Went to look for a quick late lunch Thai food before going to Newark Costco. Our first time going here on a Saturday late afternoon. Ordered Shrimp Fried rice, Mongolian Beef, and Fried Fish. Also, note that the fish didn't left a fishy smell or taste, which is a +++ for me. The Mongolian Beef? Wow! 97% soft beef, 1.5 % sautéed onions, and 0.5 zucchini. Wonderfully seasoned with wok/ soy sauce flavor. Fried rice is straight forward fried with 10 pcs of big shrimps. True to their word, no MSG. We were surprised that we received a cook to order food. Was told that they do this on weekends. Weekdays, as regular workdays- food are already cooked. Food is reasonably priced with plenty of serving. Food was delicious. Staff were friendly. Come and try this restaurant and see for yourself. Will try other items in their menu, next weekend. read more

We used to go there , before covit the food was good but I went there few months ago , bought half tray chow mein ,it was so blend and uncooked . We had to through away all the food. Today I got fried rice and egg plant , really disappointed with my meal. The rice was undercooked and which made it unpleasnt to eat and did not taste anything like proper fried rice. The lady at the counter was a little rude. Asked for the water and she pointed to the left without looking at me. I asked for the cup and she pointed her finger again to the left without looking at me , just looking at the cash register. She looked annoyed. We ordered Thai spicy chicken and it was delicious. Then I ordered soda in the counter, tried to pay by card and the same lady said not nicely, we don't accept credit card for just the soda. I think the place will have more customers if the lady was a little nicer because they have good food. I ate here maybe twice before years ago and the lady who worked there before was much nicer and they had more customers,too. The food price is not cheap. Casual dining, they have 4 1/2 tables and chairs. Not busy for a Sunday afternoon, maybe 3 dine ins and 1 take out order in an hour. Lots of parking. We use to come here for many years. Unfortunately over time the quality of the food changed a lot. The chicken and beef meats tasted more bland and sometimes not fully cooked. We also noticed the owner was always in a bad mood and rushing us in orders. We dined in a few times recently and everytime we felt she didn't want anyone to dine in but be alone to watch tv or go on her phone as we witnessed most of the times. We ask for hot sauces to go and she offers only 2 small quarter sizes. When we order $50-70 worth of food. We stopped doing due to her attitude and the quality of food! Wouldn't reccomend. read more

The worst 'Thai' restaurant in the bay area. This is really a Chinese run place, but in order to jack up the prices and give less portions, they call it Thai by adding 2-3 'Thai' items along with Chinese regular items. Over that, place is overpriced and priced similar to a sit down place. All that would also be acceptable, but the food is horrible. Just horrible. DO NOT ORDER THAI items. They charge $16 for Veg Thai fried rice, it comes with rice with 1 piece of brocolli. There are so many Thai restaurants in Fremont, and priced the same as this express place. AVOID. read more

I went here a couple days ago and do not recommend it. I went with a big family this time and had lots of orders. Everything went well and we all went home. I tried going to sleep but felt something wrong, I felt like wanted to throw up. I throw up 10 times that night and had a really bad fever and was dehydrated. Good fresh Thai. Small but varied menu. Halal and veg options. I like it. Note that Doordash shows higher prices, but at the restaurant most things are about $15. Portions are large. Very small place, its more of a take out shop with a few tables. The pad thai is excellent. BTW the shop is in a dark spot not facing the street so hard to find and not appropriate for women at night IMHO. You'll see the Gyro place on the corner, and it's next door. read more

Yes this restaurant is Halal! (May 21') Came here around 6pm to pickup some togo items. I ordered Mongolian beef, red curry chicken, kung pao chicken, and pad thai. First off, quantity of all items was so generous. This made two meals for the entire family! The speed was awesome, she had my order ready under ten minutes from when i ordered at the counter. Reminds me of Hunan style muslim Chinese food. My favorite item was the red curry chicken. They are generous with protein on all the items. Red curry had lots of chicken and veggies, slightly spicy just how i like it! Mongolian beef and kung pao chicken seemed to have a similar sauce. So i wouldnt order both at the same time if youre looking to try different items. Mongolian beef was so soft!! Beef here was cooked very well. Overall really enjoyed this spot for a fast togo option. They have great lunch specials and its EXTREMELY reasonable in price for the portion, hard to come by prices like these in the bay area these days. There is plenty of parking in the lot, behind the starbucks in this complex. There is no indoor dining due to covid but they are very well prepared for togo orders. read more

I hadn't been to this place in about 15 years until I went there this past Friday. It used to be a place that I regularly went to with my mom and the food was always good. I walked in and immediately noticed that it looked EXACTLY the same as it had all those years ago. They keep it really clean and the food is better than I remember it being before. The black pepper fish has definitely improved - it used to be a bit over seasoned, but now I love it! We also got spicy beef and broccoli (the beef basically melts in your mouth! It's perfect), chow mein and fried rice. The servers are nice enough. Not overly friendly, but I wouldn't consider them rude. If I lived closer, I'd eat here every week. read more

Nothing close to authentic Thai food. But I'm usually ok with that as long as the food tastes good. But man the food here is nasty. The seasoning/sauce is ok, but the texture and taste of the chicken is gross, I think they soaked the chicken with tenderizer or baking soda, making it abnormally tender, and taste like baking soda. Bare bones restaurant which has seen better days. Super grumpy dour lady "helped" me. The sesame chicken was stringy and smothered unevenly with sauce and the pad thai was meh. Yes, the place is small (from reading other reviews about the place) but this restuarant deserves an A+ for their food quality and taste. Hats off to the chef(s) of this joint. I've eaten the food here a couple of times in the past and it was great, but to make a large quantity and still have the food taste amazing is on a whole 'nother level! Kung pap chicken: Huge Portion for what it is. Plus the chicken is super lean. $8.49 White rice: $1 Brown rice: $2 Comes in a small Togo box. Most of the dishes come with white rice. Everything is served in white TO-GO boxes since it is a fast food joint. If you do choose to dine-in, they will give you plastic utensils and plastic plates, free of cost!
