When an antique floor lamp that belonged to my grandma had its glass shade broken by our movers, they had a perfect replacement for it. I had a pleated silk shade that they were able to copy with custom fabrication. They made lamps out of vases of mine with a seashell theme and even made finials out of real seashells! They went above and beyond in their customer service! Thank you, to Frank and his father! You are appreciated and definitely missed! Nadine Duke

Allison, You didn't…read morehear back from me because my business with you was done. I didn't want to confirm an order that was non returnable. I found the same item from a different supplier for less, with free shipping & ordered with them after your email. The product DID in fact fit... my assumption that a 6" downlight is in fact 6" was right. Just because items are not from the exact same manufacturer doesn't define a yes or no compatibility. Part of the reason I wanted to see the item in store & put my hands on it. I could have done this with an in-store pickup and saved both us us time. I appreciate your gesture of shipping the items to my door. But as I mentioned my problem is solved and I will be shipping back the unopened box.

It was very clear from how he speaks that he's patient, kind, and professional, and is not looking to take financial advantage over a client's technical ignorance. Within 7 days he sent over a technician named Omar who was very kind, cleanly, and efficient. The first thing he did upon entering my home was put on booties. He was very thorough about telling me about his diagnoses and explaining what he was going to do/did. When he completed the work, he cleaned up the debris that had fallen when he repaired my circuit breaker box. His attention to detail and cleaning up after himself are signs of elite contractors. I'll be working with Electrisource again for future services.

It was after hours, but they came to my rescue anyway. Harrison did an incredible job figuring out the wire was torn up by my idiot dogs and provided me with a list of options for how to go about remedying the situation. I opted for the best choice which was encasing a new wire in PVC pipe and securing it a couple feet up the foundation so the dogs won't risk injury nor my wallet again.
