Wow, I had almost a palm size dent and rub on my brand new 2019 Chevy Colorado truck, on the rear corner panel right by the edge of the tire. Totally threw off the whole new truck feeling. I called Charlie (PDR Shop) and in less than 2 hours he pulled up in my driveway to give a free estimate. At first sight of seeing him and his proffesional van everything was like his website (his picture is on the van for real). He told me he could do it, and gave me an estimate. But I was still thinking it over because this was a mobile shop. But then he oppend up his Bat Cave van, and wholly dent removals Batman. He had more toys than Batman the Dark Knight. He busted out this Big high tech UV light stand, and now I really felt bad about the size of my dent. Then came a rolling cart full of toys and gadgets. He popped off the tail light with ease, snapped on a suction cup Dr. Octopus gadget with heat gun to the side of the truck and went in through the taillight opening with all sorts of different tools, and long extensions. As I stood there watching in the UV light I could see the dent slowly comming out. Then with all types of little magical strange hammers he tapped on the outside of the fender and the crease disappeared. Then he hit the scuffs with his battery powered buffer. In less than one hour my truck was new again. I swear to you looking in the light because I had been watching the entire time, I could envision where the dent was. But once I drove to school right after he finished, and everytime since. I look and can't find it as I walk up to my truck, and I'm really looking. Imagine buying a brand new car and then just weeks later, witnessing a neighboring car at the HEB hitting you with their door. Not one to overreact, I let it slide. But I wanted it fixed and so I asked around. Enter Charlie from The PDR Shop. It took about a week for a reply from the email quote request, but during the phone call he apologized and mentioned they were still running around repairing damages from the hail storms. Very pleasant and professional on the phone so I agreed for him to come out to my home and he was there within the hour. His quote was reasonable and he offered a guarantee of no charge if he couldn't fix it or fix it to my standard. He spent a good 1.5 hrs to make my car brand new again. He drove out to the airport for what was supposed to be a consultation, but after inspecting the dent he surmised that he could fix it on the spot. Charlie is the best, I call him about a 2017 F150 Aluminum body truck, with a dent crease type ding in my door.. Charlie had the only videos on Youtube of a aluminum body Ford truck fix. Everyone I call didnt want to or could say if they could get the dent all the way out. His response from filling the form on his web site was fast, his quote was great, and I set a appointment the next day. Charlie is amazing and he's lifesaver I was at the grocery store and when I came out I noticed paint on the vehicle. I was obviously upset but I went to the car wash because I thought that would take care of the issue. The detailer at the car wash pointed out that there was also I dent and there was nothing they could do to fix it. Charlie came out to fix my truck today, had a baseball smack the hood pretty good (2016 Silverado) right on one of the hood lines, I got several quotes from other places before I got to the PDR Shop and not only did he beat their price he drove out to my house and took care of it. Besides the dent on the hood line it had also bent multiple areas of the aluminum around it, when he finished up it looked like it never happened! Yesterday was one of my luckiest days by far when I came across the PDR shop!! There were other shops in the area but he was the only one that would come out to my location which was very convenient. I gave Mr. Molina a call and didn't have an appointment and he took the time to speak with me and review how his services worked. He was at my location within half an hour. He fixed a handful of dings in my 2015 Nissan NV 200 SV. It took him around hour and it looks as good as new. Charlie is a miracle worker! My husband/I are super particular about our cars and trucks. Our son decided to have a dance party on the roof of his Chevy 1500 (well he didn't actually give permission; and ultimately stopped it after he was made aware of the shenanigans). Regardless, the roof suffered extreme damage and Charlie was able repair the dents and fix the roof to an almost perfect state. Awesome!! its always fun to watch pdr guys, even better when they are super nice like Charlie is. I just purchased my used truck and every morning when id get into it, i would see this long crazy looking dent and just kind of cringe. I knew pdr was the answer but who to use? Amazing work! Extremely professional and courteous. I had several large dents on a few body lines and thought that they would never come out.
