Awesome service and very fast! Tried one of their seasonal lattes and was not disappointed.

Coffee is the obvious go to for Biggby, but they also have other delicious drinks as well as some select snacks (their "Bragels" which are bagel sandwiches being the go to for many including myself). Outside of bagel sandwiches you can also get a bagel (plain, everything, or Asiago) with cream cheese, donut holes, a cookie or a muffin (blueberry, coffee cake, or seasonal). My favorite coffee drink personally is the Carmel Marvel and I have been getting it for years. I'm also fond of the Biggby Blast Energy Drink flavor Green Lagoon which is green apple flavored. This location has a drive thru as well as a walk up window and outdoor seating. It is a stand alone building at the back of Meijer parking lot. No inside access to the customer and I didn't see any bathrooms when I was there, although I didn't ask. Staff was super friendly as well as welcoming. When it's warmer I will most likely sit at the table they have available and casually people watch to de-stress myself. read more

Used the drive-thru to pick up a latte and a pup cup. The coffee was great. Yes, there may be a bit of a line, and that is to be expected with unique coffee drinks. The staff at the window were very sweet and kind. My coffee was perfect. The pup cup was Nutmeg's favorite part of the car trip. read more

This is a cute little drive thru that we stopped at when we got gas on our mini road trip from Chicago to Detroit. The black coffee was ok, but their caramel latte or macchiato was was very good. We tried looking for another one on our way back home. The girl in the drive thru was very friendly and nice. read more

At Meijer , in parking lot. A small drive thru at other end of parking lot next to Meijer gas station. Girl was nice, explained various options and wore gloves while working register. Very pleasant. I have has Biggby coffee in past. Excellent coffee. Prices usually slightly lower than Starbucks. Usually found in Mi & Minn. Wish they were in IL. Service is quick here. Iced coffee currently is 1.99 from 2-6 pm probably as an answer to DD. Worth a stop, drive thru only. read more

I recently visited a Biggby in south bend and they had ruined my favorite holiday drink by handing me basically mint soup in a cup. I've been with Biggby since its original location and name and have seen it go from great to meh. The endless choices that set it apart from Starbucks are now gone along with my favorite bean (Tanzanian peaberry). This particular location is a bit slow and 2/3rds of the time doesn't secure the lids well on its hot drinks. Be warned. Don't get it on the way to a job interview or first date. Oh and the app is just a waste of precious space on your phone. Recommend if you want a cold drink when Starbucks is having supply issues and Caribou is too far out of the way. read more

Coffee selections and monthly specialty drinks are a great touch. This location had masked and VERY friendly employees from both order speaker and drive up window. Ordered latte and mocha coffee-both could have been just a tad hotter (the line was long-so possibly trying to serve many quickly). The muffins are always fresh! read more

I'm a huge fan of Biggby! I stop by our local one frequently. However, today I am quite upset and very disappointed with Biggby! I stopped by our local one (Stevensville, MI) after work to get a couple creme freezes. I was just told by a coworker yesterday that the Passport cards were finally out. So, I thought I would get one while I was there. I had been asking about the cards since the beginning of May. Every one of the employees told me they wouldn't be given out until after Memorial Day. I asked every week and got the same response. I knew that once they came out, they would go quickly. As recently as last week I asked again, same response. So today I place my order and proceed to wait in line for quite a while even though there was only 2 ahead of me. Once I get to the window, I asked for a Passport card. I was told they were out, they had been given out over 2 weeks a ago!!! WHAT?! I told them I had been asking about them since the beginning of May! The two employees said, "Well it was all over Facebook." I told them I don't have Facebook. So I asked if I still would be able to get the BOGO on Wednesdays? They said no, you have to have a card. My response to that was, "I've been trying for a month to get one!" The response I got is what really upset me. I was told, "Well, don't know what to tell you, but you have to have the card." REALLY???!!! Maybe not a big deal to them, but to me, I feel like I was being dismissed and that I had been lied to every time I asked this month!! That is not good customer service! I get that everyone wants a card, but when a customer asks everytime they visit and are lied to and told not until Memorial day, then find out after that was not true, that's bad!! They could have taken my name and number, and possibly seen if there was a way to get one...but no that wasn't the case! I'm really disappointed with Biggby. My wife and I went to the Red Arrow highway Biggby in Stevensville at about 9:45 today. My wife ordered her usual without incident. I grabbed my usual specialty hot beverage and decided to be adventurous and try the waffle with egg, bacon and cheese. After returning home, to my surprise, it was a waffle with bacon and cheese. I guess between the coffee shop and my home the egg matured and grew wings and took flight, as if it was soaked in a red bull. I am puzzled as to how it escaped from the foil and my automobile without being detected. I am totally baffled because I, nor did my wife let the windows down, open the sunroof, or my cargo window. As a concerned and informative customer, I thought it would be to the best interest of everyone to contact supervision. Guess what, they really do not want to hear about my experience because they do not a phone number listed. I am still going to give them a 4.5 rating because the cashier has an aura of kindness that I have never witnessed. The interesting thing is you can detect she is never fake. The moral of the story is don't allow them to soak the egg in red bull because it will take flight and take the phone with it. But the cashier's genuine demeanor is worth every error. The absolute slowest biggby i have ever been to in my entire life. Every single time it takes 20 minutes in the drive thru!!!
