as a californian who needed his coffee fix, I came here twice yesterday! the first time we came was in the morning, around 7:30ish, and it was pretty quiet. only one or two other people, and the workers were really chill. the second time was around 4pm, and it was pretty packed! almost every seat was taken, but the workers were still kind and had our drinks out fast. the reason why i gave 4 stars is bc of the amount of syrup they use. i love my drinks sweet, and the hot matcha latte i had at the beginning of the day was perfect. but the iced vanilla latte i had later on? i couldn't finish my drink, and neither could my friends, because it was too sweet /: so yes, i recommend, but make sure to ask for less syrup if you enjoy your drinks not-as-sweet!! :)

Amazing Customer service. Wonderful Family!!!

Great comforting and delicious hot and cold drinks, The customer service is beyond excellent. Bill and the team are delightful and are always looking for ways to improve. Their drink are very different but delicious best part is if you don't like it they are willing to remake or even give you a whole different drink. If I had to chose between Revive and any other coffee shop I would chose them. Everything is created with care and love, when you see that smile on their face while receiving your drink it evokes feelings of nostalgia. Makes me feel at home, I love revive and the people who make it what it is. 10/10 will try again and believe others should as well.

I'm updating my review because the owner replied to my Google review and lied to try to save face. Not cool. I gave a valid critique and they discounted it. Sorry, but I can't respect that kind of business.

Based on the menu on the wall, we were going to order the strawberry chicken salad to go. Upon going to order, we were told that we had to fill out a paper specifying what ingredients should go into the salad. This was a little confusing as this was a menu item so the employee should know what you need to put into the salad, AnyWho. Once we were able to select our salad, the base the ingredients and choice of dressing. Our salad was made within 10 minutes. Overall, it was really good and the ingredients were fresh. I will say that the onions needed to be chopped up a little bit as they were way too big to be red onions and on a salad. We also appreciated the poppyseed dressing which was really fresh and complimented the spring greens on the salad. Overall, if you're looking for a fresh ingredient meal, this is a good place. We also noticed that they make smoothies and bowls and so I would give this a try out if you're looking for healthier options to dine.

I ordered a salad and quite a bit of the lettuce was wet and rotting, very mealy avocado, black hair on one of the croutons. And the supposed house ranch tastes like a bad shelf-stable ranch. I have never had a house dressing that does not taste fresh. $20 plus tip for this, never again. The chicken tastes like that packaged cooked chicken for salads from the grocery store. There was nothing good about this salad. They should be ashamed of selling this to people. I also had a bad online experience before not too long ago, and had no plans of even trying this place after that, but I was in the mood for a salad and thought maybe it would be a better experience this time. Experience from a few months ago... I attempted ordering from here and it did not go well. Instead of being reliable and staying present during their scheduled business hours, they decided to close early for a catering job. They did not update the Facebook page or the voicemail, and did not turn off online ordering. I show up for a curbside order. No answer when calling. I get out and see that they are closed and there is a sign on the door, so now I have to figure out something else for dinner. The owner keeps saying they did not receive the order. That is not my problem. You choose this third-party site to take your orders and collect your money. The order was placed directly on their website, but they use Square. A receipt with the order was emailed to me. The money was literally taken out of my account, so I do not understand what they are trying to argue. Square collects money for your orders, and then they give you the money. You are responsible for all of this. If you cannot handle online ordering properly, then do not use it. This is not difficult to understand. Instead of asking me to show proof of the online order and refunding me in cash, I was told I had to dispute this with my bank, which I did. What terrible customer service all around.

That said, I'll leave a decent review for Clifford's, but there were some disappointments. Upon entering, we were confronted by a professionally printed sign, along with a verbal warning from the sole attendant at the counter, stating that four out of five of their normal front counter employees hadn't shown up this morning. Translation: "Lower your expectations if you still choose to eat here". The fact that they have a pre-printed sign tells me this happens a lot (?!?!?). I also took note of multiple other signs on display, some handwritten, informing patrons that various menu items were out of stock. In some cases, these menu deletions took the form of a line on the menu being unceremoniously scribbled out with chalk or a marker. Surprisingly, the food and the service ended up being pretty good during our visit. However, I will give "Clifford" some unsolicited advice, if he's listening: Clifford, aside from the jacked-up parking situation, you have a cool thing going on here, and the location is spot-on awesome. But, I think you'd do better by paying more attention to the rough edges. Presentation matters, and it begins the moment your customer walks into the cafe. The vibe that the business was sending that day wasn't particularly inviting.

This trip was a drive-through affair, battling 90-degree temps with a little brain-freeze. Our car served as an adequate waiting space as we idled six feet behind the other queued souls having our same idea. Thumbs up to the mobile ordering process. We had about 5 minutes in line, which gave us plenty of time to order up two giant contraptions. Even better, it was $5 day, so you can bet we took advantage of that. They were cold-and-ready at the window when we finally arrived. Our daughter, the seasoned pro, stuck with her mostly favorite of peanut butter and chocolate, etc, and not surprisingly loved it. The other choice was angel food and strawberry, also tasty. Going between the two was like some sort of lunch-dessert combo. There were four of us in the car and only two wanted smoothies, but we basically had enough for everybody with those generous cup sizes. While we footed the bill, my daughter ordered from her app and was excited to move closer to that ever-elusive "free Xth smoothie", which I'm surprised she hasn't knocked out multiple times this summer. It took the edge off the heat and lessened the pain of grocery shopping afterward, with those smoothie cups in the cart cupholder. We headed back home satisfied; my daughter climbed back up onto the SK roof to her tent, ready to slurp another day.

When you first walk in, you're not entirely sure if you walked in the right door, except it smells…read morelike fried bread (not necessarily donuts) and coffee. It has a small town community center vibe, and there are seating options available to enjoy your donuts once you purchase them. I love this rec-center vibe. The donuts themselves are pretty much what you would expect in terms of basic variety. There wasn't a huge variety available, but there were plenty of flavor options to choose from for even the pickiest of donut eaters. Strangely one immediate complaint that I have about the donuts right off the bat is that there's actually way too much icing or glaze. I got an old fashioned and two krulers, and some others, but there's so much icing on them that the donuts are completely lost and I'm literally crunching on pure chunks of recrystalized sugar on the old fashioned. I never imagined I'd have that complaint, but it is a bit overwhelming. I'll try the others later. I could not finish the old fashioned donut though because it was too sugary. (Took me 3 times to eat that one donut) There was a very tall gentleman in there that assisted me with my order. He was very pleasant and patient with me while I figured out what to put in my collection. Afterward, I sat down and ate part of my old fashioned donut to which he inquired about the quality. I told him it was good, but I should not have. I thought maybe I was just having a sugar issue with the old fashioned. I didn't realize it till I got the entire box home that they are all very heavily coated with the glaze. I thought the box was exceptionally heavy for 6 donuts... In any case, it doesn't really matter. Other than the Bit of Swiss business up the road, this is the only donut shop in town and I'm guessing the one you'll be stopping at when you roll through here as well. I love supporting local businesses and I'm glad this isn't a krispy kream, but I will say there's a little bit more that could be done in terms of enhancing the ambiance of their shop, as well as managing the overall glaze that coats the donuts. But the people were friendly and they were open early, so it was all good. *NEXT DAY I'm staying in an air bnb and Im actually going to take my donuts back. I took one bite of the kruler (yesterday when I got back to the b&b) and it was not good. All sugar on the outside, burnt exterior, but the inside was either raw or I don't know what. It was like wet bread. Literally. Pasty, gloopy, and so greasy/oily. Definitely an issue with the oil, and perhaps the recipe as well. Either way, I don't want to eat the rest and will take them back on my way out of town today. And by the way, it was like $20+ for a cup of coffee and 1 old fashioned, 2 krulers, 1 custard long-john, 1apple fritter, and a peanut butter filled. The long-john was okay, not enough custard and the pastry was dry, over-fried. The apple fritter was also a little burnt outside, but the apple ratio was good. It still was coated too heavily with sugar. I had to peel some of the thicker chunks off first. One bite of kruler and I won't eat that. Nope. I hope they have a better batch today. So, final thoughts... I just dropped off the bad donuts and the owner only refunded the 2 krulers even though I didn't eat the peanut butter one either, and that was after she got really defensive about her krulers (as if I'd never had one) and she refused to receive even the tiniest bit of feedback. Its obvious they were burned, over glazed, and raw in the center but she chose to make me feel badly about bringing them back, then she refunded me from her employee tip jar! What? She was so uncomfortable and unwilling to even listen to me that I felt angry leaving, even though I tried to be gentle. Whatever. My review was going to increase from 3 to 4 if they handled this well, but she didn't. Now it goes down farther than normal because customer service is important but was really lacking here by the actual owner, not the pleasant employee, though. She really put him in a strange position.
