Our Maltipoo stayed here for a week. He absoutely loved it. I know this because when we picked him up he was so "content". He made lots of friends and had a ball. Have been boarding my pets here for a number of years. I have finally gotten tired of the inflexibility of the owner regarding pickup times. Requested and out of schedule pickup and despite being a long time customer it was flatly refused. Will not be boarding here any longer. We have been boarding our lab Abby here for over a year now. She loves playing in the yard with all of the dogs and especially likes going in the doggy pools. Each dog has their own large kennel that they are only in when the sleep and eat. All other times they are able to run around with the other dogs. I brought my 13 year old min pin to stay for four nights for the very first time last week. The owner Cheri is very friendly and informative. I had to call a week Ahead to reserve his spot and request all the paper work to be emailed to me to get it all filled out and ready for drop off. When I arriving, I was greeted by Cheri outside the business. She has got a huge well kept, clean and beautiful property. She showed me around and showed me some before and after pictures of all the improvements she's made to her property. While on my vacation I contacted her a few times via text to find out how my boy was doing. Cheri would respond promptly and even include pictures and videos of my little guy. It was so great to see him interact with other dogs and enjoy himself. This place is absolutely amazing! It's like a doggy vacation resort for your pets. I would and will recommend this business to anyone that ever needs to board their precious fur babies. read more

We started bringing our dogs here a couple of years ago. They love it! The kennels are super large, there's lots of play spaces for the pooches, tons of toys, and the big dogs are separated from the little ones. Cheri the owner clearly loves what she does and clearly loves the dogs too. She has also been instrumental in getting one of our three dogs, our female Jack Russell who thinks she owns the world, better socialized. We also appreciate the text updates with pictures or videos keeping us in touch with our four legged family members when we are traveling. We also appreciate the fact that Cheri lives on the premise, which brings another level of comfort, knowing that she and her family are there in case anything needed immediate attention. We have been taking our dogs to stay with Cheri for years. She was previously located in Tracy, very close to our home and it was extremely convenient. Now that she's at the Ripon location, it's a little further out of our way, but oh so worth it! We continue to take the dogs to stay at Bed & Biscuit Kennels - they love it! They are always happy to go and typically won't even bother with saying goodbye to us as we leave. They're always happy and excited to be there, they happily go in with tails wagging. Cheri and Sam both love dogs and it's very evident that our dogs love going there. The kennels are always clean with plenty of room. Was very nervous about leaving our baby (10 month old Eskie) behind for our week long vacation. Was referred to Cheri's kennel by Ripon Veterinary Clinic, Cheri was very nice to allow us to come and tour the kennel the week before our vacation. She invited us into her home like we had known her forever. Very friendly and it put me at ease seeing what a great set-up she has. Very professional! I love knowing our boy can play outside and then be inside at night and taken great care of. She knows what she is doing when it comes to caring for pets! This place is great! We have left our two little terrier mixes here twice now and they love it. We love that Cheri sends us videos of our puppies playing while we are gone so we know they are in good hands. They have lots of room to run around freely outside. She has separate yards for big dogs and small dogs. At night they get to share a kennel. Cheri is my mom and as all of her clients have said, she is amazing! I can tell you that all of your dogs are in good hands with her. She endlessly and tirelessly takes care of her canine clients as if they are her own. She knows every detail about what their diet restrictions are, meds they may need and what they like and don't like. Our dog boards here and loves it! Cheri is wonderful with her. This is especially good for dogs who are social or anxious being alone. Our dog gets exercise, gets to play with other dogs, and gets care and attention from the owner. When she stayed here over Christmas, we even got a video texted to us of her playing with the other dogs so we knew she was having fun over the holidays. It definitely eases our minds to know that she is happy when we're gone. Yes, the drop-off/pick-up times are not all day but I don't think they're overly restrictive. This is truly the best place in the Central Valley. The kennels are very clean, the dogs don't smell when they stay for a long time, and the dogs are VERY happy to be there. Cheri works with one of my dogs to play nice with others, it's the only kennel that shooter does get along with the other dogs. I can call Cheri any time with an update and she is easy to reach via phone or email. Beautiful dog runs, personalized care and a safe environment. So We're the couple that has no kids and just idolizes our animals, especially our little baby girl puppy, Jezzebelle. We had to board Jezzebell for a week while we were on a vacation over seas. This was the first time that our dog has been away from us overnight. I agonized over the thought of leaving her alone. I went to several "Meet and Greets" with other boarding facilities and did a ton of research on where to send my puppy. I was a nervous wreck about leaving her, but Cheri is AMAZING. I am overly obsessive about and with my dog, Cheri understood that and did everything she could to let me know that Jezzebelle was being taken care of. She sent me multiple e-mail updates with pictures and videos during our trip. We live in Sacramento but it is well worth the 1.5 hr drive to take our girl here. When we picked Jezzebelle up to go home you could tell she was sad about leaving Cheri and wanted her to jump in the truck with us. That sealed the deal for me! We will never take our puppy anywhere else. We trust Cheri immensely, and that says a lot considering how we are with our pup. I cannot speak highly enough about "A Bed & Biscuit Kennels". read more
