We hired Lollis to do an extensive interior remodel on a home we purchased in AZ last fall. We…read morewere still living out of state at the time. We flew in, met Randy and Jerrod, got an estimate, picked our finishes and hired them for the job. We hired Lollis to tear out all the flooring and install new tile and carpet, cut down our kitchen island to 1 level and extend the size of the counter, paint all cabinets in the house (kitchen, bathrooms and laundry), install window trim and crown molding, install new 5+" molding in entire house, install new quartz counter tops, do 1 wall of shiplap in the livingroom, build and install barn doors in the livingroom, install all new lighting and ceiling fans throughout the house, install a water filtration system and paint the entire interior of the house (including ceilings). The entire time the remodel was happening we were still living in CO. Lollis is extremely trustworthy and we had no issue turning over the keys to our home to them. They kept in constant contact, sent pictures and updates regularly and checked in with us at each step of the remodel to ensure we were all in the loop on everything happening. We didn't see the remodeled home until the day we arrived with the moving truck to move in. I was almost in tears when I saw the home. The work they did was beyond astonishing. Everything was absolutely perfect. To say they are perfectionists is almost an understatement. Everything they did was above and beyond our expectations. There was not 1 item in the entire home that we had to have them come fix or redo. Not one. It was all done flawlessly. They made what could have been a nightmare and difficult remodel into a dream come true for us. They are a pleasure to work with and the most upstanding, skilled and trustworthy company. After moving in we hired them to do a quick install of a 2nd fence/gate on our property to help keep our dogs from escaping every time someone came by and opened the main fence gate. We also had them install our doggie door. All of this was done with superb quality and attention to detail. Their pricing was very fair and the quality of products was outstanding. Highly recommend them if you are considering any remodeling in your home.

Steve was able to come out quickly and gave us a quote we were really happy with, and then he got us on the schedule right away so we could meet our deadline. He worked so fast and tirelessly, and in the end, we absolutely loved the final product. He even replaced the missing insulation with stuff that was higher quality than what was there before, and he got the drywall texture to match the rest of the wall perfectly. He was also super clean and respectful of our space, and I'm just so thankful for his hard work to help get our first home patched up and back in order on such a crazy schedule!

BEWARE! I used Perfectionist Cleaning for window cleaning in April 2023 and had a great experience,…read morewhich is why I hired them again in April 2026. Unfortunately, this second experience was completely different. I was told they would arrive between 9:00am-10:00am, but after multiple calls throughout the day, they didn't show up until 3:00pm. The crew that arrived did not speak English, rushed through the job, and the quality of the cleaning was poor. I had to go back and clean numerous streaks myself, and there was still bird droppings left on several windows afterward. The worst part, however, was the damage they caused to four of my window screens. One worker even knocked on my door to ask my husband to help bend a damaged screen back into shape and force it back into the window frame. (You can clearly see their cleaning supplies in the background of the attached photo of window #1.) The screens are now bent and damaged to the point that several windows can no longer be properly opened because the gaps are so large that bugs and debris can get inside. One window will not open at all because the damaged screen is obstructing it. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue and request reimbursement, Perfectionist Cleaning claimed the screens were already damaged before they arrived. That makes absolutely no sense considering we could open all of our windows before the cleaning, and now we cannot. My husband also sent photos of the damage, and they responded by claiming the photos were of "different windows." We are honest Christian people who simply wanted our windows cleaned and instead ended up with damaged property and a company refusing to take responsibility. With a baby on the way, we cannot afford the unexpected cost to replace multiple window screens ourselves. After reading other recent reviews, it appears this may be becoming a pattern for this company -- damage customers' property and refuse to fix it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
