This place is a vibe. I ordered the peppermint matcha special in March. It was a pretty drink but it lacked the mint flavor. It was still delicious. The space was great to get work done. I'd definitely return next time I'm in South Bend.

Amazing coffee! Milk and honey (16oz) and industry standard (smaller cup). Great, unique flavors of coffee!

Y'all, when I say this dang drink was the best drink I've had in god knows how long... I mean it. I've been thinking about it all day and didn't want to drink anything after it because I wanted to remember the taste as long as my adhd brain would allow.

Cute little coffee shop located in a food hall. They have lots of options from classic coffeehouse drinks to house made favorites. I was really intrigued by the miso caramel in the starbos revenge and it honestly just tasted like caramel. The drinks were on the overly sweet side so be prepared. We were able to order from the table and the drinks came out pretty quickly.

I like the fun concoctions A Roaster Called Revenant comes up with. They have a nice rotating seasonal menu, with classics available all the time. You can choose dairy or oatmilk (no upcharge). They roast their own coffee and are very creative. My only real complaint is the price. Most of their specialty drinks are $7.50, which is steep and about a dollar more than I want my coffee beverages to cost. If you're downtown, you can order ahead for pickup! The coffee is delicious and creative if you don't mind the price!

I was excited to try a local coffee shop after one of the ones I loved unexpectedly closed. My sister recommended I try this place after I found it on Yelp. This coffee shop is located in what it seems to be "food hall" -similar concept to where I used to go to back east in NYC. The sign/ door is misleading just FYI because you enter what it looks like a seating area/restaurant. The "coffee shop" is really mostly what it seems to be like a bar that you can order the coffee for there or to go. Service was nice-I ordered a regular cappuccino. I was bummed that it tasted like a cafe au lait honestly. No steamed milk etc. Maybe I'll try it again next time when I'm visiting in town.

Thoughtfully blurring the lines between coffee and cocktails, RCR took our lattes to the next level with speciality syrups and glassware. The daywalker wasn't overly sweet, which I appreciated, but still had a nice subtle flavor profile of ginger.

I visited south bend for the weekend and wanted to try out the local coffee shops. I have been to quite a few, and have tried many a beans and many a shops. This one takes the cake. Beautiful ambiance, and BEAUTIFUL coffee. Just tastes like heaven in your mouth. I have to be able to find a way to order the beans they use lol I got pics of all the businesses combined in this building but the coffee bar unfortunately. Did you know this place is a nightclub at night?? Baristas were very kind and informative!

A nice addition to downtown Revenant shares space with three other food businesses in the Dainty Maid food hall. The coffee here reminds you of the difference a fresh roast and a quality barista makes. Lots of depth to the flavor and lovely aroma. Tyler, my barista was charming and efficient. Give them a try !!

Slow, basic black tasked dark and bitter. Maybe will give it another try with a meal at the food court.

Look the coffee is fine and some of the recipes are really creative but the place feels cold and staff isn't always friendly.

You drive up to the awning and a valet opens the gates for you to park. We had reservations. It was very crowded. I am told it's not typically that crowded. It was hard to hear it was so loud. Menu is large. Prices are higher. Be ready. I got the large chopped salad. It wasn't that large for $18. I changed out the dressing to ranch because I did not want the garlic salad dressing. Glad I did. The salad was ok. The salami was smokey it added to the veggies. But for the price it was small and disappointing. 2 people got the prime rib sandwich and it was pretty sloppy. It's better to eat with a knife and fork. I was told it was good. The sweet potato fries have cayenne pepper on them. The chopped salad with tofu was also disappointing. The tofu had a weird bbq type sauce. The server was nice and she was fine. The atmosphere is more high scale. Just disappointed in the taste of the food and portion to cost. Cool experience being on campus but you're paying for it.

It seems like a nice place but our experience, particularly food, wasn't great. Service was good,…read moreour waiter was patient and friendly as we came as a party of 6 plus kids. What left me puzzled is food. What I loved were fries, round shaped which I thought was rather unusual and just the right amount of salt, crispiness, softness inside. That's about it though. As a main dish I picked prosciutto focaccia and while on paper it looked great, it came out very dry, almost stale, I didn't enjoy it at all. While fries were great, the portion of it was tiny. Like, 10 or 11 fries in a small plate. My partner got a chicken sandwich and it was good. Now, the kids got kids burger which comes with fries too and I swear the kids plate had double the fries compared to my side. We also got kids pasta and it was the same size as someone's pasta from our party. I mean, great value for kids menu items, sure, but I'm just not sure why adult dishes are so slim compared to kids. When they brought the check we noticed two items in it that we didn't order, which we realized after paying for it and looking at the receipt (they use portable terminals and have an option to text you the receipt). Our server corrected the mistake and refunded the difference for the two items we didn't order promptly after we pointed it out but this still left a bad aftertaste for us; we don't always look at receipts and this one would've gone unnoticed for sure, we only looked because total seems a bit too high. I also noticed that the soup upcharge on the menu is $2, but on the check it was $3. Pointed it out to the server too but she didn't do anything about it. It's just a dollar so we didn't press for it, and again, only noticed it because we started looking at the receipt due to unusually high total. Anyway, it was nice to visit, but we won't be back.
