My husband and I were so fortunate to find iThink Pet in 2016 when searching for a new cat sitter on Yelp, after we moved to San Leandro. We had excellent cat sitters for several years (but were moving to a new location where they no longer could serve) so we were very anxious to find the "right fit". The search was over upon meeting Analyn Carino. She was kind, personable and passionate about her business. We also thought it was wonderful this was a family run business where her brother, Jason, would also be working with us. We have found Jason and Analyn's associates to be very attentive to our last minute cat sitting needs and requests. This is one of their greatest strengths, their excellent communication and responsiveness. Daily photos, and daily texts to keep us informed! Wow! When they arrive at our home to watch over Loke, our flame-point short hair Siamese and Mocha, our black medium hair tabby, they work extra hard to ensure we can have peace of mind while we are out of town. From these daily updates, summaries and taking photos of our fur babies to taking in our packages that arrive at our front step as well checking our mail, they are professional, dedicated and easy to work with. We appreciate their concern and gentle treatment of Loke and Mocha, as if they were their own pets, which is one of our top priorities in retaining pet sitting services. Analyn did a wonderful job caring for our beloved cat Fion while we were gone for two whole weeks. We received lots of photos and updates and loved that Fion could walk around and hang out in different places rather than being in a kennel or "cat condo" for two whole weeks. Unfortunately, a cat sitter who drops by the house doesn't work for us because Fion ruins the house if she is left alone. So being able to leave Fion at Analyn's house works out very well for us. Wow! Anaylyn is awesome! I was looking for someone to help me train/walk my new addition, Silvie doesn't have the best walking etiquette - pulling, criss-crossing, barking at other dogs, etc. I was hoping by walking her with my little "cor-gle", Lulu that she would follow along and learn from her...unfortunately, that hasn't been the case and Ive been having to walk them separately and inconsistently which has been sad for all. When i contacted Analyn i told her the issues and she emphasized she was not a trainer but would be more than happy to do an assessment. I figure she has experience with walking all types/sizes of dogs that she'd have the 'know how' to better walk Silvie and THAT she did. On her first visit, she watched me walk Silvie and then walk with 2 dogs to understand the issues...and walked Silvie herself....thank goodness she said she could work with her! Analyn definitely has a gift...after the 1st visit, i could already see a difference in Silvie and her wallking...i know partly it has to do with me properly handling Silvie but i definitely don't have the patience which Analyn does....Silvie loves her and whimpers every time she leaves and weekly visits... I know in time, I'll eventually walk 2 dogs with ease and we can all have an enjoyable walking/bonding time. I'm so blessed and grateful for iThinkPet! Analyn and Jason have been watching our herd of cats for the last four years when we go away, and I'm so appreciative for all they do! We email the requested dates for their services and always get a quick response confirming the days. And then a few days before the scheduled visits, they send a reminder email confirming the dates and who will be providing the services for each visit. iThinkPet feeds our cats and provides fresh water, they clean all the litter boxes and any messes the cats have made, and they will even bring in the mail. I am so happy that we chose iThink Pet! When we realized our daily dog care situation wasn't going to work on Tuesdays, we contacted Analyn to see if she would work with our schedule and take the dogs out for a quick walk mid-day. She was incredibly professional and responsive to all of our questions. She planned a meet-and-greet to see our two dachshunds and from that day on, she has been incredibly helpful, flexible, and kind to our dogs. Not only does she deal with two noisy dachshunds, she goes over and beyond to make sure the dogs get their needs met! One time, it was raining and instead of only taking the pups out to do their business, she spent her time playing fetch with them indoors so they still got a bit of a break! iThink Pet and Analyn are great! I actually needed to board my cat, Wilson, last minute, so I initially called the Woof Pack (another high rated business on Yelp). Unfortunately, Woof Pack was completely booked, but the representative referred me to iThink Pet, highly recommending their services, so I gave Analyn (The owner) a call and she luckily had an opening! The service was A++! iThink Pet is pretty much handled by Analyn, herself, as well as her 2 children who also seem very receptive and respectful to animals (definitely an animal-loving family). She is very thorough as to when and what to feed your pets, what their habits/personalities are, and how to handle any situation. She also texts/calls, updating you on how your pet did that day, and sends many pictures, which definitely kept me at ease on my trip. On top of that, the rates are reasonable! This is our first time using a pet sitting service for our cat. We were wary about letting strangers into our home while we'd be away at first, but the high ratings for iThink Pet allayed our fears. Analyn was very accommodating of my schedule when she came over for an initial consultation and to pick up spare keys to our house. Jason gave daily email updates with digital photos of our cat and did a great job caring for him. He also took in the mail every day and watered our plants once a week. Jason was so awesome with all 5 of my dogs for house calls- even my male chihuahua who struggles trusting strangers that enter our home quickly learned to enjoy Jason's visits. I started using iThink Pet services last month. My wife and me were going on a 2 weeks getaway to South Africa (highly recommended for lovers of the outdoors) and we were in a need of pet sitter since ours was not available. I contacted them and we were able to setup a "meet and greet" appointment on the following day. Initially, I was worried about leaving our baby with an outsider but after Analyn had some bonding time with Zeus I felt at ease. Analyn has been the perfect find since my husband and I travel alot. We have 2 cats and a puppy who Analyn is a pro with. After trying her out a few times I am comfortable and confident to give her my house keys when I travel for long periods (1 mo). She is reliable responsible and goes above and beyond. Review is long overdue! I was in a pinch and needed my rabbit boarded for an extended period of time. We had just moved to the area and no longer had friends to babysit the bunny. so I searched online and found iThinkPet. I called iThink Pet and Analyn was super friendly and agreed to take Emerson (our rabbit) - even though my request was soo last minute. While we were gone, Analyn kept us updated via email and also sent us youtube videos of Emerson getting supervised playtime in the backyard - he was having a blast - running around in the video and doing happy bunny binkies. It was great to know Emerson was getting such individualized care. And while we haven't recently needed any more extended bunny boarding (good friend moved to where we live and takes the bun when we are gone) we are thinking about getting a dog soon and would definitely use Analyn! (lol, it's harder to convince friends to take in a dog for a week vs. a fuzzy tiny bunny for a week). read more

We are extremely happy to have found Analyn to take care of our pets. We have 5 dogs and 4 cats... that's right, 9 pets all together! We are the furry Brady Bunch!! They range from 85 pounds to 4 pounds and 12 years old to 3 years old. Analyn is wonderful with all of them. She was the first pet sitter we interviewed and we stopped looking after we met her! Analyn is the absolute BEST!!! I called her the day before we were supposed to leave on vacation and she came over that very night to meet my cat. Her services are perfect! She emptied the litter box, fed our little Ricky, and even played with her every day. She also brought in our trash cans on trash day which was a big concern of ours as we had no idea how we were going to get that done. She also sent daily updates with pics of Ricky which really set my mind at ease and I fully enjoyed my vacation because I knew my cat was in good hands.
