I asked for an afternoon appointment because I work late and sleep through the morning, but the technician showed up at 8am. Afterward, I kept seeing live scorpions inside the house at about the same rate as before the spray. About six weeks later, I called to ask about the guarantee on their website, which says they'll return to re-treat at no extra cost if you detect live pest activity between scheduled visits. They told me this didn't qualify for the warranty, or even a discount on the next spray, even though it fell within the re-treatment schedule they recommend. That was disappointing, since this service was not cheap, even compared to others in the area. To be fair, I haven't seen a single live spider in or around my house since the spray, so it does seem to work for general pests. But I wouldn't recommend them for scorpion problems.

I have been having ant issues (tiny black one's) for weeks now. I could not kill any more and they got into my stuff in the pantry twice plus the dogs food. I am hoping the spray will do the job, but they will follow up in 2 weeks if they are not gone. This is one of the few companies (maybe the only one) that will work on a verbal contract. They get my business for that reason alone. I will need them every summer because these ants are all over the walking trails here and I am close to that. They are so small they find ways to get into the house. I am happy I was told the spray would not hurt my dog I just had to get him out of the house and yard for an hour or two.
