He even noticed a weird silicone filling the last homeowner did that was disintegrating. He has quite an attention to detail and notices little things quickly. I had them again in August 2025 for another mouse problem, which they resolved. They came out for followup visits in September 2025 and we agreed the problem was resolved. However, the customer service was poor. I paid with a check on the day of service in August 2025. I got a notice in September 2025 that my bill was unpaid. I replied saying that I had paid with a check, which my bank reported as cashed, and can they please update their records. I got another notice in October 2025 saying that my bill was unpaid. I replied again, with an image of the check, asking them to resolve this because I don't like getting overdue notices for bills that I already paid. I got a reply back saying they resolved it, and "your account has been cancelled". Sure enough, the customer portal shows my name updated to "Do NOT do business with them". My brothers in Christ, all I did was pay on time - if your record keeping is poor, that's a you problem, not a me problem. If you keep sending bills to people who pay on time, and then cancel their accounts when they ask you to stop sending bills that are already paid, that's not a good way to run a business. And you may want to remove access to the customer portal for customers whose accounts you're canceling. So, two stars for resolving the mouse problems, but no stars for being bad at billing and blaming the customer for their billing problems.
