I get a call during this from American Fence telling me they have to upgrade posts from 4" to 6" at an additional cost of $400! Huh? I call and speak with a manger and he basically says they messed up. I'm waiting for the next sentence that tells me they will make this right. Didn't happen. Manger basically says, "too bad". Wow! Watch out.

We also had a lot of rotted siding around our chimney. I called Ark Roofing and they sent out a gentleman within a day to give us a quote. A day later I received an email with a very detailed quote and I feel the price was very competitive. Ark Roofing set up a date to repair our roof and replace a bunch of siding along our chimney and some other rotted areas close by.
