I've had a unit here for probably about 10 years and have never had any kind of issues. Recently, I needed a second unit for a short term lease. When I showed up there about 15 minutes before they closed, Cassandra was more than willing to help me with what I needed. Her kindness and willingness to get the job done was amazing. With it being closing time, I'm sure she was ready to go home, but she never made me feel rushed. She went and showed me where the unit was and switched out the locks so I was able to start putting stuff in it right away. Amazing service!! 5 Stars I can't say…read moreenough great things about Jayann, the store manager at Extra Space Storage! From day one during the COVID pandemic when everything was shut down in Santee, she's been incredibly helpful, and professional. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly--and it shows. The facility itself is immaculate and safe! Every time I've visited, it's spotless, secure, and clearly well cared for. You can tell Jayann takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. She doesn't put up with anyone's nonsense. That level of attention to detail makes such a difference when storing your personal belongings. What also impressed me is how easy it is to upgrade or switch to a different unit if your storage needs change. Jayann made that process simple and hassle-free--no stress, no confusion. She explained everything clearly and helped me transition to a larger unit without skipping a beat. If you're looking for a clean, well-managed storage facility with outstanding customer service, look no further. Jayann is the reason I continued to store there for over 4 years. She makes the experience feel safe, easy, and dependable from start to finish!

She complained of being hungry more than once and that she was heading into a corporate meeting while also claiming she was corporate. Laughable. I signed with another facility a mile away and am now paying less than half for same size unit than what I was set to pay at Price. No do not rent from here, if there's an issue, B will be offended and argue instead of finding easy resolution. Very poor service.
