Hired Paul to re-key my new place. He was a bit cheaper then the other places I called so I decided to give him a shot. He was able to come to my place earlier then expected and started to re-key our place before I was even there. I appreciated him getting started right away. I even had him make a hole and install a dead bolt for the garage door and he re-keyed our mail box. It was cheaper then buying all new hardware and me trying to figure out how to re-key myself. He takes credit cards and processes them on site. read more

Although I was not technically a client, I found their customer service amazing. Definitely going above and beyond. I had a motorcycle key issue, which they do not work with, however he gave me info for other places I might try. So helpful. Thanks again! read more

Paul is fantastic, I made one call and he answered right away, said he could fit me in his schedule and be at my house in 20 Minutes. He showed up in 20 minutes and proceeded to work on my Patio Slider latch that would not lock the door. This ended up having to be replaced, since the springs were worn out after 14 years of use. Price to replace and labor came in at a very fair price for the part and time spent on the job. read more

If you require fast, professional expertise and prompt and accurate service for any lock and key issue, Paul is the only person you need. I have used several locksmiths on occasion in the past who acted as though they were doing you a favor just for showing up. I called Paul Friday morning and he was in at 1200pm and out by 130pm. He changed and installed more than 7 locks, and 3 were touchscreen. He was very patient and thorough explaining the process to me. I will definitely use him again and no one else. read more

Excellent service! My mailbox key wouldn't work, and I thought I was going to have to schedule both a locksmith, and the post office to fix it. Paul was able to repair the problem without having to deal with the post office. I was told over the phone that he would be there at 9:30AM, and if he had to replace the lock the charge would be $55.00. Paul arrived at 9:30AM, replaced the lock, and charged me $55.00. He did exactly what I was quoted on the phone, and it took all of 15 minutes. What I thought was going to be a major project turned out to be a simple fix. If you need a locksmith, give Paul a try, I'm sure you won't be disappointed. read more
