I found this shop online under the impression that it was an actual flower shop. Well, come to find…read moreout it wasn't. The corsages on the website look great and professional and the pictures she sent me of what she made looked great, but what I got was anything but. The flowers that were used were not the type that should have been used for the boutonnière. The flower was too big and thick and was not made as it should be. Now let's talk about the corsage. The material used for for the wrist was cute and all but was too small to even get on (she has a tiny wrist) without damage and this was tried before it was thrown away. The roses again were not the proper ones to use and was not even secured enough to the wrist band and was flip flopping everywhere. Not to mention the placement was odd and looked bad from every angle except from the top. I did order this the day before, but that was not an excuse because this was so bad that they could not be worn and I had to throw them away and get a new corsage and boutonnière from a local shop (same day as prom and it was beautiful and excellent quality and was don't the same day. ) she also over charged for the product I received.

When I raised the issue, instead of acknowledging the discrepancy or offering to remake the arrangement, Lynsey tried gaslighting saying that the flowers were beautiful and offered to pick up the bouquet & refund the money. They also knew the flowers were a gift for a friend's cancer surgery. They have no accountability or compassion. If you're spending serious money on flowers for a special occasion, I'd strongly caution against ordering here. What you see is not what you get. 1st image is what was delivered, 2nd image is what I thought I was purchasing.
