We rescheduled for the weekend. The meeting time passed and after waiting 30 more minutes, I messaged asking if she was on the way. She said she misread the time and thought the appointment was an hour later. *but that's it* - she didn't say if she was on the way or apologize for missing 2 appointments, nor did she try to reschedule. If I can't trust you to make consultation appointments or communicate clearly, how am I supposed to trust you with my pets, in my home? Do not recommend.
