We hired A2B Movers for a move to our new home. Ruslan, Vel and Sherhan were the best we've worked with. Even with the 3-1/2 hour drive to our destination, they made sure everything was set up where we wanted them to be and took extra care of our belongings. A2B Movers also provided the best value for the price. There were no hidden or extra fees at the end of the night and we greatly appreciate their hard work and for taking care of us. Fantastic movers, great communication, easy to work with, very fair and terrific customer service. Would definitely use again!

With the holidays and all, I didn't have a chance to search for and hire movers until a week before I was due to move. I received a very fast response (on a weekend), with a standard quote. Follow up questions were answered quickly and communication with the administrative stuff was great. On the morning of moving day, my crew of 3 showed up to move my 2 bedroom apartment on time. Ronal was "the main guy" and brought Dillon and Augustine up to my apartment and the three of them wasted no time getting started. I had most everything that needed to be already packed in boxes, so 2 of them started moving those and the other one starting bringing up blankets and wrapping furniture. I had kind of a quirky setup in the building I was moving out of, so with that and the wrapping of everything they were done moving out in 3 hours. Transition to my new place (very close by) and we had a short delay because of the building management. After that was sorted, the 3 of them got cranking on moving all my stuff in. These guys barely took a break the entire time. I offered them what I had (some cups of water and 1 banana each) and they paused for 5 minutes to scarf that down and kept going. I ordered some lunch for them and offered to let them take a quick break to eat and they decided they wanted to wait until they were finished. They started at 9:00 and were done by 3:00. I did notice a small piece broken off my table after everything was moved in. I mentioned it to Ronal, he apologized and asked if I wanted to file a claim. It's an older IKEA table, so I declined. All in all I am super satisfied with A2B movers. Highly recommend them for an in town move. read more

Awesome movers. A friend recommended them to us, and we've since recommended them to several of our friends. I've never paid for a professional moving service before but we had enough stuff it was definitely worth our time and money. It was a single day of lots of moving but we got it all done in less time than estimated! I helped move some of the smaller boxes from the truck to the new house but honestly that wasn't needed or required. I just was tired of sitting around! Everything made it safely, including tons of glass they carefully packaged for us and all TVs. Some helpful tips would be to make sure all your stuff is packed before they come! Otherwise you are paying them to help you pack which you may not want to do, up to you. Also for us they had some really tall boxes to put some of the "misshapen" items in like big pillows and stuff. We were worried we'd have to take that kind of stuff separately but it was no problem for them. ALSO it would be so much more helpful to the movers to clearly write out which box is for which room. We had used some used boxes for the move and we knew what each was but the movers did not and it just created unnecessary headache when we could have just written "bedroom 1" and "bedroom 2" on them in tape or something and that would have made it easier for them! Also getting a mattress bag beforehand with handles made it so much easier for them to move the giant Cal King bed up the stairs and ensure it got no damage. We were so impressed with them we tipped super well. Also be sure to ask if they have any "off days" for a cheaper rate, and pay in cash for an even cheaper rate. Hope everyone likes them as much as we did! read more

The other mover my friend talked to cancelled last minute and we were left scrambling. A2B was fast to respond and Fantastic!!! We had nick, max and Alan as our movers. They were all very helpful, careful and fast. They were also easy to communicate with and great last minute helpers especially because I hadn't figured out the plan yet! They were very flexible and patient when I had to switch drop off locations. 1000% hope to use them next time. read more

San, Artur and Nurbek were extremely helpful in our move! They were fast, hard working, professional, and helped us move our entire 1,000 square foot apartment in less than 8 hours. They were really great. Was moving within San Francisco between 2 buildings, both of which had lots of moving-related rules and paperwork. They did a great job at following up on all the constraints and making sure neither HOA has any reason to complain. My movers, Dmitriy and Gabriel were really chill and easy to work with. They were able to pack, move, and unpack pretty quickly and dealt with unexpected issues well. 5 starts, will work with them again. read more

A2B movers were phenomenal in every way. They have an easy to use website and booking process, and kept me updated along the way as move day got closer. They listened to my description and proposed a team and estimate that worked very well. On move day, our team lead was Bob. He and the rest of the team did an excellent job: they packed our house carefully and with nothing broken; They worked efficiently and quickly despite a long day; and they were very responsive and flexible as various unexpected things happened at our building; At our new house they unloaded quickly, did furniture assembly, and arranged things as we asked. I'd happily recommend A2B for anyone doing a move: they are fast, careful and worth the cost. read more

I would absolutely hire these guys again to help with our move. Ben and his team (Sergey and Max) were punctual, fast, efficient, and professional. They surveyed and moved our relatively large apartment (spread over two floors) into our new home across town. Furniture was expertly wrapped, and all packages were carefully delivered and placed into rooms of our choice. Communication between the team members and us was super important and flawless. The company quoted an 8-hour job and they finished in 6 hours (!) moving uphill and over many stairs - these guys are moving beasts. Also, there was no haggling. The prices/costs were completely transparent and we were charged exactly what was estimated, including full honor of the discount. Thanks, Ben, Sergey, and Max! If you are moving, you need to hire these guys now. read more

We moved from downtown San Francisco on Tues. Nov. 6th during voting day (eeek) but Anton and his crew did a great job getting our items packed, disassembled, and delivered to our new location. We were able to get moved in by 5 pm after starting at 10:30am, and that's for a 2 bedroom apartment in downtown SF (right smack in the middle of a one-way street). I'm not sure if you can request movers when booking, but if you can, I suggest requesting Anton and his team :) They were diligent, attentive, and careful with all our belongings. San and Sasha were absolutely great! The reason I'm only giving 4 stars is because it took 2 tries before this company actually moved my elderly Veteran. The first time I scheduled a date and time to for them to move him, two workers showed up, looked around the house, said they will be back and never came back and never moved my Veteran. No one could give me an explanation of why that happened. The 2nd time I scheduled the move I made sure I was present in order to prevent that from happening again. The move was smooth and San and Sasha were very friendly and made sure to take care of my Veteran's belongings. If it wasn't for them I would be giving less stars for this review. read more

Max and Zev did such an amazing job. This was my first time hiring movers, so I wasn't sure what to expect--but they made it so easy for us. They even asked where they should put each piece of furniture, so it would be quicker to for us to set up. Thanks guys! read more

Mover refused to wear a mask over his nose. When I asked him politely, he started spouting a bunch of conspiracies about how the virus isn't real. I reminded him it's the law and asked nicely multiple more times, but he still refused to do so and was extremely rude about it. I called the company in between locations to clarify their mask policy. They confirmed yes, of course movers are supposed to wear masks. I asked them to call him to remind him, which they said they would, but his nose was still out the whole time. Would not hire these people unless you want to get coronavirus. Update: He threatened me (see text below). A2B comped the move, which I appreciate. But it doesn't change my experience. I'm a woman who lives alone, and thanks to this company's hiring choices, this psycho now knows my name, address, and phone number. read more

Wonderful job, great team. Fast, affordable, on time, and took great care with all of our belongings

Kerry and team were EXCELLENT. They are an honest, hard-working and friendly group who got down to business and got the job done. They are clearly experts in moving, and took great care of our belongings. They gave us advice when we weren't sure what to do, brought extra materials to cover for our blind spots (thank goodness for that), and were so friendly the whole time. We finished before the estimated time, and every one of the movers worked tirelessly and with a positive attitude. They even helped organize our many boxes at our new apartment when they realized how much we'd probably struggle to do it by ourselves. I was so worried about moving because I'd heard recent horror stories from friends who had hired the wrong people, so I did a lot of research before choosing A2B, and that really paid off. They did fantastic work and I didn't have to stress at all. I can't say enough how great they were. Thank you to Kerry, Oto, Serg and Nurbul for helping make our move day as stress-free as possible! read more

The movers were nice to work with, and worked efficiently to safely pack my furniture for transit. They were very careful with my possessions, more so than other movers I've used in the past. It made it easier to know how much I'd be charged in advance, which I really appreciated. read more

Such a talented team! Bob was our team lead and I felt so at ease the way bob and his team handled our items with care by bringing all the equipment to make the move as smooth as possible. Bob called to let us know when he was 20 minutes away, was efficient and took four tire apart in addition to covering anything and everything. At the new location he made sure to ask where we wanted items and not just leave everything in one spot. They really made sure we had a great experience moving.
