We ordered flowers for the memorial service from Billowing Blooms. I ordered by stopping by the office. Beth was great at taking down my order, noting all of the details, and working within our budget. The delivery was perfectly on time. Truly it was a five-star service! They were amazing with their ideas and very reasonably priced. They knew exactly what I wanted even though I'm scatter brained and was all over the place with explaining everything. I placed an online delivery order with a different florist company that notified me the day of shipment that they didn't have the flowers I ordered. I contacted Billowing Blooms at 3:26pm on a Friday and asked if they could deliver same day for me. The lady I spoke with was friendly and accommodating, she was so helpful! They not only delivered my flowers by 5pm but text me a picture of the absolutely beautiful bouquet. I will share my experience with everyone, because this is not typical service these days. Billowing Blooms went above and beyond and turned my frustration into a wonderful experience. The recipient was blown away by her birthday flowers.

I live out of state and called multiple florists to get a funeral spray. Billowing Blooms was great on the phone and I immediately felt comfortable with them. I sent them a photo of a spray I saw and liked online and asked them to keep the same idea but do what they thought was best but to incorporate purple with hints of pink. They did better than I expected and everyone was so impressed with the spray. The arrangement was beautiful and the flowers were perfect and fresh. They delivered it right on time for a very reasonable fee and the driver was great. I also felt the spray was very fairly priced and I got great value for what I paid. Thank you to Billowing Blooms for listening to us and delivering such a beautiful arrangement. I would highly recommend them! read more

I am from out of town and was ordering flowers for someone in Liberty Hill and had a hard time deciding which florist to use because I don't know the area. A lot of places didn't have great reviews and made me nervous. I luckily found Billowing Blooms and called to make sure I wasn't getting bf scammed (some of the florist websites look fake to me) and they were super nice and helpful and delivery was quick. read more

I walked into this shop and asked for 4 dozen roses in three different colors. Despite it being a few days away from the date I needed them, they were able to have them ready. I was in a pinch and needed a nice flower bouquet. I found the store through a quick phone search and walked in at 4:59pm as they were closing for the day. The ladies working stayed late to make sure I had the flowers I needed. They threw together a gorgeous bouquet and I could not be more grateful they took the extra time to make it happen. They could have easily told me they were closing and to come back tomorrow. 5 stars all around!! read more

Not only was the green arrangement they brought absolutely beautiful, but they were quick to answer my email regarding how to care for the plants, and even replaced the one I managed to decimate before I had emailed them for care instructions. My birthday just happened to land in the midst of the 2021 winter storm but my hubby still tried to do something nice for me. He called around to many florists but no one was answering their phones (understandably). No one EXCEPT Billowing Blooms. They stayed in touch with him to let him know when they had nice flowers back in stock and when they could deliver. And did they deliver! I received the most gorgeous array of mixed flowers I've ever seen. Stargazers, roses, gerbera daisies and a bunch of other beautiful flowers that I don't know the names of. The arrangement was absolutely dazzling. Add the exceptional service to that and I would highly recommend Billowing Blooms to anyone. I will use them again. The picture doesn't do the arrangement justice, btw. I can't take pictures worth a hoot. read more

This would be a 5-Star review if not for one thing... I ordered the flowers online which was simple and great. I called them the day of the delivery to see what time do they think the flowers would be delivered, because the never gave me an estimated time frame. You see I sent the flowers to my wife's office and I obviously wanted them to be delivered when she was there. So I called and No answer... So I left a voicemail. This was on Friday Oct 19th and still to this day I never got a call back. In the voicemail I simply said "This is Pierce, can you please give me a call back I have a question". Pretty terrible customer service if you ask me. But all in all the flowers were delivered to my wife along with balloons (even though it was the wrong balloon). My wife loved the flowers and it all worked it. Like I said could of been a 5-Star but no call back knocks you down a Star. read more

So then, Heather took over and she didn't an amazing job. Since so much time had passed, our needs changed some as well. When I raised the issue, instead of acknowledging the discrepancy or offering to remake the arrangement, Lynsey tried gaslighting saying that the flowers were beautiful and offered to pick up the bouquet & refund the money. They also knew the flowers were a gift for a friend's cancer surgery. They have no accountability or compassion. If you're spending serious money on flowers for a special occasion, I'd strongly caution against ordering here. What you see is not what you get. 1st image is what was delivered, 2nd image is what I thought I was purchasing.

It took a great deal of probing before the young lady on the phone finally admitted that I ordered my flowers through a third party agency. I am still waiting for an investigation and for someone to reply to my numerous emails. I paid $188 for a vase full of green filler and carnations. this business misrepresented itself on their web page and through their customer service. I encourage anyone who plans on using their services to find someone else. It is also impossible to review them on google, which I plan on contacting google about. Sophies Stems should not even show up in a google search if you are unable to review them.

Rather, this is a collection of rather eclectic shops selling mostly used or refurbished items. These range from vintage glass and antique furniture all the way to collectible baseball cards. Everyone I spoke to at one of the stores was friendly and sometimes willing to negotiate a price on an item. I look askance at some of the reviews which claim 'I didn't get a deal'. You have access to the internet, after all. Even on your smart phone. You should be able to find out if the vintage item you're looking for hasn't been cheaply reproduced at Hobby Lobby, Cost Plus or Michael's. The facility still seems to be in development, so a couple notes for folks who may visit close to when I did, in September 2017. 1) The parking lot is a very rough gravel one. Drive slowly and walk carefully, there are ankle-turning rocks here if you wear heels. 2) One of the vendors was having serious issues taking credit cards, so having cash on hand might be a good idea. 3) If you check in on Yelp, there's a free drink offer available at the food trailer. However, there's no food trailer yet - just a well-run inside snack bar. They were kind enough to honor the offer for me, but do them a favor and wait until they get a vendor in before trying to use the coupon. In sum, a definite place to visit if the antique hunting bug strikes!

The employee working made some small talk, but she wasn't entirely personable. I feel that businesses geared mainly to our children should have employees with bright and bubbly personalities. I understand that's not always a possibility, but I do feel it makes the whole experience better for everybody. The only true con to our experience was that the story reeked of cat urine. They did have the doors open with a fan blowing out, so maybe they're aware and trying to get rid of it, I'm not sure. But it wasn't a pleasant smell at all. With all that being said, we will be back. I've made note of things we plan to buy in the future lol.
