We just bought our home and needed a moving service--and I'm so glad we chose this one! Tai, Nate,…read moreand Wiley were all so wonderful and polite. And they all move FAST. The amount of work these three did made me exhausted, and I was only an observer! Our move was done on time, nothing broken, and we loved these guys. Our experience was wonderful!!! Would absolutely use them again.

Our experience with this outfit was a short lived one. We received a nice postcard in the mail and…read moremade them one of our three bids. We just couldn't get past the breakdown in trust. Pity too, we wanted to hire these folks. On Wednesday, a very nice gentleman named Ben came to the house. He was a no nonsense, get to work kind of guy. Quickly assessed all of our possessions and came back with a very reasonable estimate. After we received our final bid on Thursday, we called Ben back, the next morning. He had the day off and will be back on Sunday. Sounded odd. But what do we know about the moving business? We had the woman set our packing date for 11 days later on 8/22, while we waited for Ben to get back to us with more details. Long story short, no return call Sunday or Monday. My wife finally called Ben the next night and he told her that he and I had spoke and set everything up for the 22nd. But he and I never spoke. He's yet to call either of us. I'm not sure why he'd blatantly lie like that but if he isn't honest on a simple call to confirm he'd won the contract, seems to me nothing he said could be trusted. Low price is important. But these are our lifetime memories. Being able to trust the folks moving them is far more important. Here's another thought. They drive the load through Canada. Not the using the barge. I've driven the AlCan, twice. Not sure I want my valuables bouncing through Canada like that! 09/23

We had to reschedule due to our closing being pushed back with a holiday. They were super friendly and got us a different date without any issue or "fee". My only complaint is you pay by the hour, and the two guys we had took a few water breaks (obviously no one is a robot) but they also sat down to eat sandwiches and billed us for all that time. All in all I think we paid for 30 minutes of them having a snack break. Other than that I was very pleased. I would recommend.

These movers would be great if you just have boxed items, but I'm not too sure I'd trust them with anything fragile again.

It left with a broken cabinet and broken drawer. We filed a claim but they denied it saying "it was an old desk." What does that have to do with the fact that it was in great condition before and they damaged it during the move? If you have an old Porsche or Cadillac that you've been keeping in a week maintained state and someone drives it into a tree is it acceptable for them to say they don't think they should help fix it because it was old? I will say they have very nice and professional people on the phone, fair prices, and generally good about the move, but you really have to keep them honest and track absolutely everything yourself. If one of the movers breaks a table, you have to call the main office RIGHT AWAY. If they agree they'll move your piano and charge you for piano handling services, then no one shows up that can handle the piano and almost drop it off the back of a truck, while the movers are still there you have to call and raise a stink or it'll be your word against theirs.
