From the very beginning, they treated me like a person instead of just another insurance claim or dumb girl walking into a car shop. One thing that immediately stood out was that they actually asked me, "How perfect do you want this to look?" That might sound like a small question, but it wasn't. They took the time to explain my options instead of automatically pushing the most expensive repair possible, which I really appreciated. I have a 2015 and so it doesn't need to look fresh off the lot. Their estimate also came in **significantly** lower than another shop I visited, but at no point did it feel like they were cutting corners. The repair quality was excellent, and my Mazda looks fantastic again. What really earned this review, though, was the top notch customer service. When they noticed my Mazda emblem had cracked, they replaced it for me. During the conversation I jokingly mentioned making it pink... and they actually custom did it. It's such a fun little personal touch that makes me smile every time I walk up to my car. Most body shops fix your vehicle and send you on your way. Nova managed to fix my car and make the experience pain free and memorable. Nobody wants to spend $$$ on body work, but if you have to, it's nice knowing you're working with people who are honest, communicate well, and genuinely care about their customers. Hopefully I won't need another body shop anytime soon... but if I do, Nova will absolutely be my first call.

I've never been this impressed with this sort of stuff before but that's because I've never come across some as downright thorough as this gentleman. To top it off he's reasonably priced and does the work in a very timely fashion according to the level of damage he's having to fix. I had people tell me it would be impossible to fix the hole in my bumper without painting the entire front end of my vehicle claiming that the paint wouldn't blend or look good if they didn't do all that work which would have cost a couple thousand , low and behold Touch Up Masters did it no problem-- you can't even tell where the work was done and the paint was blended. Im so glad I had patience and found this shop because I was losing hope I'd ever fix this issue for a reasonable price. We had scraped the side of our rear driver side door on our Model Y pulling into our garage. We took the car to another body shop and they completely botched the job - the paint was a complete mismatch and they had sanded the door down so badly that there were no body lines left. It was completely unacceptable and needed to be fixed. We knew that we needed to take it somewhere that knew exactly how to handle a Tesla and restore it back to factory. Autocraft was exactly what we needed. They concluded that the previous work was so bad that we needed a new door. Once we decided to go with them, they promptly ordered the door for us and got us on their schedule. Tammie and Jaci were amazing. Our insurance initially didn't want to cover this because of the initial botched job, but Tammie fought for us the whole way and ran it all the way up the chain and got it approved. Amazing. On top of the above and beyond customer service, the work was flawless. They completely restored our Model Y back to factory. Don't make the mistake we did and use a non-Tesla approved body shop. (USAA shop) Nour was very informative on the process for repairs. She said I should let USAA know that ProTech would be making the repairs and to escalate the issues I had with them. The cost wasn't just monetary-one of the body shops didn't do estimates with pictures which obviously was time-consuming. The Paint Guys not only let me text them a photo but they also gave me the fastest turn around time. Moreover, they worked around my schedule-all of the other places required me to drop off my car for a minimum of a week, but to expect two weeks. The Paint Guy ordered a replacement, it took a day. I brought my car in the next day where they ensured the replacement was the right fit, matched up the color. Since I needed my car the next morning, I brought it in at noon and by 3:30 that same day my car was ready, everything matched and got to drive off that day.
