We ate here as a group of 8. My husband and myself had the fajitas bowl with grilled chicken. Others had french onion soup, fish and chips,shrimp, balsamic chicken, a chicken sandwich, and a hamburger. Our server was friendly and she was quick to notice if someone needed a refill. She also checked in a couple times to make sure we didn't need anything. I really enjoyed the fajitas bowl although I wish it had a little more chicken. Everyone seemed to really enjoy the food. My one complaint (and most would probably laugh) is the popcorn on the table. Why it aggravates me I dont know but popcorn just seems so odd with food and its the one thing that keeps me from coming here more often. Sarah was our server tonight on a 4 top. I can't describe how disappointed and disgusted I was with her service. I verbally announced that I don't come here ever and didn't know what I wanted. She asked for drink orders, I mentioned I wanted a raspberry lemonade. Came back with an ice tea. I then left the drink along with my NH ID on the end of the table waiting for her to ya know come back ask obviously see I'd like something else to drink. She walked by my ID 5 times before I asked her if I could order a drink. I told her that what she brought wasn't what I asked for. She told me, "oh sorry thought you ordered an ice tea". She took my alcoholic beverage order, checked my ID and placed it. Food came out; chicken tenders were rubbery, mashed potatoes were dry and room temp. Sarah then came back to the table and told me the manager needed to see my ID. As if being born in 2001 while it's 2025 doesn't make me 21 or that she has to question it. Okay. I hand it over. Then I seconded it but she had already bolted away with it before I could say anything. I then got up to go ask her why the manager couldn't have just came over to the table to begin with. As I'm now walking back to the table I see the manager hand my ID to my little brothers 16 year old girlfriend... I'm standing behind the manager and tell her, "she's 16..." and she drops her jaw and says we look so much alike. No we don't. Asks how we're related, (which is weird af even if we were). We both spoke up and said we aren't. The manager then says to the 16 year old, "you can use that in college one day". My own jaw dropped! Like how on earth did a manager just say that... fast forward to end of service. Sarah comes by with the check, Abruptly drops it on the table and says, "you can pay with the QR code" and just walks away. OMG. You've gotta be joking rn. Like yah, wasn't gonna pay in cash or anything, thanks for asking. We never got asked for boxes. Had to send my significant other over to ask someone else for boxes for our table because now at this point Sarah was ignoring our table. I can't express how much I do not and would not recommend this 99 Restaurant Concord location to anyone. Pray you don't get her as your waitress either. Oh boy. Food was great, but maybe teach the staff not to touch customers. It was my birthday and this waitress knew that and felt the need to touch my boyfriends chest and continue to ask him about his t shirt and what his line of work was. Not to mention she interrupted my table is conversation to do this, highly inappropriate and pissed all of us off. It's Concord NH, you have so many choices when it comes to restaurants- choose anything but 99. We went there in the middle of the day, our waitress- Ashley- had no other tables. My steak was undercooked, but I couldn't even ask for them to fix it because she was so inattentive, by the time she came back we were basically finished eating. Meanwhile, I have no drink, so finally my boyfriend flags down an assistant manager (who's walked by the table multiple times and ignored my empty glass) and politely asks for refill. He brings the glass to bartender (who can't control the volume of her voice and has some super interesting stories about driving drunk and passing field sobriety tests), and the next thing I know the manager and looking right at us and I hear her go "he just handed this to you and asked for a refill"!? 10 minutes later I finally got my drink, it was watered down with melted ice cubes so I'm pretty positive she just used my same glass. We saw our waitress 2 times after that. Terrible customer service, so disappointing. Never again! read more

Ordered the smothered steak tips and rice as a side. Always loved this but this time it was so salty I couldn't eat it. The meat was different and the onions and peppers not cooked very much and no mushrooms to be found. The rice was inedible it was so salty. I can't believe I'm Yelping the Ninety Nine for my 2100th Yelp! But here goes: REAL STORY: This particular Ninety Nine Restaurant on D'Amante Drive in Concord Heights is my favorite location since it has brought me really great luck in the past. One time about six years ago, I had a great dinner here (ordered the chicken parmigiana: a big bowl of ziti, breaded chicken and hearty sauce and a special very nutty brownie sundae for dessert) before taking a long 8 hour professional exam the very next morning and I passed it. Almost two years ago, I ate lunch here after an important job interview and I landed a job offer for my current position a few days later! Also, my coworkers and I stop here for drinks at the bar and celebratory group luncheons (birthdays). My boss also takes his family here, especially when the Red Sox win a game, kids eat free at the Ninety Nine the next day. The atmosphere is very comfortable and the service has been pretty good each time. The food served here is pretty appetizing and very tasty. I especially enjoy the $5.99 Lunch Combos (choice of 2: half sandwich, soup, half salad) and the $9.99 Real Size Dinner Entrees including the panko crusted haddock, country fried chicken and the eggplant parmigiana. They also have a gluten free menu available too. For dessert, the Molten Lava Cake with vanilla ice cream is very good and rich. Yummy! Great food, good prices, good times, and great luck! read more

we stopped in yesterday and the place was packed we waited for about twenty minutes before I found two spots at the at bar we got our drinks and ordered she had the chicken pot pie I had the steak tips with chicken tenders and french fries the food came the pot pie looks really good but the carrots were hard and basically had no taste or seasoning to it my plate consists of some dried out french fries about four tiny pieces of steak tip overly seasoned to the point of heartburn and about five tiny really thin cut chicken tenders that were also dried out I really don't know what happened here we have never gotten the meal like this in the past not only that this bartender was really busy running around the manager came up to her asking her to go swap out the paper towels in the bathroom not one time asking us how our food was which I honestly can say I'm not interested in coming back to this place the service was ok but it doesn't seem like the food is the same we told the bartender about the carrots she said oh yeah I've told them that everybody says the same thing they don't listen read more

Today we visited around 5 PM, it was fairly busy. We had 2 people in our party and we started off ordering 2 drinks. The servers name was Brittany, and the moment we saw her we knew a great visit. She had a very friendly personality and was very attentive. For an appetizer we ordered the "mozzarella moon" . The four half circles come sprinkled with Parmesan cheese on the top. Yum! For our entrees we order the Sliced Sirloin and a Cheeseburger. The meals were amazing today. We normally come in once a week and sometimes the burgers can be a little dry. But it never disappoints. 99's is a New England staple. The menu has a lot of choices, making it difficult to choose, and they also have seasonal favorites/changes to the menu. Again, the food is always good quality and portions are decent. This would have been a five star visit, but the service was extremely slow. One person was on the phone, and it took another about ten minutes before we were seated, and the restaurant wasn't overly crowded. Once seated, although the waiter was good, service was slow. I'd say it was 20 plus minutes before we actually had any drinks never mind ordering food. Not sure if it was an off day, a lot of kids moving into college, and that's why I was there - moving my daughter into the dorm, and this is where she wanted to go. She loves their salads! I had the Cod, which was cooked very well, the sides of rice and broccoli - going healthy. I do like this place, great portions, good choices and value. Good family spot. read more

Horrible experience, Ordered through 99 and they sent door dash to deliver. I live in a condo with many buildings and units. Didn't deliver to my door. Had to go and look for it. Tried calling the restaurant, didn't like what i was hearing from who answered the phone. I asked for the manager. He said the manager would tell me the same thing. When I said I wanted to speak with the manager anyway, they hang up on me. Followed up with door dash. Door dash tried calling the restaurant and they hung up on them! Door dash credited my order. You'd think in these times, the restaurant would be catering to customer. Not them. Hope they fail as they don't deserve to succeed! FYI - Prime rib sucked! Go elsewhere. read more

I went in with my family on the Monday after Christmas. We were a party of 6 so we expected a bit of a wait. The place was dead though, and after being told 15-20 minutes we waited 40. After ordering our food, we waited another 40 minutes for it to arrive. After we received our food, our waitress Renee completely abandoned us. We had to go up to the bar to get our own drink refills. We had to flag her down to get boxes and a check and that took unreasonably long as well. My two young children were very tired at this point and getting fussy and we just wanted to leave. The food was hot and everyone enjoyed their meals, which is why I gave the 2 stars. read more

The bar seating and service is great if there's room and too long of a wait for a table. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Menu has a great selection to pick from, including the drinks. We only eat in the lounge. We like the size of the bar area and the ability to usually sit right down and eat-versus waiting for the restaurant lines. The servers in the louge are attentive and the food is pretty good. Alcohol is measured when pouring drinks so you won't be getting any heavy pours-shucks. I like the Bahama Breeze that they make. We have eaten several of their meals from the menus. All pretty good. Prices reasonable. read more

Last weekend, I ordered two entrees and an appetizer to go through the online system. I placed the order about 3 PM for a 5 PM pickup, giving them plenty of time to plan and have the order ready on time. When my wife picked up the order right at 5 (we live less than a mile away), the bag was just sitting on the desk. After unpacking the order at home, we realized the food was cold. Two of the items were fried and just got soggy in the microwave. Very disappointing meal. I reached out to customer service the following day and received an email that said someone would be contacting me. A week later, I'm still waiting. Bad enough that the meal was cold and nearly inedible but the fact that apparently the chain doesn't care is worse. read more

Did not end up eating in restaurant.....showed up and was told 15 minute wait, said ok and walked through the restaurant. 7 open tables 4 not cleaned.....came back to hostess 15 minutes later and asked if high tops were available she stated no, 3 of the same 4 were still not cleaned and there were now 5 open tables. There were 4 or 5 other groups waiting and I believe 2 of the group's were seated during our wait (We were a group of 3). I have worked in the restaurant industry in several different types of restaurants and this type of service is totally inexcusable. It was a Saturday night so was thinking the top waitstaff would be on. I returned my beeper and went to olive garden and was sat immediately. One of our biggest problems here is we drove the 5 miles back to the hotel, only to find we had no silverware or napkins. We had to go out again to hunt some down.
