Victoria is super friendly and attentive with our corgi! Her flexible schedule has made it easy for us. I happened to have been out of town and my husband starts work early so the off leash walking times worked well to give our pup a potty break and run some energy out. I was originally hesitant since we never did offleash but he seems to enjoy it!

    Zooming pups!

Victoria takes our pup 3 times a week! He loves her so much and always waits at the door letting us know it's time for his hike. We are so grateful to have found Victoria! She is so lovely and shows how caring she is for all of her pups. She also takes pictures to let us know what they've been up to! Would definitely recommend!

Victoria takes our rambunctious 1.5 year old pup out three days a week and we cant say enough good things about her! Poppy waits at the door for her because she loves her so much and comes back happy and tired each time. Victoria sends fantastic photo updates after each hike and we know she takes care of the dogs as if they were her own. We're so lucky to have found her and recommend her to anyone looking for an incredible pack adventure group for their pup!

Over a year later and Cleo still loves her walks and all of her doggy friends she's made! Victoria is always prompt and communicative and flexible if I need to change the days of the week I need her to come by. Plus I always get the best action shots of cleo running around with her pals!

Victoria has been picking up my big dog and little dog 2-3x per week for a little more than 2 months now. She has been amazingly flexible with timing for the pups as my schedule is unpredictable. The doggos always come home happy and exhausted--as they say, a tired dog is a happy dog, and that's exactly what they are. I feel thankful that she is not only affordable, but also reliable and caring for these little creatures that mean so much to me. I also love that I get photos of the pack walks she takes them on because while I'm at work those photos are the highlight of my day. Getting off-leash long walks multiple times a week has made my pups so happy and even trimmed down the big guy's waistline. Thank you Victoria for treating my dogs as if they are your own

We feel so fortunate to have found Wagging Walks for our dog. Victoria is a pleasure to work with. From the start, the interaction was seamless and easy. She treats each dog with individual attention and we feel our dog is in good hands. Plus the photos she sends of their walks are always fun to see!

Victoria is great and we're so happy we found her when looking for someone to take our pup on walks a few times a week! She's flexible in her scheduling and a great communicator. Not to mention, she always sends the best photos during the day. With the recent rain, she was really accommodating in trying to go out for a walk when she could or stopping by for potty breaks. Highly recommend!

    Three dogs walking

Victoria and Wagging Walks have been walking my toy poodle, Jack, for 7 months now, and I couldn't be more pleased. (We had one other dog walk with her, but he couldn't keep up, so we canceled him after two walks.) These walks allow Jack to be healthy, and he gets along well with his (usually) four companions. Victoria is reliable and personable; I couldn't recommend her more highly.

Victoria is amazing!! She came into our lives after our previous pack walker moved out of state and we are so happy she did! Our dogs Finn and Fiona love going on their walks. Victoria is a great communicator and is always willing to help out when we need her. She truly loves what she does and it shows. She has built a great dog family community and we are happy we are part of it! :)

Victoria was great with our puppy who just turned 1 year old. She is easy to contact and responds very fast. We have had some difficulty with off leash walking for our pup but she had no issues with walking our pup off leash. She even sends photos while on the walks and gives potty updates! Would highly recommend!

Really nice and great service! Before our dog went on his first walk, Victoria came by to do a meet and greet with him. When going on walks she took him to a couple different parks in the area and let him roam around off leash. That's perfect for our dog as he loves to explore and smell as many things as possible. He came back tired and happy every day.

I am so glad I found Victoria! Taco is a very social dog and always wants to play with other dogs. But I don't have another dog at home, so I was looking for a way for him to hang out with other dogs. That's when I found Victoria. She takes him out every week and he is always so happy to see her. She sends out pictures towards the end of every play session and from the photos Taco always look so happy. now he has friends to play with on a weekly basis and I am very happy that he enjoys his time with them:)

Charlie and Nori having a great time hiking!

Victoria has been awesome! She takes our two dogs out for much needed exercise. They always come back tired and happy. She is super responsive and we are glad to know they are in safe hands.

We started working with Shasta again in 2017 when we got our new pup, a border collie rescue. He came to us emaciated and poorly socialized, needing love and positive experiences to bring him out of his shell. Shasta gave us much-needed training advice, and from there her staff started walking Hugo on group walks, which he's done once a week since 2018. He enjoys these walks so much; they provide wonderful socialization experiences. All the treats and training in the world can get a dog so far, but a strong adult with a great pack really helps with confidence-building and calm. Hugo walks with Toni, who send us pictures of him each week with his crew. I can tell that Hugo is happy with Toni and his pack: as we release him to the car (to maintain social distancing), our pup who usually does not like to leave my side will happy run down the stairs to greet him and hop in the car! Shasta also runs Puptown for boarding. We've only needed this service once, but having been in there and knowing Shasta for so many years, I know that this would be a great resource as well. It has been a pleasure seeing Shasta grow this business for over a decade, and watch it continue to provide the same excellent service it did in the beginning. If you need training support, especially with difficult dogs, a weekly walking group, or more, Bow Wow is a great choice. Review from 2010 I love Shasta. She has walked our dog for well over a year. She been amazing. We have worked with four dog walking companies, and Shasta is a cut above. As a handler, Shasta knows dogs and dog behavior. We switched to her when we were having some behavioral problems with our dog at home, especially after walks. Shasta worked closely with Penny and we've seen huge improvements in her behavior. Last year our dog needed surgery; Shasta worked with us on her rehab, and continues to be conservative with her play to ensure that she stays strong. As a business person, Shasta has been great. She handled our initial interview, paperwork, and invoicing professionally. We LOVE her daily dog walk "reports"--these little report cards let us know how our dog was feeling, what she did, and (sorry for the detail) even if and how she pooped! Who could ask for more? Our dog loves Shasta, responds well to her, and behaves well at home after a walk with her. That's what matters most.

They are a wonderful team that treats these dogs like their furry children. Shasta and her team have been awesome, helping to transform these loving, high energy dogs to obedient and happily exercised ones. One of our dogs is socially awkward -- he's gotten kicked out of almost every doggy day care in the East Bay. o_O The off-leash hikes are must haves for them and our backyard - you should've seen what these two did before we hired Bow Wow Ventures! They're worth every penny. I'm not kidding when I say our dogs love them. When they hear the truck coming, they're raring to go. And they're the only ones we call when we need to board them. I cannot recommend them enough.

Even having friends who he is familiar with staying at the house hasn't worked out. Insert Doggy Lama. We did a trial run of boarding with Molly, and he passed so we were able to schedule a weeklong vacation knowing he would have the best time. He got to hang out with some other senior dogs and have long walks in the wilderness and lots of doggo time. Molly kept us posted daily with pictures of our little man being a dog. The facility is incredibly clean, organized, and thoughtfully run. We also love all the extras they offer. From different levels of boarding (the highest tier even includes a special tuck-in and Kong treat!) to dog training, bathing, nail trimming, and their fully engaging playrooms, complete with Dog TV, play structures, bubbles, pool days, and themed activities, it's clear they go above and beyond to make every stay fun and enriching. This is in response to Lucia's comment below…read more 1) He did not have existing scratches. Mickey stayed here for boarding from June 24-July 8. Please look at the newly added picture of his nose just the day before drop-off. Where are the scratches? Don't lie. I also have texts of you admitting you didn't notice the scratches on his nose during his stay or how they formed when we asked about it. Those are new scratches. 2) He recently stayed at another boarding center, Club K9 in Sunol, and he was fine. Zero issues. He came back with all A's on his report card. The handlers handled him fine. Multiple people were able to leash him and take him out without a problem. I highly recommend them for boarding. They have multiple people on site watching the dogs, instead of two. They have a better handle on the dogs and any situations that may arise. Aside from this experience that you claimed, I had zero experience of him showing any aggression to myself or others (including strangers). I'm not saying he didn't bite you or your nephew, I'm saying something or someone must've triggered it cause this has never happened before. NEVER. Since this was my first boarding experience, I went in blindly and trusted her version of what was happening, the biting, the fighting, etc.. After my second boarding experience elsewhere, I am more skeptical than ever about why Mickey was acting the way he was at Lucia's. I find it odd that he was showing aggression. He has stayed with me a total of 5 months now, 1 and a half months when I dropped him off at Lucia's, and was unsure of how he would act there since I've never done this before. After spending 5 months with him, the dog she described does not align with what I've been seeing on a daily basis. He has been in several foster homes and has never had any experience with aggression. Some homes included other dogs and cats. In regards to Lucia's comment "Which part of this are you taking responsibility for?" I should have researched your boarding center more and taken the 1-star reviews on yelp and google reviews more seriously. This was my first ever boarding experience and I wasn't sure what to look for or ask. During the meet and greet, there were no other dogs present but she assured me it was fine and that he would fit right in. Red flag #1 -- Since Lucia was the "expert" I trusted her judgment, although my partner questioned why there weren't any dogs around to be sure Mickey got along with them. Red flag #2 -- One person looking after 6+ dogs? I should've known better. Red flag #3 -- When feeding him the first night, he got into the other dogs' food. He has food allergies, I specifically asked for him to be isolated. She assured me MULTIPLE times that wasn't a problem. The instructions weren't followed and I have the texts to prove it. Red flag #4 -- He is kennel trained. He sleeps and eats in his crate since he went to the rescue and prior with his previous owners. One of the nights you let him out of the crate to feed him a snack in the middle of the night with your senior dog present when you could've just slip it into the crate. I'm not sure why he attacked your dog and I truly apologize if he did, but several of these situations could've been prevented had my instructions been followed. I should have pulled him out, but I had no one there to take care of him. If I could go back, I would've found somewhere else. I take responsibility for not doing more research and asking the proper questions during the meet and greet process. There are reviews of dogs getting loose during their stay and Lucia running down the block and yelling within the boarding facility and she acknowledges it in her replies there. I should've looked at all of this prior to our stay. That was my mistake. I let a lot of the red flags slide and put my dog's health and safety in jeopardy. If you have time, take a look at the reviews on google and dig further in yelp. I stand by my statement that if you have a rescue dog, please take them elsewhere. And based on the tone and replies to negative reviews, you should reconsider letting your dog stay here even if your dog is well-socialized and easy to care for.

She was very adamant about all her rights but the same emphatic considerations were not extended to clients. The total impact of last-minute cancellations, late pick ups or having to pick my dog up at Kira's place were not acknowledged beyond an apology. Because discounts for inconvenience were rarely offered, I would ask on occasion. This would prompt defensive and hostile responses completely out of proportion to simple questions. Subscription models have their downside since payment is owed even if your dog misses walks for whatever reason. But there is a trade-off and this is supposed to be the regular provision of dependable service. Not so here. Kira had no back up, and the only support she offered prior to any of the 25+ pre-set holidays and vacations she scheduled was to text a few phone numbers for possible walkers, "as a courtesy." Scrambling to find alternative dog care was especially galling since the bulk of Kira's vacations were paid for by the customers. I suppose you'd be paying double if you lined up another provider - me, I took time off of work and/or arranged to work from home. My final day of service I received a barrage of text messages and several calls from Kira while at work - due to the nature of my job, I was unable to check my phone. Kira is aware. When I got to the messages almost EOD, I saw she repeatedly pressed for immediate payment of the balance and would hold my dog and house keys at her house for me to pick up. This was the last straw for me. Pulling my dog into her issues was absolutely unacceptable. And her paranoia was unfounded given my invoices were paid in full, from $700 to more than $1000 a month. After some pointless back-and-forth, I called OPD and reported both keys and pup stolen. Ultimately, Kira drove to my house (as was the service agreement) and aftermore ridiculousness, let my pup out. I have my pup home and the next day I re-keyed my house. Lesson learned. If it's not one you're interested in learning, I suggest you look elsewhere for a dog care provider. I Igave one star because as far as I could tell, kira was good with CG. But I value dependability, peace of mind and the lack of odd drama so...nope.
