I looked on here for reviews before placing my order, I figured the good reviews outweighed the bad even though all recent reviews were negative. I placed an order for Valentine's Day, I get a text today, Feburary 13th from my wife saying she got my flowers. I reached out to the business owner via email, she said they made a "corporate decision" to deliver some orders today. Claims they sent me an email, they did not, just trying to cover their butt. Now I'm left empty handed on Valentine's Day. The business owner did not sound like she cared at all. Additionally, the flowers were wilted and looked like they fell over on the way to the delivery. Definitely not worth the $100+ I paid for these, should have just gone to a grocery store and delivered myself. refund the order if you regret missing the special instructions then. but you won't because 1.) you don't care that you fucked up. 2.) you're an extremely fake person that is only ever kind when other eyes are on you (very Christian of you btw) and your reputation is on the line. this is very evident by your child like behavior, complaining about a bad review (the consequences of your actions). like the audacity to refuse any sort of resolution because I wrote a review before contacting you? to say "you could have just called to make things right" as if that wasn't exactly the purpose of that email, and for you to say that after I was nice enough to hold my tongue about how mediocre the flowers were and only ask for a partial refund. I purchased flowers from here to suprise my girlfriend for our anniversary and they sent me an email saying it was hand delivered a day early. so I had to make my girlfriend go look for the surprise to figure out if it was delivered. It not only ruined the surprise but wasted her time. I called the next day and was told my flowers werent delivered yet and would be first to be sent out first on the list as an apology. I then waited for them to be delivered and finally called back after no delivery to have them tell me they had an emergency delivery that took place. I told them how much of an inconvenience it was and how it ruined a special moment and no compensation or extra things were thrown into it as an apology. I won't be purchasing from here again, especially for an $80 set of flowers. thanks for ruining such a special moment! read more

Update. It's 830 pm and still no flowers. The owner initially blamed it on me because I signed the card message as dolly. This was intentional. She said she delayed delivery to make sure this was accurate and told me I gave the wrong number and they tried to reach me many times. My gut tells me this isn't true. I also gave an email, but never was emailed. I have no proof of what number I gave, but I feel confident after reading more reviews, this is an issue they have often and make excuses for. I never got the flowers, and apology, or an explanation. I have charged it back on credit card. You delayed delivery because I wrote a card exactly how I wanted it? Then she tells me the driver was on his way at 5pm to my residence. We pushed back dinner an hour and waited. He never arrived. I finally heard back at 720 he was on his way. It's 830 and he's not here. Poor service. I got an email that said they are delivering and plan to go until 9pm. Sorry, but who wants VDAY flowers at bedtime? These were supposed to go to my fiancé at her job. I doubt we ever receive them which is fine. I rather have a refund. It's the lack of ownership of the problem, trying to blame me for how I wrote a card, and then telling me someone is on his way with a "free box of chocolates" that just makes this hard to chalk up as a busy day. I placed a $160 order for Valentine's Day delivery. It's 5pm and my partners place of worked is closed. She never got her flowers. The flower shop closed at 2pm and of course no answer after I tried to call past 2pm hoping they were still there and had an explanation. I never received an update nor my partner. This is incredibly disappointing on a day like today. What's even worse is I got a email from them promoting they still had spots for more VDAY delivery, but can't even make time to deliver my flowers. The arrangement that I received was beyond gorgeous! The flowers in the arrangement were not completely bloomed yet when I received it which I think lended the entire arrangement to last longer. The vase was very full and the flower aroma made my entire house smell like I live in a garden. It's really nice when someone takes the time to send you flowers and then the flower shop takes the time to make them extra special and lasting for you. They even delivered them on Easter Sunday and when I wasn't home they called to make sure that they had left them at the correct apartment and that I knew they were there. I have never used this company, but they have amazing customer service. My mother had been in the hospital for 2 months. I had wanted to surprise my mother with flowers and the day they were supposed to had been delivered, my mother discharged out of the hospital. I called the company and they were very understanding and refunded me my money back. I felt awful because I was told the flowers were all done and ready to go. My son spent hours on the phone trying to get flowers to me for Mother's Day. Not only did I not get the flowers on Mother's Day they didn't get them to me until Tuesday (2 days late). They were suppose to be upgraded to a large arrangement since they were late but they weren't. 10/10 would recommend for next day delivery!! Sometimes you just don't have days in advance when you need to show someone you love a real gesture. Sometimes things happen and you need to be there from afar right away. SO many websites boast next day delivery but then when you get on the site they don't, or the bouquets the do offer are very basic and boring and insanely priced. Also, it's important to me to try to shop local and not through a major online business. I honestly was waiting for my order to not go through because it seemed too good to be true - not to mention it's valentines week!!!! I checked the date about 5 times just to make sure it somehow hadn't automatically changed to a week from when I wanted them delivered. I put in the online order the night I found out some hard news for my sister-in-law online and boom the next morning I got a text from her about how gorgeous they were. This is a great florist! They make sure every flower arrangement is colorful, well thought out with a variety of different flowers. Always fresh and all of the arrangements that I've been given from here last and last and last! I have received flowers delivered twice from this company. A sympathy arrangement to my house and a just because arrangement to my office. I was thoroughly impressed with both arrangements and they arrived on time according to the sender. The sympathy arrangement was purple and yellow and was arranged beautifully with a gorgeous bow that you could tell was handmade tied around the vase. It brought joy to my heart when I really needed it. The second arrangement was a dozen buds/blooms of stargazer lilies and I enjoyed the fact that they were not all in full bloom but some were still buds so that I can enjoy this arrangement for weeks to come. Stargazers have an amazing scent that fills up a room/house. I also appreciated the fact that the included cards were hand written. I would completely recommend using them and plan on using them myself based on my experiences so far. I enjoy supporting local businesses as well and look forward to using their services.
