I was impressed with their website and reviews from other pet owners. Pam was great. She sent me updates and videos while I was out of town and it was very reassuring to know that Skylar was doing well. When I got back, Pam let me know that she found out that Skylar doesn't like other cats. She's an only cat so I had no idea. Happily, this will not present a problem for future visits since Pam told me that Critter Pet Care has provisions for cats who prefer to be by themselves. I will definitely recommend Critter Pet Care to anyone looking for someone to mind their furry family members.

My dNala and I LOVE Pup Town!…read more As Nala's mom, I love seeing how excited she gets when it's time to go to Pup Town! She absolutely loves it, and her excitement says it all! The people here are truly amazing. Everyone is so welcoming and wonderful, and you can tell they genuinely care about the dogs. Nala is my baby, and finding a place where she is so happy, gets to play, and socialize with her furry friends means so much to me. One of my favorite things is that Pup Town posts pictures of the dogs throughout the day on Instagram. There is nothing better than being at work and getting to see pictures of Nala having the time of her life! It makes my day knowing she's having so much fun, even when I can't be there with her. I'm so grateful we found Pup Town. It has become one of Nala's favorite places, and we couldn't be happier with the amazing people who make it so special. Thank you, Pup Town, for loving on my girl and making her days so much fun! Love, Nala and her mom!

However, when we arrived at the facility the day before my flight to Japan, that facility told me that Hans boarding was being denied due to him having a heart murmur condition. Even though I had been a loyal customer to this facility for over 10 years, and that my flight to Japan was less than 24 hours away, and that they waited until I was at the checkin desk in order to inform me of the denial, representatives of this facility stated that there was nothing they could do and that they were simply following company policy. So me saying that Puptown literally saved my trip is a huge understatement. With no paperwork, and no pre-qualifying evaluation, Puptown took in Hans, heart murmur and all, and treated him like a prince. As a result, I'll always be grateful to Puptown, Hans' new found home away from home for the remainder of his life. Thank you Puptown!

He is a sweet, high energy dog but with his energy levels, he can be a lot. He also has a lot of anxieties and in particular has anxiety around people touching his neck, which can make it hard for people he doesn't know well to take his leash on and off. And he struggled with this and the busy environment of a daycare. As soon as Pluto started walks with Victoria, she was extremely patient and he took to her immediately. The leash issue only took a couple walks to get over, and he is ecstatic with his walks and pack. He goes on walks multiple days a week when we are at the office all day, and it is such a relief knowing that he is in a safe environment getting his energy out with his friends. Victoria is fantastic. She truly loves her pups and sends pics every time they go out on a walk. She also is extremely reliable and they go out every walk rain or shine. She also approaches everything in partnership. Instead of presenting anything that comes up as a problem, she presents them as an opportunity to work together and find a solution. We feel so fortunate to have met and work with Victoria.
