So I saw a Living Social ad for this company a few weeks ago and wanted to check out the reviews…read moreof this company before committing. I should have known something was up since they had just one review, which has since disappeared, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. On Yelp, I realized they had an even better deal than the deal being offered on Living Social. The Yelp deal was a $75 for $100 offer. BEFORE I bought the Yelp deal, I decided to call them. I wanted to know a number of things before spending my money. I wanted to know how much they regularly charge to fix the screens of an iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S, I also wanted to know if I bought the Yelp ad, would they (a) still be honoring the Yelp ad, and (b) would it cover the screen repair costs of both phones. The guy said that yes the Yelp ad would cover both phones and that they would still honor it. I was even repeated my questions like three times to try to ensure that what happened wouldn't happen. So, I hang up, satisfied with all the answered questions and purchase the Yelp. I call the business back to set up an appointment. The guy at the repair shop tells me that it's good I am setting up an appointment because I would be using up his LAST iPhone 4 and 4S black screens. I make the appointment for 11am and ask him to verify the address I am going to. Cool, I think, our phones are gonna get fixed!!!! Fast forward to the day I am supposed to go get my phones fixed. I get a call at 10:41am that the appointment is not gonna happen until 11:30am and that instead of the previous address, he's gonna do it at the Starbucks down the street. Cool, no worries, I think. The guy shows up at 11:30 on the dot and tells me, wait for it... I CAN'T USE MY YELP DEAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I told the guy that I called and made sure I was going to be able to. Guess who he blames?!?! YELP!!! He says that they were supposed to take down the deal by the beginning of the year and I even showed him that I bought it on the 20th of January. Three weeks into the year. Then this guy tries to make me feel bad by telling me that he himself had already purchased the screens to replace on our phones when the guy had told me earlier that they were the last ones in stock. He then told me that I should get a refund from Yelp and I could pay him $75 in cash or check and he would still fix my iPhones right then and there. I told him it was ridiculous and that I had called before even purchasing the yelp deal. He apologized and was nice enough, but honestly, I'd rather get a refund and pay an extra $20 to a company that doesn't lie to get me in the door. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! PAY THE SAME AMOUNT AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!! Update to my review!!!!!!!! This guy kept messaging me to try to convince me(by offering to ix one of my phones for free) to take off my review because Yelp readers wouldn't read my entire review and assume they do bad work. I guess someone did read it. I wouldn't trust the bottom review since it is probably fake and came right after they asked me multiple times to remove my review. By the way these guys might do great work but even in the messages he sent me to convince me to take down my review he lied to me multiple times. Nice, man.

I haven't used their services so this isn't a review about that but about their Referral Payment…read morePlan, I knew I had to share with everyone about it. This is what their Referral Payment Plan means: For home computer service referrals, Net2U will pay the person making the referral $25.00 for each one that they get paid on for services rendered. These are called residentials. For business referrals, Net2U will pay $50.00 to the person making the referral, for each invoice they get paid on. Net2U will pay cash right away. So, even though I haven't used their services but love referrals plans, I thought I would share this information with people either looking for computer services or knows someone who needs help.

Most unprofessional frustrating experience…read more I left a $50 deposit for an unlocked iPhone after being told they could get one ready for me. Over the next several days, I kept checking in and was told things like "almost done," "it'll be unlocked today," and "bear with me." After waiting and making multiple trips back to the store, the phone was still carrier locked. Nathan (the owner) then tried to bait and switch me with another phone At that point, I decided not to move forward with the purchase and asked for my $50 deposit back. They agreed to refund me, but then it turned into days of "I'm waiting for Zelle to reset" and "I'll send it today." I kept following up, but it took almost an entire week and more effort than it should have. Avoid at all costs

Had an issue with a CPU installation that resulted in my PC power cycling and not working. Took it…read morehere to have someone professional look at it (before I messed something else up ). Turned out my motherboard was fried (so props to me for not messing up my new CPU after my first time trying to install a CPU). Long story short, they installed a new motherboard, new CPU, and new cooling system for me. They said it would only take a day, but instead it took about 3ish. Rather than doing a rushed job and meeting the initial estimated finish date, they needed to swap out my cooling system for a better one because it would have ruined my new CPU (Ryzen 9 5095X) due to it overheating. So I HIGHLY appreciated them going the extra mile and noticing this for me. They also tested everything before giving it back to me for QA purposes. I'd rather wait the extra few days and potentially save hundreds of dollars. They could've not done anything and had me come back later to pay for more repairs. They gave me a lot of advice as well and SHOWED me what they were doing before they did it. There was a lot of trust involved in this repair, and it paid off (pun absolutely intended). Definitely will be coming back for future upgrades. Learned a lot about computers in this process. As for the computer itself, it's running like a beast. Very powerful and very quiet surprisingly (more so than before). I wanted to wait a day after I got my computer to test out the programs I use and it's working great. When I picked up my tower, they showed me what parts were in the rig, that the display was working, and that the parts they said they were going to install were there. Kept me updated and sent me photos to show me progress. Very transparent and communicative.

The experience started off on the wrong foot when the first thing the technician asked after walking in was, "Do you have a pen and paper?" It didn't inspire much confidence or professionalism. The overall quality of the work was well below what was promised. Unfortunately, I won't be using this company again, and I can't recommend them based on my experience. Customers should proceed with caution. The photo shows how how he put 1 cable tie on the cables and said that's the best it's gonna get.
