I greatly appreciated this communication and that I always felt in the loop! I especially appreciated getting an alert a half hour before the cleaners arrived so that I was ready. From the moment the cleaners arrived, they were kind, professional, and efficient. They helped me get everything ready for the cleaning, get the cats put in a secluded space, and got me setup outside for a work call. Coming highly recommended from my HVAC service, I went with Mr. Duct for a full duct cleaning. They were easy to schedule with, provided great info up front, and were professional throughout the appointment. They even showed before and after pictures in select ducts! I did have one issue after the appointment that I still have not really had any follow-up on... I emailed after the visit to share that the vacuum, where it was placed, had killed a spot in our lawn (see pictures). I contacted them a few days after the visit and didn't hear any kind of response. Then, 15 days later, I received a voicemail regarding my issue. I've returned the call a couple days later but was told the rep that contacted me was gone for the day. That was nearly a week ago. In all, I'd recommend Mr. Duct but would caution you as to my experience with customer service. Perhaps withhold payment until you can confirm that everything was satisfactory (a reasonable ask as the credit card machine was not working during my visit and they had to call me later when it was).
