Very nice and great location, easy to walk around downtown to see all the sights of St. Augustine. The room was spacious, smaller bathroom but not too small. The bed, pillows and blankets need to be updated as the bed was not comfortable. Check in was great and all automated if you accept access via text communication. Breakfast was nice, delivered to our room. It was freshly made and very tasty. There is seating on the balcony outside of the room that was very comfortable. The directions and instructions for check in were a breeze and the home was lovely, clean and very comfortable. The B&B invited us to events they had on site for guests and were available for any question we had about the stay. Breakfast was excellent and a terrific start to the day. The B&B and rental homes are located close to the historical sites and shops of St. Augustine and within a very short walk. We are already taking about coming back next year! It was that great!

We booked this bed and breakfast online and received a confirmation email. The confirmation stated…read morethat we should call if arriving after 6:00 p.m. On the day of our arrival, we were running late and attempted to call multiple times, but there was no answer and no option to leave a voicemail message. I also sent text messages and emails but received no response. While trying to reach someone, I began reading recent reviews and was concerned to see multiple negative experiences reported by other guests. We had not reviewed them beforehand because we had previously stayed at this bed and breakfast and had a wonderful experience. We later learned that the property had recently been sold. When we arrived at the bed and breakfast, there was no one on site to check us in. We continued calling, texting, and emailing without any response. As a result, we were left without accommodations and had to secure alternative lodging at additional expense and inconvenience. Despite not being provided with the reserved accommodations and receiving no communication from the business, we were still charged for the booking. We are requesting a full refund and an explanation for this situation.

Absolutely ZERO service or hospitality. It's marketed as a bed and breakfast. When we asked the…read moreperson who checked us in about breakfast, she literally laughed and said there was none. She told us how to get in the room and then left immediately. The inside seating area in the lobby is blocked off so no one can even use it. Our room was marketed as being on the ground floor with a sofa and wing chairs. We're on the second floor, there is no sofa, and there's something I might call a winged stool. We haven't seen any single employee since we arrived. Our bed wasn't made and towels weren't refreshed overnight. Maybe that's okay at a Motel 6 but at $300 a night or more you should absolutely do better. To get in and out of the inn and your room, you have to enter a code on a keypad which works about 20% of the time. We just let some other guests in because their code wouldn't work on the front door. Bottom line, whoever owns and operates this place has absolutely no sense of hospitality. It's not a bed and breakfast. It's not an inn. it would be generous to describe it as a self-service hostel. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

I stopped in at the front office as anyone who is just checking out a campground should do - We were greeted by Karen and she was just wonderful as I explained the purpose of our visit - she described a lot of the amenities and also the online website and suggested calling her directly when we were ready to book our site. After requesting a drive-through she graciously opened the gate to allow us to explore the campground on our on and it goes without saying we were respectful of the posted speed limits and the campers and their campsites. This is a very spacious campground that can accommodate all sizes of RVs, I loved that there are some rustic sites as well as large drive-through paved sites - there are some very nice facilities including a large club house and pool. The entrance off of Route 207 is very accessible and there is plenty of room to get into your site no matter which one you choose or what size rig you have. This is definitely a campground I'll stay at during a future visit to the St. Augustine area, there are a lot of good things going on here, a very friendly and accommodating staff, a very clean and well maintained campground and it's in close proximity to downtown...

And they dont bother you at all, never saw a manager, security, nosey neighbor, etc..not that we needed any. It just needs some major renovation. Very old and 80s. The pool is nice but if youre on an upper lever, you have to walk all the way down the hallway and down stairs to get outside. The could have put some stairs off of the balconies. The beach is nice and clean, not very crowded. I think we'll keep looking for next year.

This is a small beach destination that is amazing! The views , location to the ocean and…read morerestaurants are without a doubt the best in the area. The units are tidy and one bedroom/ one bath have a full kitchen. It fits 4 comfortably. There are few two bedroom units with two bathrooms but they may be difficult to book as this is a very popular timeshare. There will be no presentation for buying if you are lucky enough to get a week at The Beach Club because it's near capacity with ownership. That's rare in this timeshare world. Come bask in the sun and rest by the pool for a home away from home vacation.

Upper floor rooms have a beautiful view of the ocean and pool, while first floor units open out to the pool. All have a balcony/patio with chairs, and a full kitchen. 1 BR units have a king bed in a separate bedroom and a fairly comfy pull out sleeper in the living room. They sleep 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children max. The 2BR units have additional twins in the 2nd BR. There are a few strict resort rules - including no pets and 10:00 check out - read them so you don't have surprises.

The pictures on the Pierpoint South website show the correct furniture but their pictures must be old as all furniture is old, worn out and almost unbearable to sit in. Kitchen needs work, broken drawers, old & rusty flatware and knives. When you run the water in the kitchen sink, it makes a horrific sound. Downstairs bathroom has a corroded faucet and what appears to be black mold in the air vent. Upstairs guest bathroom has mismatched floor tiles and the shower tile grout is stained from what appears to be mold. The master bathroom has stained tile/ grout in the shower. The mattress was extremely lumpy and uncomfortable, we flipped the mattress to try and help get a better night's sleep but it did not help. The balcony furniture is the cheap plastic stuff that looks pretty disgusting. The sliding glass door to the balcony was absolutely filthy!!! We used water and towels to clean it just so we could enjoy the ocean view. I will definitely not stay in Unit 60 again!

Any Maintenance issues (which have been minimal) have been resolved very quickly and Grounds are immaculate. We've stayed in both the Oceanfront (unit 63, 60) and Oceanview Units (Units 16,34,18). There really is NO BAD VIEW in the entire Complex. The Salt Water Pool is always sparkling. The Complex is one of the closest, if not the closest to the Beach on the Island. The Wednesday Farmers Market right next door in front of the Pier is something that we never miss. They sell everything from Beach Jewelry to fresh Seafood. The Live Band and Food during the Summers in front of the Pier is something that we never miss. Oh and I cannot leave out Rita's Ice Cream and Antonio's Pizza right next door. The BEST surprise came when we went down for the last week of Dec in 2021. The New Year Fireworks off of the Pier Party was fabulous and Pier Point South hired Security to keep the Complex from getting bombarded with non Guests.
