Not crowded for a Saturday and seated right away. They were pretty busy at least for delivery that it took a bit for our order but maybe because we were busy chatting and reminiscing. Couple of us had mango lassi sparkler - we enjoyed it and one ordered a non-alcoholic mango lassi and ended up not enjoying it - too yogurty for her. For the appetizer: chicken momo (dumpling) and samosa. Not bad! Main meal, I had the mixed platter which was very plentiful and flavorful, butter chicken mild and medium spice for two of the gals, and finally shrimp curry medium for the 4th gal. We highly recommended the very garlicky naan . The only negative I would say is that they were going to charge for extra sauce for my mixed platter. Ambiance was ok but a tad dark.

I showed up and she had everyone up at the bar so I sat to the right of the bar so I can charge my phone! Even better, she remembered me! She told me that you can grab a drink if you have family, and sit across the way, if need be because those under 21 cannot sit at the bar. 2025.11-05/WED_1400: Just finished a long flight from LAX and had a two hour layover at BWI. I found the only bar between Concourse A and B. Originally, I was trying to stay close to gate A8. Had no idea my gates had changed to gate B. Martini is located at the top of the escalator on the way to Concourse B and the food court. The airport is under construction but you'll see it when you look for the escalator. There was a good amount of customers that looked like they were also on a layover having a great time. The bartender was a gorgeous lady by the name of Khadijah. It's so wonderful to see her beautiful smile and wonderful attitude. I don't know how she does it dealing with some grumpy and idiotic people! She's incredible just knocking everyone out with her wonderful customer service, attitude and SMILE. This changed her from beautiful to gorgeous or gorgeous to stunning. Whichever is top notch! Hospitality is 200%! Some customers feel so entitled and she handled everyone like a champ. No fuss, just a lovely attitude and she let stuff roll off her like waterproof wood stain. She also made me a drink called a Sexy Mule which had muttled blueberries, a flower of some sort (can't remember which flower liquor she told me) and extra ginger (it looked like pink lemonade garnished with blueberries). It hit the spot! Great suggestion! It was nothing like those bland Moscow Mules. If you are wondering where to go after a long flight and you're stuck at BWI for a long layover, I would suggest you see Khadijah at Martini because you won't receive stellar hospitality at any other bar at BWI like this! They live very close to a location there, and we got pizza to go when I was visiting them one time maybe in 2022. The pizza was very good as I recall. Then, I saw there was a location of Primanti Bros. opening in Linthicum Heights near BWI Airport, the first location in the Baltimore-DC area. They were having a grand opening on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, where the 1st 100 customers were going to get free sandwiches for year. I live about 13 miles from here, and I toyed with the idea of trying to be one of the first 100. But I opted against as even if I got there at 6 AM for the 10 or 10:30, whatever grand opening time, and there's still no guarantee I'd be the 1st 100. And I'd be pissed that I drove all the way there and stood there for hours to get nothing in the end. Not to mention, I had work too (although on average probably slower due to also Juneteenth holiday), which I could do from out there to a certain extent. Ultimately, I had emailed them, and they said the 100th customer got there at approximately 4 AM that morning! That's insane. This place really has a cult following! A friend, who knew I lived in AA County, loves this place and mentioned the idea of meeting up with me one Sunday to watch a Ravens game, and him and his fiancée (wife as of March 2025) went up there a few times to watch game or other reasons they went that way. On Thursday, October 3, 2024, like Juneteenth the holiday Primanti Bros. opened, it was Rosh Hosannah, and that friend who had off (as he works in a school & they get the Jewish holiday) off invited me to lunch with another friend of ours. My work was slow that day, and I needed to eat lunch somewhere anyway. I probably would've eaten lunch at home or close to home if they hadn't thought to invite me. So, I drove the 13 miles from home to meet up with them. Those two friends were kind of high. Well sure, it was a holiday they were off work. And they were hungry too! I was hungry too because well it was lunchtime. Service was prompt & friendly answering our questions. However, server was a bit of a klutz as she accidentally spelled some water got a bit on one friend. Geez, was she the one who was high?!...just kidding, it's just one of those accidents that can happen being a server. She was apologetic. My friend took it with stride having a positive attitude. I believe I got a pastrami sandwich, but could've been corned beef. Their sandwiches are big, pilled high with lots of meat & delicious too. I can really see why the following for this place with the quantity but also the high quality. Fries were plentiful too, which were also delicious. I ate well that day for lunch and was quite full. I went to an event that evening, and I think I just ate something small/snack for dinner that night after I got home around 9 PM. Shoutout to them having all-day happy hour. The food was pretty good and filling also. For my Fried Shrimp platter, they definitely have a solid amount and number of shrimp on the plate, they were seasoned well and fried with a nice crisp. I took a bite of his fried fish platter which was also cooked and seasoned well. And I was shocked that the Mac and Cheese was very good - creamy, cheese and had a good taste to it as well. Overall, good eats for our late night dinner. I'm a fan of salmon and it was a generous portion served with veggies and jasmine rice. Crisp on the outside and tender and buttery on the inside, hugely flavorful! Customer service was straight business. It looked like there was just the one guy tending to the bar but also taking food orders. The restaurant is a chain from Canada offering a pub experience that serves British food. In reality, they had Shepard's Pie and Fish & Chips as far as pub food goes. I was just looking for a quick bite to eat in the lounge and wanted something handheld. I ended up getting the Patty Melt which came with fries. Airport pricing is definitely a thing here and I paid almost a whopping 30 bucks when all was said and done for a pretty mediocre sandwich. The meal itself was filling but the flavors were severely lacking. It was in desperate need of seasoning and a some sort of sauce. It was edible, but not something I would ever want to get again. Fries were sub par but everything else was beyond any expectations I had, even the cabbage medley. My wife ordered fried chicken and I nearly bit my lip trying it. It melted when my teeth touched it and it exploded with juice. It took awhile to get food but they were swamped and it was worth it. My father in law also said the bread pudding is great and bought a slice to take home. The disappointing fries are a reason to be more adventurous and try the other foods.
