I can't say enough good things about this florist! Such friendly, genuine customer service. The staff were helpful and patient, taking the time to listen to what I wanted without making me feel rushed. They really know their flowers and clearly care about their work. The attention to detail in the arrangement was impressive. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and incredibly fresh. The bouquet lasted much longer than expected and looked stunning the entire time. Their prices are comparable to other nearby and only slightly higher than online options. Delivery was smooth and on time, and the flowers arrived in perfect condition. My daughter was thrilled, which made the experience even better. If you're looking for a florist with beautiful arrangements and great customer service, this is the place to go. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this shop to others! read more

Supporting good local businesses is easy when they do an amazing job. I placed an order today to surprise my coworker, who got a promotion. First of all, it was super easy to place the order online. They also called me to make sure the address was correct, and soon after, the delivery arrived. The flowers look amazing, and my coworker was very happy. I'm very pleased with the service and will use them again in the future. read more

I always have such a hassle finding local florist in small towns remotely. Whenever you google you usually find a bunch of corporate orgs that call themselves local just because they have a local branch. I was very stoked to find this place when I needed to get bereavement flowers for a good friend who was half a continent away. They staff was both professional and communicative. They delivered the flowers with very short notice and were open to a few changes in the delivery instructions because of the sensitive nature of the situation. I really appreciate them and hope they continue to thrive and flourish! The arrangement they delivered was more beautifully crafted than I couldve imagined and was amazing, especially when you consider the cost. read more

Let's be honest, I'm a guy who isn't exactly a flower aficionado in comparison to my girlfriend. I've traditionally gone to HEB or Whole Foods to get her flowers (I know, rookie mistake.) Anyway, last week was her birthday and I decided to support local business and have Blooming Across Texas make her a "Forever in Love" bouquet. They were extremely easy to work with, very friendly and able to make me a bouquet on short notice. The final product was stunning and brought tears to her eyes. I think we're on the 49th "I love my flowers" since she received them last week. 5/5 would recommend. read more

What a beautiful bouquet, thank you!! This mother's day I had ordered flowers from 1800 flowers. And I was so let down on the quality that came. Wilted and not fresh and I paid the same for there bouquet as I did for this one!! This one arrived fresh and beautiful, nothing wilted!! Thank you so much! I will always order local now instead of one of these big retailers online after being let down again and again. Thanks for sending a bouquet that shows how much I love my mom! read more

I am very disappointed in the flowers in the flower arrangement that I paid $99 for. I specifically chose a local florist to use my dollars to support local business. Now, I wish that I had ordered from Tele floral or 1-800 flowers. My lifelong friend just was offered a brand new position which was the culmination of all of her years in child welfare and all of her years in technology. A brand new created position, definitely sign of the Times opportunity. When I called to express my concern, the person at Blooms across Texas after several minutes of discussion finally agreed to offer me a $15 refund on my purchase. I have yet to see this money returned to my account. Next time I will absolutely go with An online service!! I feel bad not putting my money in the local business, however I can't spend $100 and be disappointed in my purchase. read more

I have always tried to purchase my flowers from local businesses. Today I called to request 2 long-stem roses set an a vase for a zoom funeral at my home on Friday. I was told they were going to be unable to do that because they are doing valentines orders right now. They referred me to other florist in round rock. Pflugerville we need a new florist! Bloomin Across Texas - Item #T47-2A (Fiery Lily & Rose) - Florists Near Me - Pflugerville, Texas

The service they provided me was excellent and the flower arrangement they put together was perfect. I put in an order over the phone on Friday afternoon. They had my order ready in time the next day on Saturday. I was able to remain on schedule for my road trip. I spoke to the son over the phone when I put in my order. He was pleasant, helpful and professional. I was fortunate enough to speak to him in person when I picked up my order. He was quick to assist me. Both him and his mom got me in and out fast. I was truly impressed with the flower arrangement. I asked for red and white flowers. I had an image in my head on how it would look. The arrangement exceeded my own expectations. I was informed the son put together the flowers. His arrangement received multiple compliments when I made it to my destination. This is a family business worth supporting. A business ran by friendly people with beautiful flowers. Please call them when you need flowers. Give them a chance to WOW you. read more

A florist is measured by the person receiving the flowers. And this place hit it out of the ball park! The floral designer to this location is a valued asset! I ordered from being "out of state" and they didn't have the flowers I was particularly looking for due to Mother's Day flower type popularity... However, I personally spoke with the designer and explained what I envisioned and supplied at nice budget for him to work with. And he nailed it! The person receiving the flowers is having a wonderful day. Thanks for job well done and keep up the great work. I have them bookmarked for future use. read more

Ordered a holiday bouquet for my wife's birthday. Ordering online was quick and easy. Bad experience. I ordered flowers for delivery via their website for Valentine's day. During the order process online I was given every indication that the order completed. My account was also charged (but money came back later) However the order never came. I called the store to find out what happened was told my order was rejected and they had sent an email. But they could not say why it was rejected! I found the email and stated that the order was rejected because I ordered a non Valentine's Day arrangement... The website did not indicate that this was a requirement.. and accepted my order without question. If you are going to take someone so far through the order process and then bail out on them (once the order was 100% completed online) you should know why it happened. Honestly I would expected a phone call. Valentines Day ruined.... Won't use again. read more

I ordered some flowers for delivery and was charged twice about 45 minutes apart. I never once got a curtesy call from them telling me they made a mistake. So finally at the the end of the day I had to call them and tell them to refund me 1 transaction. They claimed they had caught the double charge that morning. Again I never even received a curtesy call about the simple mistake. They assured me I would get my money back on my card that evening. It's now been a couple of days and still haven't been refunded. Now when I call the business (during their business hours) they will not answer the phone. On top of that the flowers were still very green and not even ready to be put out yet. Just a bad experience. I wish I could've gotten a full refund. read more

My husband ordered some Valentine's Day flowers, when I received them on Tuesday, the lillies were already wilting, by Wednesday the daisies were also wilting. I called the florist to let them know. The lady that answered told me the manager would call when she returned. As of Thursday afternoon I have not yet received a phone call. I know fresh flowers don't last forever, but for $70, they should last more than one day. So sad and disappointed read more

Beautiful roses and friendly service. My order was not ready when I went to pick it up, but only delayed by 15-20 min. The flowers my mother received from this florist are beautiful. I love in San Diego and order my mother flowers every year. I have tried so many florists who have sent dead/withering and just overall pathetic looking flowers. My mom always let's me and the florist know. This is the first year that I received a call where she said, "The flowers are gooorrrrgeous. I read these reviews (which are nothing like what I experienced) and almost didn't order. That would have been a mistake. Why are the good reviews on here hidden??! The prices are great as well! I felt like I got more than I paid for. read more

Never heard from Bloomin Across Texas. I'd definitely go elsewhere. No reply yet from Bloomin Across Texas Hi Nancy, You sent a message to Bloomin Across Texas on May 5. Just wanted to let you know that we haven't heard anything back from them yet. Bummer! You may want to consider calling them instead: (512) 251-2268 Your original message to Bloomin Across Texas: Good Morning - I was going to write a review but thought I'd just check with you first. We received flowers from you all last Thursday April 30th for our 50th anniversary. I wasn't home when you delivered and didn't want them left on the porch in the heat so we picked them up. There were some pretty flowers but even though I topped off the water that night the rose sprays which were cut really short were completely wilted the next morning and the snapdragons in two days. The flowers should have lasted longer. Even one of the alstramerias wilted. The carnations, a few daisys and the filler lasted. Anyway I gave up and took the arrangement apart finally. And, I'm all for saving $$ but when I washed the vase the Goodwill sticker was still on there! I read in the comments you wished you had been contacted before someone left a review and I understand that as things do happen. I worked for a florist at one point and the owner always wanted to know if they felt something wasn't right. Thanks so much, Nancy Reeb (the flowers were ordered by LaVerne Johnson) - The Yelp Team read more

I always try to start off with the positive. The good news is that my son placed his order for prom late because whoops! it just slipped his mind that he needed a corsage. They were very accommodating and very easy to place and pick up order. Now to the other side. The boutonniere and corsage were pink roses, and all five of the roses were bruised. At 10 dollars a rose approx. I don't expect the flowers to brown tipped. My son didn't complain at the time because he doesn't like confrontation and by the time I got back to the store they were closed. They close at 2pm on Saturdays. Otherwise the corsage was fine, nothing special, just a bunch of roses with some ribbon and tulle. We could have done better at HEB read more

I was out of town when my daughter had an unexpected stay in a hospital. I selected the bouquet I ordered online because it was the only one with bold colors. I did not want the softer colors seen in most bouquets. When I said it was okay to modify the arrangement when necessary, I assumed they would keep the original intent. Instead the bouquet she received had no bold colors & looked exactly like what I had tried to avoid. In addition the arrangement was poorly done. Not very pretty. read more

Nice people but disappointing business. Ordered Veteran's Day flowers for my fathers' grave from a florist close to the cemetery. I ordered them at (8am) the day before with the understanding they would be there for Veteran's Day. By 11:30 on Veteran's Day, they were not there. I called and was told they were so busy they were doing the best they could but would be glad to halt the driver and not send anything and give me my money back. If you really need flowers to be delivered on a particular day, DO NOT use Bloomin' Across Texas. I placed an order for same-day delivery after I became too ill to travel for Mom's 75th birthday. The order and delivery date were confirmed upon placing my order, and they clearly advertised "same day delivery." The morning after placing my order, I got an e-mail again confirming delivery. The middle of the day on a Saturday, I happen to check e-mail to find they cancelled my order. No phone call despite leaving two numbers, and way too late in the day to find anything else. They advertise what they don't have; they confirm what they never intend to deliver, and they and don't even have the common decency to call the customer. Complete fail. read more

My deceased husband used Bloomin' Across Texas for years. So when the occasion arose I looked them up on the internet. There online delivery service was listed as Flower Delivery Express. To make things easy, I decided to visit them personally. I didn't have my readers, but the salesclerk seemed to know nothing about the prices of the flowers. I had to crawl into the compartment to get a closer view of the prices while the woman stood there dumbfounded. Finally retrieving two vases the woman told me thought I wanted them that day. As those were the only flowers they said they had, I gave up at went to order them online. Delivery cost me just as much as the flowers, plus they added a surcharge! By the end of the day after Mother's Day, the flowers still hadn't arrived! Naturally, all I could get was an automated answering service. Now my husband and I have to spend all night wondering if my credit card has been compromised. read more

So yesterday (2-14-16) I was 'that guy' that waited till the very last minute to get flowers for my girlfriend. I called a few other florist who said they'd be closing soon an couldn't really provide help. I called Blooming across Texas and the man I spoke with (don't remember names) explained that they too are closing soon but would help me if I was close. I wasn't far away so I got there within reasonable time. Upon walking in, Carlene explained to me that there wasn't much left but she'd help me put together the best arrangement as possible. Even after what I'm sure is their most hectic day of the year, she waited those last few minutes for me and helped me get everything picked out in just a short time. My girlfriend loves the flowers an they look amazing! Solid A+ for customer service from the folks that run Bloomin Across Tx.
