Ronnie is soooo wonderful! You will be very lucky if you can get onto her list of clients as she is very popular. Once you meet her (or even after a short phone call), you will quickly realize why! She is very thoughtful and caring. We always leave on our trips knowing full well that our girls are in the best hands. She spends plenty of time with your animals at each visit. Our girls always seem sooo happy to see her when she comes over. She is great with any little items you need for your home as well, taking mail in, watering any plants, putting out the trash, picking up after the doggies, etc (we try not to abuse her, though she makes that very hard bc she is sooo sweet and always so gosh darn helpful with everything). Ronnie was struck by a car yesterday while she was walking a customers dog. I'm happy to report that she is recovering well. Witnesses reported that while she laying on the ground bleeding, her only concern was of the dogs safety. She wouldn't release him until she knew he was ok and would be returned to his owners safely. Ronnies devotion and dedication to her customers and the many pets that love her is reflected upon her genuine love for the service she provides. You Rock, Ronnie! My husband and I just got married last week, and as the big day got closer, we began to stress about what we were going to do with our animals. My family has 2 Great Danes, a small poodle mix and a ferret. My husband's family has a springer spaniel. Ronnie made sure both of us were covered! She had a colleague help make sure all the animals were taken care of since we are on the opposite sides of town. Ronnie & Kelly were absolutely fantastic and I am so fortunate that I found them at Aloha!! They took the best care of my doggies and they sent me pictures of them while I was in Fla with my family, & I could tell they were happy with Ronnie & Kelly! If you are lucky enough to get the girls to care for your furbabies, you will be thrilled at the attention they give them. They had to give them medications and they walked them every day!! Being new to the area, I needed to find a new pet sitter to care for our cat while we were on vacation. I was referred to Ronnie from a local veterinary office. Our cat, like most, is much happier staying in our home than being boarded so Ronnie is perfect. She came to the house & met with me to get acquainted with our cat & to be familiar with where our pet supplies are. She sat and chatted with us & answered all our questions & I felt like she really took time to get to know exactly how to care for our baby boy. While we were gone she sent pictures so we knew he was happy & well cared for. We came home to a fully cleaned cat box, tidy cat area, and an "A+" report card for our cat. We will definitely be using her again in the future as she is a very reliable, reasonable, & friendly pet sitter! read more

My dogs love Ronnie! I think they wish we would go on vacation again so they can get a daily walk. After she takes care of our babies, they start to rebel and demand the leash. We have to be careful what we say around them.. or they will head to the front door and jump like crazy. Ronnie sends us pictures of them at least once per sitting, and it makes me feel so good knowing they are in good care. The last time she watched them, we left a little late and were upstairs getting dressed when she came in. I felt bad because she heard noises and thought there was an intruder so she texted me. All was OK, but in the time when we were getting dressed and she didn't know we were home we could hear her talk so sweet to our 'kids'. Telling them they were good, and giving them love. We had asked her if she had time to sit for a bit with the TV on because that is when my dogs are used to some relax time with us. We heard the TV go on, and her doing a lot of baby-talk. We heard her take them for a walk even though it was a little rainy. I was afraid to go downstairs and frighten her but when she texted me that it sounded like someone was in the house I texted her back and came down to let her know we had a late start and apologize for scaring her. My husband and I talked about it later and agreed that she is the best pet sitter we have ever had. It was a private glimpse into our dogs lives when we are gone and Ronnie is checking on them. We know that they are well cared for and loved, and that means everything. read more

Ronnie is amazing! My dogs love her so much. When we come home, although they're happy to see us, they keep expecting her to come back because they love her that much. She genuinely cares about your dogs and their well being. She goes way above and beyond what is normally expected of a pet sitter. My one dog got dirty from digging in the backyard and she texted me to ask me if it was ok that she gave her a bath. She takes care of my dogs like they were her own. And her prices are the same as most non professional sitters so she is absolutely worth every penny! She's not only our pet sitter but a friend and we consider her a member of our family. read more

Aloha Pet Care was recommended to us in 2007, when my husband was in the hospital. Our Nikita was just a puppy then, and Ronnie's been coming since then, taking her for walks & stopping in to check on her when we're out for an extended time. I'm always impressed with her knowledge of dogs & their different personalities & quirks. She's our own Dog Whisperer. She has no problem if Nikita's sick & needs extra care. It was a relief to go on vacation and not worry about my 3 cats, they were able to stay in their familiar surroundings. My one cat that is a bit shy, took to Ronnie and was all over her.
