though I had some knots in my neck and shoulders so felt 30min would do the trick. The lady up front was very polite and accommodating. Showed me the pricing which is very competitive and escorted me back to one of their private rooms. Ella was my masseuse and worked out all my knots. Very professional and made sure she asked if the pressure was ok. Once she noticed all my knots she continued to work them out. First towel massage, then hot oil, and ended with hot stones. 30 min felt like an hour and I must admit it was even better than a 60/90min full body at other places. This place has earned my business moving forward ans worth the drive from Eastvale. Thank you Ella! read more

Always amazing when I go. Great spot. Clean and pricing is reasonable. I've been going here for years now (barely writing a review now) and refuse to go anywhere else. read more

True relaxation in a clean establishment with well trained masseuse. (I almost do not want to share a review on Yelp and keep this hidden gem to myself!) $90 + tips for 90-min full-body deep tissue massage, which includes hot stone treatment and oil massage. The key is that you must speak up if you have special requests or if anything is making you comfortable. Mainly Mandarin and Cantonese-speaking therapists; I am not sure if every therapist speaks English, but the manager can help. Clientele consists a wide range of ethnicities. read more

Scheduled a same day massage with my fiancé. They were able to squeeze us in. My fiancé chose the Swedish Massage and I chose the Deep Tissue for all the knots my back has. We had separate rooms and our masseuses were very polite and professional. My masseuse made sure I was comfortable and the pressure was just right. She was able to get out all the knots I had in my upper back. The hot stone addition was the icing on the cake! I haven't felt this relaxed in awhile. The prices are very reasonable as well. All in all, my fiancé and I had a great experience here and our massages were amazing and relaxing. Will come back again! read more

This hidden gem does a great job with taking their time to care for you. massage was great would def do it again

I recently had a massage at this location, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst I've ever had. While I understand that not all massage therapists are equally skilled, it was clear to me that the person who worked on me was not properly trained or certified. The massage was overly rough, and even a week later, I'm still experiencing neck pain. The therapist just pressed hardly over my neck. Some good reviews here, just fairly speaking, if you're lucky, you may get a good massage here, but if not, you could end up with a painful experience like mine. I believe it's crucial for businesses to ensure that all their staff are properly trained and certified, especially when dealing with something as important as people's health and well-being." read more

I have gone several times now for 60 minute and 90-minute deep tissue massages. Such a great price point for the amount of time and quality. The space is nice and dark and the tables are separated by cloth curtains, so there is some decent noise overflow from space to space, but it hasn't been too distracting. They can go very strong for deep tissue, and when I've had particularly bad knots, they will use hot stones and hot bean bags. One time, a gua sha was used for some bad knots on my neck. They really know their stuff! They accept credit cards, but there is a $1 extra charge. And if you want to buy the 10 for 11 massages deal, it can only be purchased in cash only. read more

This place offers full body massage only with private room (no traditional Chinese foot massage style). I got a 60-min deep tissue massage with Tina. I am training for a marathon so I told Tina that I'd like a bit more time on my legs and feet and Tina did an amazing job to loose up the tension on my both legs and feet and unlock the knots I was feeling on my shoulder and upper back. read more

Stay away from this place!! They are NOT professional!!! They are NOT therapists!!!! They are slime buckets and sleazballs out to take advantage of you. I rate this place about a serious negative on the professional scale in terms of keeping fingers away from privates and the therapy part of the massage. Here's my story... About 6 weeks ago I came in to this place to have a massage. Expecting to meet with a massage therapist, I was very disappointed when I left. My back was red and welted, and I couldn't lean against the seat or sleep on my back for 4 days. I called and complained and was told she didn't speak English, she couldn't hear very well, and my bladder was blocked. I said I don't really care for your excuses, but when you open a business in America, she should at least know the words "that hurts", "please stop" and "that's enough". I got a call from someone I guess was the manager who offered me a makeup massage, tip included. Though skeptical, I agreed. Perhaps I just got the wrong person. It happens. Called a few days ago to schedule my massage and requested someone else. I was assured that woman didn't work here anymore. Well hopefully she's attending massage school before she hurts someone. Today was my "makeup massage" and I gotta say I'm equally as disappointed as I was the 1st time. I will admit it felt nice to be rubbed and if that's all you need and want, the price can't be beat. At one point, she got up close and personal with me, which can cause someone to get sued right quick. She said "oops" like it was a mistake, and ask me if it was OK. No it's not OK. I guess that's why they are called "lucky" massage. So FYI, if you are truly looking for a massage therapist to dig into your tired, achy muscles, this isn't the place. read more

The deep tissue massage was really good. They do the whole body but really focus mostly on the back, shoulders and neck.

If your not a regular, do not go. If you ask them to do it harder or softer, prepare to be in pain for the next few days. I used to be a regular here and they generally did great. One day I got this new guy and he was terrible so I stood up and walked out. He literally just rubbed oil on me but didn't apply ant pressure. I told myself I would never return. I moved back to the area not too long ago. I decided to try the place one more time because my back was sore from work. Got a lady and asked her to concentrate on this spot on my lower back. She proceeded to not touch that spot once and pretty much dug her nails and knuckles into my upper back and shoulders. I had red scars for a few days. I was sore for 3 days straight. This place is very selective. I'd you say something is wrong or ask for something, they seem to hate your guts. Never coming back here again. Customer is never right. read more

My favorite place to get a massage in Chino/Chino Hills area. Always friendly and welcoming. I feel SO good every time I leave from here, my body is relaxed and the pressure/tension I hold within my body from a days work is released from such magical hands. My go to girl Linda no longer works here so I was a bit sad that I had to find a new "go-to". If you get massages on the daily then you know if you find a good one, you always keep going back. I lucked out and found not 1 but 2 terrific masseuses with Joy & Lucky. Joy was very thorough and applied just the right pressure to roll out some knots. Lucky hit some spots that relieved pain and just soothed it out with her smooth hands. Both have amazing technique & were so kind and asked me from time to time if I was ok. Love this place, I always leave feeling like my money is well spent. Please Tip well if your person does a good job. And if you're in pain or not a fan of a certain technique that may cause discomfort please speak up and let them know. Clean space, Reasonable prices, quality work. They get busy in the early evening so call before coming to ensure your spot. Thank you Lucky Massage. read more

I've been to many massage places. Looks nice in the lobby. Price is $45 for 1hr body Massage but no feet massage at all. My cousin and I absolutely did not like their style and massage techniques, it is not normal nor Professional. This place is definitely doing Hanky- Panky stuff. I'm surprised they have not gotten busted by the Law enforcements. I Strongly Do Not recommend this WEIRD Lucky Massage place. read more

I went for a massage for my lunch. Price was very good for a hour. The lady that I had was good but she used a roller of some sort and it did help but left me bruised. The hot stones were super volcano hot I don't know how they have that in their hands. Overall it was a good massage . I would of given 5 stars if I didn't get the roller and hot stones. read more

Just moved to the area from Orange County and to my surprise i was able to find another massage parlor that I could add as my go-to! So after a long day of standing on my feet I was able to get a massage as with a walk in. If your anything like me you can feel your body start to get stiff and achey from all over so I definitely was in need of relaxing and therapeutic massage. I'll start of by saying whatever tension I had was no longer an after thought. This was just the impromptu trip I needed and I think I'll make this a routine here. From start to finish the whole experience was near perfect I say perfect because if you want all the fluff and amenities you can pay the extra however I got more than I bargained for. I requested a male therapist for the extra pressure and I'm glad I asked as they got in deep and released my knots and still was able to make the massage relaxing as they melted away the tension that was building in my lower and mid back. When they started working on my feet I was a bit ticklish but the reflexology was the cherry on top. Walking out of the place I immediately almost wanted to go back for an extra 30 mins that's how good it was. The reflexology actually helped improve the circulation of my blood flow from head to toe. You got to try this place for yourself! For the price you can't beat it, treat yourself and see what you've been missing out on! read more

2020 is just bringing the worse luck, this used to be my go to $25/hr massage chair spot. Ever since covid 19 they stopped the chair massage service. They push their returning clients to do the 1hr for $45 in private rooms which is fine. Until today, I came in requested a female therapist. She started applying pressure right away, never asked if it was good or too strong. I asked her to apply less pressure, only to have her go into a deep tissue style kind of massage. Anyways long story short, sis went on to hop on my back and started doing some funky thai/deep tissue/Kung fu movements. I'm not a small petite person, and I usually enjoy deep tissue massage (when appropriate pressures applied) I'll take my business somewhere else, thanks but no thanks! read more
