Wow this place is good. I went back for a second day in a row. I'm a big local coffee shop vs a chain kind of person so I was excited to try it. They had many options for drinks as well as food. The coffee was very good and I did get a sandwich too. The sandwiches were reasonably priced which is very nice to see now a days. I would highly recommend this coffee shop and they had plenty of space to sit.

Don't get the coffee flight. The coffee tasted weak and bitter at the same time. The chai was watery.

Just went in for coffee! Cool innovative coffees I got the lucky charms latte and it was good! My husband didn't like is coffee all that much, they gave him a different size the he ordered which for a coffee snob like him messed with the ratio lol. Great friendly service! Super unique to have cocktails at a coffee shop!

The ambience of this place is always a draw and is incredible. Every time I have eaten there, it has been good. The coffee is always great! Sometimes I get a regular coffee and sometimes I get a flight. Today I did a flight of seasonal drinks and they were fantastic. The service is always friendly. Thank you!

One of my favorite places to stop at in Niles! The baristas are awesome and down to make whatever you're feeling! I recommend trying the coffee flight, that's how I fell in love with the Irish Cream cold brew! It's also super cute inside and they have a comfy couch that's great for people watching! 10/10 place all around!

    Salted toffee nut macchiato

I went to 2&M this morning. My husband and I just recently moved here and I love trying new coffee shops. I ordered the salted toffee nut macchiato & the breakfast toast. It was a Friday morning and it was packed inside. There were a lot of people enjoying conversation, working, and reading. It took a little while to place my order because it was so busy, but the service staff was super friendly and my order came out quick compared to how many people there were and the number of orders they had. I was pleased with the prices and the options for coffee and bites to eat. There were a lot of seating options inside the restaurant. I definitely want to try a coffee flight next time and come back for cocktails!

Came here with a couple of friends on our drive back home and honestly, they will say that the 3 stars I am giving them is being generous. The coffee and latte offerings were great, no doubt about it. I had fun with the float we ordered and the breakfast sandwich was fine too. The real issue here was more of the...atmosphere. I have NEVER really felt this before nor did I ever think I'd be pulling any "cards" so instead...I'll lay down some unequivocal facts. - This being where it is, the majority of people (and this was certain the case in this coffee shop) are white - we were the only NON white people in the shop. - the guy taking order was polite and took our order just fine - EVERYONE around us were getting their orders taken to where they were sitting EXCEPT for us, we had to go up for ours (and yes it was for here...as you can see from the picture). Yes, I awkwardly walked back to our table carrying the flight you see in the picture. - they mispronounced my friend's name (you might might think... "so what? happens all the time?"); however, its a fairly common name and because of the atmosphere we were already feeling, them pronouncing it the way they did was not looking well... - they also got one of the simple sandwich orders wrong...but by that point, we were too uncomfortable to fix it. We finished our stuff and as I said, things were tasty...and perhaps it was just a weird off day, but the facts I mentioned above, not to mention the _feelings_ and _atmostphere_ present during our visit, did NOT make us feel very comfortable.

pumpkin cheesecake latte and butterbeer cookie
    Luna L.

very clean and modern interior. loved seeing all the fall flavor options. butterbeer cookie was too sweet and a little crumbly but enjoyable. pumpkin cheesecake latte was good but i couldn't really taste any cheesecake. it could have just been called a pumpkin latte to be honest. servers were friendly. would come back to study or get some work done

I am so happy to have found this amazing coffee spot! Love everything I have had here! It's always busy but not a long wait. Laid back experience with a touch of class. Thank you for coming to Niles! We needed you more than you know.

Such a cool place with great drinks and food. The drinks are consistent which can be hard in a small local shop.

We went with a party of 5 and there is only one table that fit us but luckily it was open. I would suggest going early because they sell out fast. It was very busy when we went but it was worth it. I really liked the Ube cookie and the sandwich I got. They warmed the sandwich but not the cookie (I also didn't ask them to). The Ube cookie had coconut in it and I'm not a coconut lover but it was subtle enough that I like it!! Coffee was great too!

Located next to Brasserie 23 and some nice apartments, the exterior of this café immediately gave off European café vibes. Inside, we were greeted by the staff and looked at the menu for a bit before ordering. About 5 minutes after ordering, we received our drinks and food from a few kind, fast, and professional baristas. There is free wifi and the two unisex bathrooms are clean. There is also a lot of places to sit and we saw a few students working on homework while sipping on their matcha lattes. The prices for everything is overall decent but still a little high. Bakery goods are priced well while the drinks are maybe a dollar too expensive. They only use locally sourced whole milk in their drinks as well, just an FYI. All around the cafe are various things for sale, like local coffee beans, glass jars of that whole milk, and yummy loaves of sourdough and foccacia bread. I am from out of town so I didn't buy any bread or milk but I wish I could have! As for the food, everything was indulgent and delicious! We ordered a lot. I got a cinnamon churro latte with GORGEOUS sky design art. The taste was pretty basic - Like a cinnamon hot chocolate. Very milk forward. My bf got a chai latte. This had strong flavor. I should get a different drink next time as I only like to pay $7 for drinks that are unique! My bad! So after we each had an indulgent caffeine drink, we then had a breakfast sandwich. I got the turkey/bacon and my bf got the sausage one. Bacon was good and slightly fatty and the bun/brioche bread was really poofy! After an hour or so of conversation with my bf's family and friends, we then shared an almond fragipange cookie (thiccc and moist) and a blueberry coffee cake slice. Both were great! We had the coffee cake at his home and enjoyed the cookie at the cafe. The cookie was just like the cookies from the famous Levain cookie chain. These are the kind of cookies you can only have infrequently because they are so high calories, but boy, they are delish! I already followed Caffe Capriccio on Instagram so I can keep track of limited time drinks and desserts! I'll be moving to this area next year to be with my boyfriend and am happy to say that we will definitely be back!

I was in a hurry to get to work, so as soon as the waitress said they had Sloppy Joe's for the daily special I immediately said "Fine, I'll have one". 15 minutes later I got my sammich and fries. The first thing I noticed was they were a little stingy with the meat. This Sloppy Joe cost $6.00 and the bun was ALMOST covered with meat. The next thing I noticed were the INCREDIBLY GREASEY fries! I picked one up and it was mushy and SATURATED with grease/oil. (see photo) ALL of the fries were soaked through and though with oil and not a crispy fry among them! I ate one and left the rest on the plate. Another customer sitting across the counter from me saw me wagging the mushy fry like a wet noodle and I heard him tell his friend "Maybe we better NOT get the fries"- GOOD ADVICE! The waitress must have sensed better than to ask me "How was everything?" as I paid the bill. The Sloppy Joe didn't taste bad- but it sure wasn't worth $6.00- and the fries were inedible. With a Coke the entire bill came to $9.01, about $4.00 too much in my opinion. I doubt very much that I will visiting Jennie's anytime soon again.

My fiancé and I were visiting Granger during the holidays and The Victorian Pantry came up several times during conversation with glowing reviews so we thought to make a trip with a few friends before make the drive back to Chicago. The "cafe" itself is really tiny with 1 table available (to our surprise since we were meeting friends for coffee!). The business is mainly operating through online/worldwide orders of coffee beans/focaccia/other goodies. The owner decided to downsize from their original cafe that sat 100 guests to focus on their worldwide distribution of coffee. He was very kind and accommodating and gave us an extra stool so we can sit and chat while enjoying the delicious fresh brewed coffee! I tried the walnut roast blend with cream (no sugar) for about $3- ~ 16oz - 20 oz coffee! Not a bad deal at all. Again, I am not a coffee connoisseur, but the coffee was very smooth, nutty, and really intricate in flavor (delicious even without the sugar I'm used to having in order to mask the typical coffee taste!). You can buy fresh ground coffee (and I believe coffee beans) here at the store, or you can order online to have them ship it right to your door.
