This bodyshop had possession of the checks the entire time I even sent a screenshot of the check my insurance sent me and an email from my insurance stating that they already sent a check as portion of payment which this bodyshop cannot use for anything else since it was addressed to my hubby. Great shop and although I decided on going a different direction, I will come to this place in the future Update: Stopped by On Sept 23rd, and talked to Javier again to see about installing a replacement door and fender for my Tahoe. My passenger door and fender were pretty worn down and he said he can do the work needed to replace and install the 2 huge parts. I decided to buy the parts myself and have his guys install it. He gave me a quote and I said let's do it. He said come in Monday morning. Now, unlike other body shops where you get the run around or have to call back to "see if theirs an opening" or body shops forgetting about your appointment,... None of that happened here! Arrived Mon the 28th and he said he may need all day and possibly tomorrow morning. I said "keep it a week." I've had the damage for over a year and I can wait a few more days.... Close to 4pm, same day, I get a call saying..."it's ready to pick up!!!" If that's not EXCELLENT service, especially for a body shop, I don't know what is. Instead of cooperating with that process, I was repeatedly pushed to fill out their internal credit application and use their financing options. Even after explaining multiple times that I did not want to run my credit again, I was told it was "required" or "the only way" to proceed, which was later contradicted by my lender's instructions. I also requested real photos of the specific truck I was interested in on three separate occasions because the listing only showed generic stock images online. I never received clear or direct photos of the actual vehicle, which made it difficult to confidently evaluate what was being sold. Overall, communication felt inconsistent and disorganized, and it seemed like the goal was to shift me away from my approved financing and into their financing at a higher payment and rate rather than follow my lender's process. Because of the lack of transparency and clear information, I ultimately chose to walk away from the deal. A disappointing experience with Heritage Ford…read more I brought in my 2020 Ford Escape for an oil change and a repair of my power liftgate button. I also had an issue with the Ford Pass app; it was showing that my car was in battery saver/sleep mode. At the counter, I was told there was also a recall that they would handle. When explaining the app issue, the workers at the counter rudely told me "I have no idea what that is, just call them." So much for the $295 diagnostic fee! After "working" on the car all day, I picked up the car and was told to bring it back once they got the parts in. I brought it back in the morning two days later. They called saying the button was fixed. As soon as I sat in the car to drive out of the lot, I noticed the check engine light was on. How weird, I came in for an issue with the trunk...but the check engine light is on now? I bring the keys back to the counter to find out why the CEL is on and find that they were going to let me drive off without having even worked on the recall! Later this day, I'm called again saying it's ready and that the light was on because the technician had forgotten to reset something. I come in, still not knowing why the battery is in sleep mode and why I can't access the remote features in the app. I end up going on a goose chase throughout the dealership, with the only solution seeming to be "try logging out and back into the app" and "turn your phone off and back on." The issue was confirmed to not be with the app at all, but the technicians refused to see what the physical issue could be. You guessed it, I requested them to figure it out and they kept the car another night. Next day, they tell me there was an issue with the charging system. They didn't notice this earlier when they supposedly did a scan of the car's entire system? I got to have this absurd and annoying experience for over $850. I am not very familiar with cars but I feel like this was grossly overcharged for the issues I experienced with Heritage. The staff at the service counters have a serious attitude problem. I understand they are very busy in the mornings, but it seemed like they simply did not want to help or hear what my car issues were. When one person didn't know they answer, they just shoved me onto someone else who did not care to help me get the answers either. The service department did a lousy job at checking their boxes and making sure everything is ready and working before returning the car the customer. When paying, the cashier was barely paying attention and couldn't hear me while she had her AirPods in. The sales department is much better though. I bought three vehicles with their fleet manager who is super helpful. He really made the purchasing experience feel personalized and special. He may be the only person in the dealership who doesn't hate their job. I would also like to note they have a good shuttle service. They will take you to and from any local area (even neighboring cities like Salida and Ripon) while your vehicle is being serviced. I would say, only come here if you have to.

Took time out of my busy schedule to try let them correct back bumper they replaced and have to pretty much argue turning car in that it was back bumper not the front bumper. After all that my bumper is still loose and not even attached on either end... DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE ONCE YOU DO THEY DONT EVEN REMEMBER YOUR NAME OR THAT THEY EVEN KNOW THEY HAVE YOUR CAR OR PART WHEN YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM.
