I called about a scorpion problem inside my house that had been going on for about a month, and…read morescheduled their scorpion treatment (part of their spider package). I asked for an afternoon appointment because I work late and sleep through the morning, but the technician showed up at 8am. Afterward, I kept seeing live scorpions inside the house at about the same rate as before the spray. About six weeks later, I called to ask about the guarantee on their website, which says they'll return to re-treat at no extra cost if you detect live pest activity between scheduled visits. They told me this didn't qualify for the warranty, or even a discount on the next spray, even though it fell within the re-treatment schedule they recommend. That was disappointing, since this service was not cheap, even compared to others in the area. To be fair, I haven't seen a single live spider in or around my house since the spray, so it does seem to work for general pests. But I wouldn't recommend them for scorpion problems.

I have had Advanced Integrated Pest Management services at my residence for the past several years…read moreand have never been disappointed in any inspection and treatment. Every Service Technician has been professional, courteous and obviously well trained and knowledgeable. Bob was the Service Tech who came to my home this past Summer. He keenly located a couple of wasp nests during his initial inspection that I had missed (there were several) and after treatment on the house and the entire property, it was obvious that all wasp and spider infestations were gone. That was two months ago and the extermination application is still working. Not one wasp or spider in sight. Thank you, Bob, for your excellent workmanship and service and to Advanced Integrated Pest Management for superior service and always having a Tech available at a moment's notice. It is my opinion that the cost was reasonable, good, satisfactory.

I have been having ant issues (tiny black one's) for weeks now. I could not kill any more and they got into my stuff in the pantry twice plus the dogs food. I am hoping the spray will do the job, but they will follow up in 2 weeks if they are not gone. This is one of the few companies (maybe the only one) that will work on a verbal contract. They get my business for that reason alone. I will need them every summer because these ants are all over the walking trails here and I am close to that. They are so small they find ways to get into the house. I am happy I was told the spray would not hurt my dog I just had to get him out of the house and yard for an hour or two. Jesse was great and I would ask him back anytime. I definitely will have them back in May. Also, I should mention that the girls that answer the phone were great and professional. That means everything to a business.

Their service is just top notch, they really care about their jobs and are always thorough. I originally used them as a "one time" job to rodent proof my garage. We haven't had a rodent in the garage since. The job was so thorough that I ended up signing up for their monthly service and I have been happy ever since.
