We stop in at Infusco in Sawyer when we're out biking. A great rest stop; definitely got the informal coffee house vibe in spades here. Coffee drinks are perfectly executed. Other times when we're driving by, our dog, Anya, likes to drop in and get a doggie cup of whipped cream which she licks up while we're still waiting for our coffee. Nice people here too! I definitely recommend stopping in to Infusco. read more

I love love love Infusco Coffee, it is a must every time I travel to Sawyer Michigan to visit the Warren Dunes State Park. And I fear I cannot gatekeep this anymore. The staff at Infusco Coffee is always a pleasure, and they have rotating seasonal drinks (which I am willing to admit I am a sucker for). If you decide to stay at the shop they have glassware which gives a warm and inviting ambiance to the establishment. I am a huge fan of this coffee shop since they are independently owned, and the richness of flavors they bring to the flavors of their coffees. The shop is inviting and they do have a clothing rack of their merchandise. They have a mug wall that is always rotating when I stop by and can never forget a good pup cup and a bag of beans to go! read more

Pit stop on the way thru town. Love small, locally owned coffee shops like this! Staff was super helpful and kind. The guy working, who I believe may be the owner, chatted with us a bit and also offered some suggestions around town. All of us loved our drinks, which they happily customized... raspberry green tea (iced), mocha (not too sweet, light ice... perfect) and a hot vanilla/caramel cappuccino. OUT OF TOWNER" REVIEW - COFFEE IS GREAT, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT FRIENDLY. My family has been visiting Michigan for the past 6 years. We always make it a point to stop by the Sawyer shop each visit. From the first visit, I fell in love with this coffee. We can vividly remember the first time in the Owner himself was actually in the store behind the counter experimenting with a fun drink. The staff at the time was very approachable, with efficient service. We have also gotten to experience the 2nd shop in the downtown market area 2 years ago, same great experience & coffee. Unfortunately yesterday was not anywhere near what we've experienced in the past. My husband, brother in law, & sister in law went to the Sawyer store yesterday. We knew it closed at 5 so we tried to hustle from the beach that day. We made it around 4:15 with plenty of time- or so we thought. 2 people working, & they were both backed up making drinks for in store & online orders. We were looking at merch so we let a couple go before us in line. We all waited for about 15-20 minutes for anyone to get a drink order in. The couple before us received an apology for the long wait from the barista & even a smile. When it came to our order, the very same barista turned cold. We had no clue why we received such different treatment. There was no apology for our wait, not even a hello.. she just stood there so I opened with a question about a drink. I bought some merch & 2 bags of coffee as well. She said her hands were too dirty to bag anything, & handed me the bag to put everything in myself. What an ODD thing to say to a customer. I've worked in customer service industry for years, even at a coffee shop before. So I do understand the time of day was hard, but the service yesterday was not anywhere what we've experience before. That very same barista took my sister in laws order, & she said the same about her attitude. She even mentioned to another patron that they closed in 2 minutes when it was 4:45. There were a few stragglers that came in after us & each time her face became visibly angrier. At one point she left the other barista to make all of the drinks while she was around doing closing duties. I cannot speak on the other barista, she was busy slinging drinks the whole time. Just extremely disappointed in the service this time around. Had it been my first experience there, I probably would have never come back. I do still love the actual coffee, it is still one of my favorites. read more

Cute little coffee shop with some of the BEST coffee ai have ever had! No bitter aftertaste and creative flavors added, if that's your thing. I had a decaf maple latte! They use locally made pure maple syrup and it was DELISH!!! We took our coffee and meandered across the street to a lovely little home Interiors shop, with unique decor items, Window Shopping Sawyer. We got some really nice artisan soap there. Then headed a bit further on foot to find a market/garden center with extensive offerings. All in all a fantastic choice of stop on our way to our destination. We got a lot of steps in, and were able to stretch our legs, enjoying the area. Highly recommend! read more

Excellent coffee. We were on a road trip when we saw Infusco's billboard on I-94. We decided to give it a try and were pleasantly surprised. My decaf Mocha Latte and my husband's regular Cappuccino were both very flavorful and smooth. We did not stick around but the staff is friendly and the shop is clean, with lots of tables for those who want to hang out. We will definitely come back when we come in this area again. read more

Buzz buzz. No, that's not a bee. That's what you'll be feeling after having that cold brew. These beans pack a punch! I drank the cold brew in the car, and I felt like a could paint an entire house. O_o A friend of mine recommended Infusco, which is tucked away in this plaza of sorts. What a gem! There's parking, seating inside if you want to chill, or you can just grab and go. The staff here is friendly, and the menu isn't overwhelming. If you're not a coffee fan, their teas are excellent. The coffee beans here seem to be roasted a little darker for much of their coffees, which is what I like, but that may not be to everyone's liking. Stopped by for my caffeine fix for the first time (visiting the area) and their nitro oat chai made me go "ooooh, I've got to try that." So, needless to say, got a large and barista recommended mixing with regular cold brew to cut the sweetness. I agreed and was instantly refreshed when I took my sip. This is SOME SERIOUSLY GOOD STUFF. Plus, I just love their vibe inside with the plants, lo-fi music and vintage appeal. They have some cool looking merch as well. If I was a local I would hit this place up over Starbucks or DD anytime. read more
