I was in the market for an indoor storage facility for one of my vehicles. I did numerous Internet searches and found A-1 Self Storage in Paramount, CA. I first reviewed their website and noticed it contained the current space availabilities and prices. I also reviewed their facility using satellite view of one of the popular Internet map sites and it appeared very clean and secure. Then I went to review the facility in person and found it to be new, clean and well maintained, ample space, and ample security cameras. The people I spoke with, both on the phone and in-person, were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I feel very fortunate to find a clean, secure, friendly facility at a great price. 10 months ago Stephanie had amazing customer service. However I don't know if they changed personnel or management. Paul gave wrong dates ( information) on late fee's. I was a customer for 10 months and now looking for a facility who can be accurate. Manager Mary refused to transfer to someone who could actually help this situation. Never again having a storage here. She tried saying I was in Pre Lien a couple of times which was NOT true. Happy to finally move my things out of here. I know my things are worth more than their late fees. I can easily pay them but it's not fair & when you know what's right then why settle and give them free $$$. read more

Amazing Service! Super Professional Attitude!!!! I had my stuff at A-1 Storage, Paramount for 2+ years. I loved it when I put my stuff there because the people were super nice, and the facility was super clean. I'm very happy to say the people stayed super nice, professional (even with a change of a few staff), and the place is ALWAYS CLEAN! My stuff was indoors on the second floor. This is our first time getting a storage and im very pleased with A-1 Storage. I reserved a unit online and I got a courtesy call the next day to confirm my reservation. Patricia was very nice and friendly over the phone and extremely helpful in person. She took us to see the storage for us to make sure the size was appropriate for our needs. Patricia was very helpful. Due to Covid, Myself and Patricia were wearing masks. The office is clean and sanitized. They separate sanitized pens from used pens. I looked at a 5×5 unit. The elevator was clean and sanitized as well. She was very helpful when filling out the paperwork. My mom has used this location for years. I know I can trust this location. A-1 Self Storage in Paramount, CA is a very clean and well kept place. I also like the location a lot, it's very central located if you work around Los Angeles and Orange County. It's on the Southern part of LA County or just past Northern Orange County border. Pricing for there units is very competitive in the market too. read more
