And each time we had a small problem they came and took care of it right away. We started by fixing a small mouse problem and some related outdoor insects and they also provided indoor solutions after we took care of the press, pressing mouse problem. I find that having them on call via a subscription service suits my family... They show up for regular servicing for outdoor perimeter spray, and they can be summoned for any noticed problem. They have enough people on staff that it has never been a long weight and thus I find this to be a great value

Now that Lee-has retired and the family has taken over the business. My house was covered in box elders. I know the season is starting early, but I've never seen it this bad especially after I removed my problem tree. When the new tech showed up for the re-spray, Zach was super nice and great personality and he asked what issues I was having and I said, please provide a deep spray to my house so that's what he did! I asked the other tech for that same service since it was the beginning of the season, but that certainly didn't occur. While Zach was here, he knocked down two wasp nests getting ready to hatch. Thank you Zach!! Now that's what should have happened during the first visit. Immediately, I sent a text to the owner and told them how satisfied I was with my service. Their service is just top notch, they really care about their jobs and are always thorough. I originally used them as a "one time" job to rodent proof my garage. They figured out what had to be done including replacing the rubber seal at the bottom of the garage door, adding steel wool where the rodents could get in and better sealing the top of the door. We haven't had a rodent in the garage since. The job was so thorough that I ended up signing up for their monthly service and I have been happy ever since. I have since recommended them to every neighbor and at least 4 of them have used Raptor and have the same view as I do on Raptor's service and thoroughness.

The primary reason for this feedback is directed at Natura Corporate and the company that writes…read morethe software for the portal app. The portal has no built in instructions on how to effectively use it. Most of the functions are set up as an intuitively obvious system. That type of system works very well for people who write software for a living. The vast majority of customers are not in this category of work. The expectation that customers apply this type of skill to using this product is unreasonable and very unsatisfying. I recently had the misfortune of having the debit card used to autopay my account compromised by malicious actors. This necessitated replacing the compromised card with a new card. Then I had to attempt to update this app with a new autopay debit card. This is not as simple as it sounds when using this app. The next billing cycle failed to recognize the new card as the autopay source I established in the previous month. This is a failure of this app, not the card. Apparently there are unexplained additional steps to make this work as I was lead to believe it would. Perhaps the app writers could sit with someone who is not a programmer while they attempt to successfully navigate this this system, take notes on where the challenges are, address the manner in which the program is written and provide built-in instructions for how the system should be used to be successful the first time. One star (5 = best) for the people who signed off on how this app works
