I have used every service they offer (day care, bath, nail care, enrichment, etc.) and every time, my pups leave the facility happy and tired. From the jump, they were accommodating and so great with me and my dogs. My older dog passed their interview easily but my little one didn't pass his interview the first time around. But there was no judgment. They quickly assured me he would more than likely pass the 2nd time. After he did pass, they have been so excited every time they come in. Now, they are jumping out of their paws every morning when I take them in the car and they know where we are going. The staff have always been so nice to me when I pick up and drop off. No matter who I deal with, they are always kind and a joy to talk to. I also make sure to check in with them to see if my dogs are having behavioral issues and give them heads up if one of my boys is feeling "spicy" or extra needy any certain day. Or if I am stuck in traffic on my way home and cutting it close to closing time, I call them and let them know I am on the way. That communication goes a long way with my rapport with the staff. And in the end, my pups win out. They get to play and socialize with other humans and dogs and it shows in their behavior out of camp. If you need consistent day care, boarding, and any extras, I can't sing Camp Bow Wow praises enough to anyone in Tracy with pups. If you don't believe me, see the photos below. I love the process of their interview day. Gives me peace of mind that they're picky of their campers. Julia gave us a tour of the facility. Julia is amazing. The place is super clean and organized! Nice thing about this place is they won't just sign up any dogs if not completely vaccinated. So you know the campers are all vaccinated and clean. They also have cameras so you can view your babies in action. Someone supervises them at all times. No told me to write this review and I'm not being paid either. I'm not much of a review writer but this place deserves one and I really want them to be in business! So far, I've dealt with Julia and Anna - both are amazing! Bring your pups and fur babies here- ! I can tell that she truly loves her job & her clients; she even bought Ace dog toys to take home! We will continue to book with her every time we travel. Ace has stayed with Cruz multiple times and now when she comes to pick him up, he runs straight to her car without looking back! Cruz takes him to the coffee shop, on errands, and out on walks when we are out of town and we are truly grateful for the amount of mental and physical stimulation he gets every day he's in her care. But I had found out that the manager, who was always there happened to be on vacation. The week we left our dogs and whatever staff was there. Did not do what they are supposed to do to take care of my dog at the time. But in 2024, we dropped our dogs off and the manager, and another long time the staff member was there and they took excellent care of our 2 dogs as they normally had done in the past several years. Except for that one year when the manager was gone. Her and her son were great.I know the son left and went to another vet office. I feel bad because I cannot remember their names as I write this post.But the regular clientele would know who i'm talking about in this review Anyway, I'm going to miss them. I was sad to find out that the veterinarian, who owned the hotel and the vet office retired.And sold everything to the city of stockton. I hope that the staff does read this post and know that they are going to be dearly missed by us.And i'm sure many others

They were able to get us in right away. We were seen quickly (on time) and my finicky cat seemed to like them. Everyone was friendly and very informative. They offered several courses of action and didn't try to up sale me on unnecessary treatments or testing. They were also very timely when it was time to pick my cat up. The doctor explained what he found & was very thorough. The vet followed up repeatedly over the next several days to ensure my cat was on the mend. This experience was amazing and I am now planning on having them as our primary veterinary office.
